This morning I had 5 homemade drop biscuits with blackberry all fruit, hot black tea with sugar & Silk
For lunch I had water to drink and to eat better than boullion chicken flavored broth (vegan) which I cooked rice, kale, tofu (cut into cubes), and bean sprouts (put in at the end of cooking) in; then I had a velveteen cupcake with cream cheeze frosting (homemade from VWaV)
For dinner I'm going to have notuna salad (from the Nutritional Yeast cookbook) on whole wheat bread, a big salad, and water
Then b4 I go home I'll drink my smoothie made of a fresh SC peach, Silk, and vanilla Whole Soy & Co. yogurt
I may even have some popcorn when I get home if I'm still hungry after all that:thumbsup:

Sweet potatoes are vegetables :D

They ARE??? ;)

Duh... Sorry... I guess the thought that it was dessert simply did not go with the thought that it was indeed a vegetable. Thanks for pointing that out. Now I'll feel even better about indulging my sweet tooth (and my three sweet root canals...).

Animosity, sorry you are having an emotional wreck of a day....I can sympathize. And I usually turn to french fries too. They are the wonder of comfort food, IMO.
