So far today I have had
A banana
Soya yoghurt
Crisps (chicken flavour which confused my colleagues a lot and led to ridiculous questions from them)
Can of diet coke
Left over scrambled tofu with bulgar wheat
Tonight am hoping to cook a potato hash type thing with baked beans and vegan sauages (apadted from 'How it all Vegan' I think)
Will most likely have too much diet coke this afternoon (am slightly addicted) - if they fix our snack machine at work . Will have some soya nuts too. :)

Yesterday:
B: 2 toasted muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade.
S: 1 banana. Nak'd lemon flavour raisins.
L: A bento box!! Containing chargrilled artichokes w/ chilli, garlic and thyme dressing. A few salted pretzels (naughty). Baby tomatoes. Strawberries, kiwi, blueberries.
D: Went to Terrazza in Rugeley. Very highly recommended! I had:
Toasted ciabatta w/ garlic and baby tomatoes on one side, and garlic w/ chargrilled sweet peppers on the other half, plus a side salad.
Followed by potatoes roasted w/ garlic and rosemary; artichokes grilled in olive oil and lemon; French beans in a vinaigrette; tomatoes, onions, black olives in Italian dressing; spinach in olive oil.
I was STUFFED :D

Oven chips. Stir fry with veggie sausage in sweet chilli sauce.

okra in tomato sauce for breakfast (because I was out of everthing)
a banana
weetabix with soy milk
mixed pasta with sosmix bolognaise ( I have sosmix again!!!)
some red wine
couple of olives and cherry tomatoes

Raspberry Ruffle bar
vegetable and tofu pad thai
lots of vodka and diet coke :D
today:
tropical crunch cereal with rice milk
coffee with soya milk
2 Fry's veggie burgers and chips
mango and orange smoothie
cheeseless vegetable pizza

Portland has the best vegan food!
Breakfast: potatoes with grilled veggies, salsa and avacado
Lunch: Vietnasse noodle something. It was green noodles in a spicy sauce with tofu. Unbelievable
Dinner: Can't wait to find out!

organic red grapes
orange juice
earl grey tea
2 jelly donut cupcakes
candy cane lane tea
calming tea
bowl of chili
black bean tortill chips w/ melted cheese (dipped in the chili)
wrap (ww tortilla, tomato, romaine, roasted red peppers, sauteed onions w/ splash balsamic vinegar, lot of plain hummus w/ dollop of chitpole pepper hummus)
english breakfast tea w/ 3 choc. chip cookies
egyptian mint licorice tea

Today, so much for cutting back on coffee...

steamed broccoli and carrots
2 cups of oolong tea
ww pita wrap w/ hummus, spinach, sprouts, and mushrooms

Would it be a good idea to have three different threads like this - one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner? What do you think?

Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread and organic cherry jam.
1 glass cranberry lemonade.
1 cup chili with a dolop of Tofutti sour cream.
A few organic sesame tamari tortilla chips for dipping.
1 cup Spring Cleanse tea.
Moong Bean (or Mung Bean) dahl.
Basmati Rice.
Salad: red leaf lettuce, head lettuce, organic grape tomatoes, purple tomato, purple pepper, cucumber, green grapes, cashews, coconut-lime-ginger dressing.
3 glasses of Raspberry Wheat beer.
1 waffle bowl with choc mint soy icecream & chocolate sauce.

To be honest, I don't like the idea. I really like to see what people eat during the day as a whole, and posting on three differenth threads would break it up too much.

I find very few Vegan deserts' idea on this forum.

i ate:
blackberries
houmous and salad sandwich
then i vomited a couple of times.
i feel a bit better now, so to cheer myself up i'm eating vanilla Glace with mint choc sauce.
I'll regret that later.

I'm confused :confused: . Not that that is anything new. But are there 2 "what did you eat today threads"?
I also agree with the above. I don't like the idea of different threads for different meals. Most days I eat brunch...so I would suffer endless indecision of where to put that ;).

L: Veggie mince and bean chilli with tortilla chips and mayo
D: I'm waiting for my sweetcorn and pineapple pizza to arrive.....
Snacks:
6 rye crackers with soya margarine
Sunflower seeds
Dried apricots
Water and only one cup of tea as I'm trying to cut back - Yogi licorice :cool:
