B: 1/2 a peach, 2 handfulls of peanuts lots of Blueberries.
L: leftovers from yesterdays dinner. (brown rice with squash and some roasted okra)
S: Lara bar (apple pie)
D: Brown rice sushi
S: banana

dandelion root tea x 2
cantalope

organic red grapes
brazil nuts
rainforest red tea

chai tea with vanilla soymilk
shepherd's pie
organic salad (baby green and red romaine, tomato, cucumber, carrot, sesame sticks, balsamic dressing)

earl grey tea
2 choc. chip cookies
choc. raspberry tea
jelly donut cupcake

malted wheats cereal with rice milk
coffee with soya milk

packet of crisps
2 organic wholemeal pitta breads with organic houmous

1 (rather wooly) pear
1 apple
2 plums

organic spinach pasta with veggie sausages in a soya bean and tomato sauce (this was really yummy!)
fruit ice lolly

lots of water all day

avocado dragon sushi roll with greens, carrots and cucumber
root beer
boiled broccoli with vegan smart balance
vege chili and tofutti sour cream over ww noodles
coconut macaroon
handful of tings

half the container of snickerdoodle purely decadent frozen non-dairy dessert...

Yep. The recipe if from the authors of VCTOTW and VWAV but the recipe doesn't seem to be in either of those books :confused:. I got it out of a Veg News magazine. I can PM you the recipe if you like. :)

Breakfast: A tofu salad sandwich.

Lunch: 2 servings of apple chips and a small iced esspresso with soy milk.

Dinner: 2 cups of curry tofu salad.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces multigrain toast with Earthbalance and Vegemite.

1 can organic raspberry lemonade.
1 bowl flax cereal (pumpkin raisin crunch).
1 birdsnest cookie.

1 cup pomegranate green tea.
A few green grapes
1 square maple espresso chocolate.

In my bento (dinner at work):
Moong bean dahl with basmati rice.
Salad: red leaf lettuce, head lettuce, orange tomato, purple pepper, cucumber, cashews, lime-coconut-ginger dressing.
1 piece vegan chocolate banana cake.

Snack after work:
1 glass vanilla chai soy milk.
toasted sandwich - multigrain bread, organic hummus, tomato.
1 birdsnest cookie.

Yesterday:
Bowl of split pea and vegetable soup. Slice of bread with Pure spread.
Two fajitas - (tortilla wraps, butterbean, bell pepper and mushroom mixture, refried beans, soya yogurt, salsa, guacamole, pickled chilli peppers, tomato and lettuce).
Two beers with lime.
One salt and vinegar crisp.

D: baked potatoes, artichokes and onion w/organic ketchup; salad w/ lettuce and tomato; two pieces of wholmeal toast w/ vegan butter
S: fruit salad w/ green kiwi, banana, apple

pnb & grape jelly sandwich on ww bread
glass vanilla soymilk

candy cane lane tea
huge wrap (ww tortilla, tomato, green & red baby romaine, roasted red peppers, sauteed onions w/ splash balsamic vinegar, regular hummus w/ dollop of chitpole hummus)
pasta salad (spiral pasta, grape tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goddess dressing, "beef" strips)

2 cherry tomatoes (freshly picked)
fruit salad (watermelon, strawberries, blackberries, red grapes, green grapes)
decaf coffee w/ french vanilla creamer
refresh tea

(Forget about my cutting back on wheat thing, just put it right out of your heads entirely.:D)

7 slices of toast with pure and marmite throughout the day.:o:)
Brown rice with sesame seeds and broccoli
Bean salad with vegan mayo

A packet of crisps
Sunflower seeds
Dried apricots
A few sweets

"Real" tea, Yogi tea, water and a can of diet coke

I am still hungry, I might make scrambled tofu on toast, that would make it 9 pieces of toast today.:cool:

thanks for the offer :) i'm not very good at baking though so i'd probably never get round to using it :o

Raspberry Ruffle bar

smoothie
fruit ice lolly
tea with soya milk

jerk 'chicken' and peppers with rice
organic fruit scone with Pure margarine and organic strawberry jam

lettuce, tomato, avocado n vegenaise on bran for life toast
multigrain tortilla chip/crackers with roasted red pepper hummus
root beer
broiled s&p tofu, boiled red potato with brown gravy, corn on cob, spinach with vinegar
i'm about to have a screwdriver

Leek, courgette and tomato tart, (made with a yummy tofu sauce-it has tomato puree, lemon juice, soya milk, soy sauce in it) with new spuds and greens, Swedish Glace ice cream with dairy free chocolate buttons :)

Yesterday was fairly uninteresting as I was traveling all day back from Seattle to Memphis, but this was Sunday:

1/2 hazelnut bumblebar
chocolate pb mojo bar
raw alfredo over zucchini "noodles" with mixed greens
1/2 raw raspberry tart
cuppa joe
pink lady calzone (contained marinera, white garlic sauce, green olives, potatoes, and spinach)
piece of "cheese"bread
tangerine soda

Breakfast: A "chicken" sandwich with veganaise, Spinich, Tomato and pepperjack rice cheese. A cup of coffee with hazelnut soy creamer and soy whip.

Lunch: A large (baking sized) potato with soy sour cream, Nutritional yeast and "bacon" bits.

Dinner: 3/4 cup of baked beans.

another bowl of fruit salad
mayan cocoa spice tea x 2
banana muffin w/ coconut streusel topping

Pasta (wholewheat rotini, Yves spicy Italian sausage, brown mushrooms, red pepper, portabella mushroom pasta sauce).
1 white nectarine.
A few green grapes.

1 bottle of peach cider.
The rest of the moong bean dahl with some basmati rice.

1 glass of vanilla chai soy milk.
1 Hob Nob cookie.
