Yesterday:
Two slices of wholemeal toast, one with Nuttelex and Vegemite, the other with crunchy peanut butter. One coffee with caramel syrup and vanilla Vitasoy. About 15 baby pickled cucumbers

1 banana, cup of hot nettle tea

handful of pecans, an apple, an orange, a celery stick dipped in Vegemite.

scrambled tofu, onions and mushrooms with Liquid Smoke and garlic. Fried rice with onion, red capsicum, garlic, soy sauce and spring onions and scattered with chopped, roasted cashews. Tomato, cucumber and onion salad with lemon juice.

three squares of organic dark choc, melted into a mug of vanilla Vitasoy

water all day

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
3 pieces multigrain toast with Earthbalance and Vegemite.

1 cup organic lemon ginger tea.
1 piece vegan chocolate banana cake.

In my bento:
Salad - head lettuce, yellow tomato, purple pepper, cucumber, coconut-lime-ginger dressing.
1 Yves garden patty (pan fried) with ketchup.
1 piece of garlic bread.
1 mini choc coconut larabar.

2 bottles of peach cider.
Home-made burger: (white bun, hummus, mustard, ketchup, fried red onion, Sol burger patty, tomato slices, red leaf lettuce).
1 corn on the cob.
A few organic sesame tamari tortilla chips.

6 squares of mint dark chocolate.
3 natural fruit candies.

Butter bean, bell pepper and onion mixture with Mexican seasoning. Tomato and lettuce salad.
Wholemeal pitta - half stuffed with hummus, watercress, spinach, rocket, cherry tomatoes and pickled gherkin, the other half stuffed with mayonnaise, watercress, spinach, rocket, cherry tomatoes and pickled gherkin.
Chicken flavour noodles.
Three-quarters of a small pizza topped with tomato sauce, sweetcorn, tomatoes and black olives.
One tortilla chip dipped in raita.

Yesterday:

B: 4 :eek: crumpets w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade

L: Homemade pizza w/ tomato puree, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, mushrooms and red onion. 2 slices homemade garlic bread. 1 punnet raspberries.

S: Chargrilled artichokes in a garlic, chilli and thyme dressing.

D: Tagliatelle w/ mushrooms in a nutmeg and lemon juice sauce. Half punnet blueberries.

I was soooo hungry :D

Today:

B: 2 bananas. Half punnet blueberries.

L: Pizza and garlic bread again.

D: Will be whole wheat pittas stuffed w/ roasted red pepper hummous and spinach, plus some green olives.

Today:
10 pickled baby cucumbers. A chunk of multigrain cobb loaf with Nuttelex and slathered with Vegemite. A mandarin.

A banana. A small glass of chocolate soymilk. Mug of white tea.

Mild curried chickpeas with shredded coconut, garlic, onion and red capsicum. Steamed basmatic rice. Spicy cabbage fried in Nuttelex and oil.

Piece of wholemeal toast with dark chocolate spread and crunchy peanut butter. An apple.

L: Yummy scrambled tofu on toast
Tick Tock tea

Snacks:
2 Raspberry Ruffle Bars
Packet of ready salted crisps
Some raisins
Yogi tea

D: I'm making homemade lentil soup now and I probably will make cauilflower "cheese" later as well.

I'm having a cup of ginger, lemon and camomile tea right now and I also have had a can of diet coke and lots of water.

(I have no fresh fruit in the house at the moment.:()

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl Optimum Power cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 can of organic raspberry lemonade.
1 Yves spicy Italian sausage (pan fried and sliced) in a plain white hamburger bun with Earth Balance, mustard & ketchup.

1 cup pomegranate green tea.
2 squares maple espresso chocolate.
1 small piece vegan chocolate banana cake.

In my bento (dinner at work):
3 veggie "chicken" satay skewers.
Baby red potatoes pan fried with red pepper and red onion.
Green grapes.

1 glass of wine.
4 pieces sweet pastry with nuts (made for me by the Aunt of one of my managers).

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Porridge with a little peanut butter stirred in, soya cappuccino

Lunch: Houmous & red pepper sandwich at a veggie restaurant which I went to with a friend, black coffee

Dinner: Big salad made up of lettuce, cucumber, oven roasted tomatoes, chickpeas, avocado and whatever else I could find :]. Sprinkled with nooch.

Snacks: Apple with almond butter

Evening drinks: glass of wine, jack daniels & diet coke :thumbsup:

Two wholemeal pitta breads stuffed with lettuce, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, celery, grated carrot, baby corn, tomato, sweetcorn, avocado and salad cream.
Two mugs of peppermint tea.
Two packets of salted crisps.
Beer.

Is it the Laptop Lunchbox (bento) that you have?

Yup, I have the purple one and OH has the blue one. They are so useful for when I'm out training as I would never trust a client to provide vegan food at lunchtime. Plus they're so cute that delegates always ask about them and it gives me a chance to mention that my lunchbox is full of vegan food :D Do you have a laptop lunchbox too? :)

It was delicious pavo, though a bit crunchy in places ;)

YESTERDAY:

B: 2 bananas

L: Toasted petits pains topped w/ tomato and chilli chutney and hummous. 1 punnet strawberries.

S: Chargrilled artichokes and some black sesame Japanese crackers. Nak'd cherry flavour raisins.

D (at 10:30 pm): Thai style cakes (chickpeas, lemongrass, onion etc etc in mini patties) plus potato wedges w/ sweet chilli dipping sauce

TODAY:

B: 2 toasted muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade

S: 1 banana

L: Toasted petits pains again, 1 punnet raspberries, Nak'd orange flavour raisins.

D: Will be hotdogs w/ Linda McC "sausages", onions and ketchup.

I've started drinking more water (bottled unfortunately, because our tap water has a strong chlorine taste :( ) and have been putting a handful of frozen fruit into the glass. It chills the water down, and as it defrosts it releases fruit juice into the water and flavours it really nicely. Yummy :)

yesterday:

no breakfast because I overslept, though I had a friend invited for breakfast at my place :o

we then hit the farmer's market instead and came home with a bounty to make a nice Japanese meal:

japanese rice
green beans in miso-tahini dressing
vinegared mushrooms
pickled ginger
edamame
strawberries with mint in balsamic vinegar (not so Japanese)


later had a banana and then made the most awesome chili (black bean, seitan sausages, pasta) that made me sick tonight :sad:

Yes :) I have the black one with the red boxes inside. I love it so much!

Today:

1 bowl of Optimum Power cereal with vanilla soy milk.
1 hot cross bun with Earthbalance and bumbleberry jam.

A few spoonfulls of peanutty tempeh penne that I was cooking for meals this week.

1 bottle of watermelon cider.
Curried green beans on steamed jasmine rice.
Salad - head lettuce, romaine lettuce, roma tomato, cucumber, raddish, avocado, green grapes, raspberry & toasted pecan dressing.

Waffle cup with choc mint soy icecream and chocolate syrup.

Saturday:
Chicken flavour noodles.
Wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with salad, sweetcorn and salad cream.
Plain wholemeal pitta.
Oven chips, onion rings, bombay potato, avocado and ketchup.
More bombay potato and salad.
Peppermint tea.
Strawberry and raspberry tea.

Yesterday:
One and a half potato waffles and half a tin of baked beans with worcestershire sauce.
Cammomile tea.
Baby sweetcorn.
Soya milk hot chocolate.
Roast potatoes, sweet potatoes and red onion. Nut roast. Courgette, baby sweetcorn and sprouting broccoli. Gravy.

huge bowl chick pea noodle soup (parents and aunt loved it- v omni friendly)
salad with iceberg lettuce, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber and asian dressing
few leftover chips and lots of saltines eaten with rrp hummus and salsa and tofutti sour cream. 5 or 6 olives.
gimme lean burger with the works
mashed potatoes
few bites snickerdoodles ice cream
coupla beers and a screwdriver
