the lines at the school cafeteria are insane... Not that there'd be much to eat anyways.
I just grabbed a drink from the vending machine and went outside

Yesterday:
chai tea w/ vanilla soymilk
quinoa flakes w/ agave, almonds, sliced banana, cinnamon, vanilla soymilk
vanilla soy yogurt
grapefruit juice
roasted dandelion root tea
fruit salad (watermelon, honeydew, cantelope)
egyptian licorice mint tea
earl grey tea
tibetan tofu wrap w/ peanut sauce (from Whole Foods)
couple squares carob rice crisp bar
country peach passion tea
pasta w/ mock ricotta and sauce
few mock meatballs
foccaccia dipped in olive oil & grated "cheese"
(I was having a major carb craving)
english breakfast tea
3 mint choc. sandwich cookies

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of Optimum Power cereal with vanilla soy milk.
1 cup pomegranate green tea.
2 pieces vegan chocolate banana cake.
In my bento:
Home made peanutty tempeh penne.
Salad - head lettuce, romaine lettuce, roma tomato, raddish, avocado, green grapes, cucumber, raspberry & toasted pecan dressing.
4 pieces of dried kiwi.
1 veggie dog (Yves veggie dog in a bun with relish, mustard & ketchup).
1 bottle of watermelon cider.
Grilled sandwich - multigrain, hummus, tomato slices.
A few tamari tortilla chips with pineapple salsa.
2 cups chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
2 coconut cookies.

Yesterday-
Breakfast: Porridge with peanut butter, soya cappuccino
Lunch: Pitta with houmous & loads of salad, soy nuts
Dinner: Chickpea, mushroom & kale curry; side salad; strawberries, blueberries & raspberries for dessert
Snacks: Apple with almond butter
Oh and then I had lots of wine...

Yesterday:
Roast sweet potato, roast potato, roast red onion, sprouting broccoli and courgette sandwich with margarine and ketchup.
Peppermint tea.
Slice of bread with ketchup.
Corn pasta with tomato sauce. Corn on the cob with margarine. Lettuce, basil, watercress, tomato and celery.
Slice of toast with peanut butter. Slice of toast with margarine and yeast extract.

breakfast: flax flakes cereal w/ soymilk, canteloupe, berry blossom tea
lunch: salad (baby romaine, carrot, celery, cucumber, green pepper, pepitas, lemon juice, red wine vinegar & olive oil), wheat spaghetti w/ marinara, mushrooms & almond parmesan, piece of wheat bread, diet pepsi
snack: banana, cherries
dinner: burrito (beans, rice, lettuce & guac), chips w/ guac & salsa, two beers

coffee with soya milk
packet of organic crisps
Fresh Organics 'Old Smokey' sandwich (smoked tofu, chilli jam, sprouted seeds and lettuce)
1 apple
1 peach
1 banana
peach soya yogurt
dinner will be Thai 'fishcakes' with sweet chilli sauce, rice and cucumber slices
water all day

-Multigrain oatmeal with flaxseed and maple syrup

Lunch:
-Homemade veggie soup with black beans, carrots, onion, celery, lentils
-Side salad with avocado
Afternoon snack:
Blueberries!! *quiets down*
Dinner:
Brown Rice and couscous with chili peppers and red beans

few blackberries
tahitian vanilla tea
watermelon
guanabana chakra #6 tea
english breakfast tea
crackers w/ "cream cheese" & hot pepper jelly

yeah. Everything is fine :)
It's just that at school I didn't eat because the lines for food are wayyyy to long. Sometimes people stay in line the whole lunch period... And when I got home I studied fir a few hours then fell asleep. I was really tired cause I didn't get much sleep last night.
But yeah. I'm just getting settled and I'm gonna figure out a system soon. I'll probably start bringing my own lunch.
No worries.
Oh. And after I posted that I had a big bowl of fruit salad. With cherries! I love cherries!

avocado salad sushi roll with sweet chili sauce
making a roast for dinner with shaved seitan in the gravy
and cant wait to try the carrot cake ice cream i bought yesterday...
the roast idea made me think of photographing my food which made me realize I should have been taking pictures of my dinners! the parents have been letting me make vegan food every night. i'm liking it!
