Oh dear... didn't have many fruits/veggies today!

Br: nutty crunchy cereal stuff, tea
Lunch: Linda McCartney pie and oven chips and no vegetables :o Not like me.
Snack: Several chocolate crispy cakes :o
Dinner: Tesco chicken-sytle nuggets, noodles stir fried with green beans and red pepper
Dessert: Swedish glace with squirty cream and chocolate sprinkles and another chocolate crispy cake :o

Good heavens... I'm going to eat nothing but kale tomorrow.

Today so far:

B: 2 organic green kiwis, organic orange
L: organic apple and banana, apricot leda snack bar
S: 3 strawberries
D: Tofu (marinated in peanut satay) stirfry w/ cauliflower, broccolli, carrot, corn, onion and cashew nuts over brown rice

Hmm... maybe tonight I will have some more strawberries... :hmm:

It's made from a mixture of berries. Raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. :) Bumbleberry pie is nice too.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
3 pieces multigrain toast with Earthbalance and vegemite.

1 cup pomegranate green tea.
2 pieces vegan chocolate banana cake.

In my bento:
Peanutty tempeh penne (it's all gone now lol)
Salad - cucumber, tomato, red onion, yellow pepper, lime-coconut-ginger dressing.
2 Italian prune plums.
2 pieces of dried kiwi.

2 veggie burgers - white buns, Yves veggie patties, mashed organic avocado, tomato slices, shredded head lettuce, red onions, sauteed mushrooms, ketchup.
A few spicy chips (crisps).
3 glasses of raspberry wheat beer.

The raspberry wheat beer is a seasonal product made by a local brewery. I bought 2 bottles last weekend and I think that's the last I'll be able to buy until next summer rolls around. It's a shame in a way, because it's sooo nice!

Veggie sausage roll and a raspberry cereal bar from a new health food shop
Subway salad roll
Plate of coconut curry with rice and salad from an Ethiopian food stall at the market
Houmous and crackers

Lots of drinks because they were at my friend's bar and they were free - cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemonade, coke and a cup of earl grey tea

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I didn't eat kale all day afterall cos it was looking a bit yellow.

Br - Nothing, cos I had an early appointment at the dentists
Lunch - A bite of porkless pie from holland and barratt but it was all soggy and gross so I ate an entire bag of licorice torpedoes instead :o Oopsy.
Snack - Two greengages
Dinner - 2 linda McCartney sausage rolls, 5 smiley potato faces, 1/4 cucumber, cherry tomatoes and lots and lots of salad and parsley
Snack - The last chocolate crispy cake.

Ethiopian food stall!? Wow. Like the sound of coconut curry.


It was really nice, the stall had two different veggie curries and one lentil curry and you could try one of the dishes with either steamed rice or a wheat pancake type thing. :) If I hadn't eaten so much beforehand I would have tried one of the other curries.:cool:

Coconut curry is wonderful.

My favorite curry dish is coconut curried tofu with rice.

english breakfast tea

pancakes w/ strawberries and agave
orange juice
choc. hazelnut tea
refresh tea

chai tea x 2
slice orange date nut bread w/ cream cheese

passion tea
pasta w/ sauce and mock ricotta
mock meatballs
corn on cob
kale w/ toasted sesame oil
focaccia bread dipped in oil & grated cheese

english breakfast tea
choc. mint sandwich cookies

Breakfast: 2 cups of cereal with unsweetend soy milk. 2 cups of coffee with soy creamer/milk and soy whip.

Lunch: A cashew butter and jelly sandwich. A kiwi dehydrated into 'chips'.

Dinner: A salad with assorted veggies, Avacado, soy "chicken" strips, Crutons and vegan 1000 island dressing.

1 bowl of Optimum Power cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 can of cranberry lemonade.
3 pieces multigrain bread, toasted with Earthbalanace and vegemite.

About 12 jumbo organic raisins.
1 square of dark chocolate.

In my bento (dinner at work):
3 satay "chicken" skewers.
Fried baby red potatoes with red pepper, red onion and mushrooms.
1/2 white nectarine.

Snack after work:
1 glass chocolate rice milk.
2 wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

Breakfast: Porridge with peanut butter, coffee with soy milk

Lunch: Pitta with roasted red pepper houmous & salad (lettuce, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, grated carrot); a fat free banana and date muffin (my first venture into vegan baking! and it was pretty successful)

Dinner: Palak tofu (recipe http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/05/palak-tofu-tofu-in-curried-spinach.html); green salad; raspberry, blueberry & cranberry jelly for dessert

Snacks: Apples x 2, some almonds, many cups of herbal tea

english breakfast tea
choc. mint sandwich cookies

Two bits of last night's garlic potatos and a handful of chips. Then again, it's only 3:22 and I work at a restaurant, so I'm sure the list will expand.

tofu veggie stirfry with hot chili sauce over brown rice, iced tea
iced caramel soy latte
more juice
2 slices of pizza (soy cheese, tomato sauce, mushrooms, kalamata olives, artichokes), few breadsticks with tomato sauce
a few drinks

Today:

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.

1 bottle of passionfruit tea.
1 bluberry muffin.

At Chinese restaurant:
1 and a half beers.
Mu Shu (thinly sliced stirfried veg - carrrot, cabbage, chinese mushroom, bean sprouts, Chinese greens, garlic, ginger and Chinese style pancakes. You wrap the veg with some sauce inside the pancake. Like a chinese fajita).
Sweet & Sour "pork".
Steamed rice.

1 Watermelon cider.
1 apple scroll (pastry with apple wrapped inside).
1 Belsoy vanilla pudding cup.
