Mu Shu (thinly sliced stirfried veg - carrrot, cabbage, chinese mushroom, bean sprouts, Chinese greens, garlic, ginger and Chinese style pancakes. You wrap the veg with some sauce inside the pancake. Like a chinese fajita).

1 apple scroll (pastry with apple wrapped inside).

I used to love MuShu but haven't had it since I went vegan. Was this a veg place Roxy or is MuShu vegan to begin w/. Maybe I've been unncecessarily depriving myself all these years

I think MuShu traditionally has pork in it, but I could be wrong. I never ate it as a non-vegan.

The restaurant is an omni place, but they have a whole menu dedicated to vegetarians and most of the food on that menu is vegan :) This is the 2nd time that I've been there, and I enjoyed my food even more this time round.

Today:

1 soy iced coffee.
3 pieces of blueberry loaf.

Buttercream frosting and lemon frosting (licking the spoon lol) after I'd iced the lemon cake I made from Cherry's website.

1 Watermelon cider.
Leftover Chinese food:
MuShu.
Sweet & Sour "Pork".
Steamed rice.

1 piece of lemon cake.

MuShu does traditionally have pork in it. I've never seen it made without pork, Our veg-friendly chinese place doesn't offer that on it's vegetarian menu and no other chinese place even has a vegetarian menu. :satisfied:

I wish I could find some veggie pho. I grew up with pho, and I miss it. I keep hearing about vegan versions, but I think I'm finally gonna start seeking it out.

Purely Decadent by Turtle Mountain Company. There is also a plain coconut flavor as well :)
