I also got Snickerdoodle and Blueberry Cheesecake which are new flavors here. Haven't tried the Snickerdoodle but I just had a cup of the Blueberry Cheesecake. It was good, but it didn't taste cheesy to me. *sigh*. I think I'll have to make a proper cheesecake.

I was looking for the carrot cake one Ruby but I can't find that. I'll keep searching. Oh, I also saw a Dulce Sin Leche one but didn't get it. I will next time.

The coconut mint chip really is delicious. It's basically mint chip ice cream made w/ coconut milk instead of soymilk. Or maybe in addition to soymilk.

Hey, maybe you'll end up working at the health food store and get some ice cream discounts. ;)

I think your meals sound delish Bexi :)

I'm the same though, I tend to stick to what I like (chargrilled artichokes...!) and I think my daily meals must seem really boring to other people! :p

Today:

B: 2 muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade

S: 1 banana, a few Pomodorino tomatoes

L (at 3.45 p.m.): 2 soft white finger rolls filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, sliced tomato, sliced mushrooms, salad cream. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Handful mixed nuts (pecan, pistachio, almond, brazil, walnut).

S: Chargrilled artichokes in a garlic, chilli and thyme dressing. Big bowl of strawberries and blueberries. Pint of water w/ frozen fruit in it.

I'm still hungry (been working from 7.30 a.m. to right now without a break - went to Huddersfield and back to do some training this afternoon. I'm knackered and need brain food - that's my excuse!) so might have some wholewheat pittas w/ salad like at lunch time to use up the ingredients.

Yummy :)

I'm in Maine...which is pretty much as "meat & potatoes" as you can get. It's a small miracle I find the vegan food I do. But you Brits are always mentioning something or other that I can't get here either. ;)

I wish I could find some veggie pho. I grew up with pho, and I miss it. I keep hearing about vegan versions, but I think I'm finally gonna start seeking it out.
If you go to the right restaurant, they will have it. I couldn't live with out my veggie pho.
