Porridge with peanut butter bexi?? mixed in? Whats it like, I love pb but would never think to do that..

Yeps I just stir it in towards the end of the cooking. I may have strange tastes but I love the peanutty oaty goodness :D.
Yday after I posted what I'd eaten I had the best part of a bottle of red wine as well... I feel a bit rough this morning lol.

I stir pb into oat bran at the end, it's very yummy. Especially with mashed banana and a few chocolate chips too :)

yesterday..

breakfast: blueberry bran muffin, peach, coffee w/ soy milk

snack: banana

lunch: wheat pita, carrot sticks, cucumber, hummus, more coffee

snack: peach soy yogurt

dinner: chips w/ guac & salsa, burrito (rice, beans, guac, lettuce, salsa, hot sauce, slaw), caffeine-free soda

B: Larabar (banana cookie)

S: 4 black sesame Japanese crackers, a few pistachios, Nakd lemon flavoured raisins

L: American curly fries, onion rings, ketchup

S: Nakd cherry flavour raisins

D: Larabar (cashew cookie), homemade banana shake like yesterday's

waffle w/ almond butter, org. blueberries, org. strawberries, and a dollop of soyatoo
mayan chocolate spice tea

eyebright tea
2 small pieces of leftover pizza from WF (they were tiny, really don't even count ;) )

4 thai dumplings w/ peanut sauce
Roxy's peanutty tempeh pasta
salad (org. red leaf lettuce, org. tomato, org. cucumber, blue cheese pieces (so good!), olive oil, balsamic vinegar)
black vanilla tea x 2
candy cane lane tea

organic nectarine
bowl of apple cinnamon o's cereal w/ soymilk
slice orange date nut bread w/ cream cheese
african redbush peach tea x 2

a banana

Thai fried rice with leftover Thai curry

some cucumber-wasabi maki with ginger and soy sauce

a slice of Mexican chocolate cake

raspberry-banana smoothie

Yes thank you. I feel okay after resting, I am super vegan! :)

Lots of carbs today, I think I must hate protein ;)

B: Wheat cereal with soya milk
L: 1/2 of a veggie SOS Roll and some toast
D: Stir fried veggies with chillies and brown rice

Salt and vinegar crisps
Lots of biscuits :D

A few cups of tea with soya milk and lots of water

I fancy making stewed apples right now and having them with vanilla ice cream or soya custard :heart:

1 apple
1 cup of Jasmine tea
whole wheat pasta, med veg, tomato and basil sauce
1 small crusty baguette
1 herbal health drink
some oven chips
1 bowl of fruit and nut muisli with unsweetened soy
1 wholemeal slice of toast with soy spread and bramble jam
lots of water and some orange squash

Two bananas.
Two apples.
Fried rice with vegetables. Steamed broccoli. Spicy bean burger.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
1/4 of an avocado wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
Hot chocolate.

Brek: banana, 1 pce rice bread toasted w/ natural p.b
Morn: 2 tea w/ rice milk, 1 Aribar, 1 banana
Lunch: rice bread sandwich w/ Plamil mayo, avo, tom, cuc, lettuce, Cheezly Cheddar
Arvo: I feel like baking something so I have something to eat!
Dinner: not sure, keen to try a pasta recipe I have seen floating around involving vegan alfredo sauce but I will prolly have tempeh w/ peanut sauce

Today:

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 Wildberry buckwheat waffles with Yves veggie bacon and maple syrup.

Few sips of my partner's root beer.
6 pieces of veggie sushi.

Dinner at an Indian buffet:
1 peach cooler.
2 lentil patties with mango chutney and a little bit of each of the following;
Some steamed basmati rice.
Dahl.
Curried peas.
Curried corn.
Spicy curried potatoes.
Nan.

Later at home:
2 glasses of cherry brandy & sprite.
2 pieces of apple bun with Earthbalance.

Ooh a new person.:)
They were Fairtrade Doves Farm Lemon cookies. They are not anything special but I have an obsessive need to buy any food I see to be vegan whenever I am out.:D I sometimes eat whole packets of bourbons just because they are vegan also haha.)

I have only had a cup o' tea so far today but I am going out to Pizza Express later so I will have the mixed leaf salad with the marinated olives on top and then a cheeseless pizza with jalapenos and red pepper (as usual.)

I'm back here after a relapse in fairly restrictive eating due to emotional upheaval. Should be back to normal now, I hope. I've been reading the thread with great attention and you guys have given me lots of yummy inspiration what to cook soon! :)

Today I had:
coffee + rice milk
soy yogurt, banana + grape-nuts
salad of quinoa, tomato, cucumber, yellow pepper, celery + olives
green beans with browned onions and crispy smoked tofu, served with mashed potatoes

Glad to hear you are feeling better applepie.:) It sounded like you had a very healthy and yummy day today.

I ate tons more today, crisps, bread etc, the usual.:rolleyes: Mmmm I have vegan apple pies downstairs in the cupboard as well.
(Not the VF person called applepie just in case people get worried.:eek::D)

Today:

B: Homemade banana shake (2 bananas, soya milk, dash of maple syrup). Bowl filled w/ strawberries and blueberries.

L: Bottle of water, packet of ready salted Kettle Chips (crisps), 1 Larabar (apple pie). 1 packet Nakd orange flavour raisins.

S (stuck on M1 for hours): 1 Larabar (chocolate coconut chew)

D: Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes. Glass of wine (needed after the M1 lol)

Got home to find my ice cream has finally been delivered!! Yay! Tomorrow I'm going to have an ice cream cornet filled w/ Booja Booja maple and pecan ice cream... or maybe Swedish Glace Neapolitan... choices choices :D

2 homeade iced cinnamon rolls
english breakfast tea
organic cherries

2 bottles of beer
toasted sandwich with houmous, grilled courgette and sweet potato
lots of chips (fries)

Swedish Glace choc ice

plenty of water throughout the day
