Today:
coffee + rice milk
soy yogurt, apple, raisins + grape-nuts
wrap filled with hummus, lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn + red pepper
lady grey tea + rice milk
lentil shepherd's pie + green beans

oh yeah, has anybody tried purely decadents turtle trail ice cream??? i have a new favorite. but its too rich to eat more than a few bites at a time.
why have only just tried purely decadent?

Mostly my days start healthy and get worse as they go on. Today I did it in reverse order just for a change!
B: Homemade choco-banana shake (2 frozen bananas, soya milk, dash of maple syrup, cocoa, vanilla essence). "Breakfast dogs" - Linda McC sausages in buns w/ fried white onion and ketchup, and a side of fried mushrooms. (Also did baked beans for OH, but I'm less keen on them.)
S: Nakd lemon flavour raisins
L: Pizza (tomato puree, mixed herbs, mushrooms, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, red onion)
D: Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes. Big bowl of strawberries, blueberries and kiwi.
Maybe, just maybe, that Booja Booja maple and pecan ice cream I keep thinking about... ;)

Ruby , I love Turtle Trails ice cream. I usually eat the whole tub in 2 sittings :o

smoothie (banana, pnb, unsweetened soymilk, cocoa, vanilla extract, ice)
country peach passion tea
1 1/2 black bean burgers on 2 slices wheat bread w/ nayonnaise, red leaf lettuce, blue cheese, onion rings)...I was trying to recreate a burger I had at a restaurant when I was vegetarian
1/2 avocado sprinkled w/ paprika
broccoli w/ earth balance
kale w/ toasted sesame oil
tomatoes w/ olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, parsley
dragonfruit tea
english breakfast tea
blueberry cheesecake ice cream

I have been sitting in my new king size bed all day just reading, listening to music and eating food, it's been great.:):o
B: Toast, veggie sausages, grilled tomatoes and grilled mushrooms with lots of ketchup
L: Parsnips, broccoli, carrots, stuffing and vegetable gravy
Snacks:
Stewed apples with tons of vanilla ice cream
A packet of crisps
2 kiwis
Lots of green tea

cooked breakfast: veggie sausage, hash browns, baked beans, grilled tomatoes with pesto, fried mushrooms, slice of wholemeal toast with vegan spread
strawberry, banana and apple iced smoothie
jerk Yagga (meat substitute) with peppers and rice
Swedish Glace choc ice
today is a total junk food day :o :)
coffee with soya milk
maple syrup-frosted cornflakes with rice milk
2 slices of white toast with Pure spread and yeast extract
3 jam tarts
bag of mini chocolate eggs
dinner will be fresh filled spelt tortellini with a tomato and herb sauce

today didnt start so good...
1/4 container turtle trails ice cream, few handfuls sweet potato chips...
coffee
then i had carrot and spinach curry (homemade- not very god)
i'm about to eat a pear
bringing chickpea cutlets on bran for life bread w tofutti slice for lunch
also 1/2 can chick peas, handful carrots with sesame dressing.

wholegrain bagel with yeast extract, tofu, tomato slices + lettuce
carrot sticks
dinner will be lentil bolognese (made from leftover lentils from yesterday's shepherd's pie) + wholewheat fusilli, plus some steamed broccoli

S: Nakd lemon flavour raisins.
L: Pizza (tom puree, red/yellow/green pepper, red onion, mixed herbs). Bowl filled w/ strawberries and blueberries.
S: Black sesame Japanese crackers, pistachios, 1 Larabar (key lime pie), Nakd cherry flavour raisins.
D: Samosas, bhajis, mini popadoms.

Breakfast: A pb&j, 1/4th of an avocado.
Lunch: A smoothie made with 1 cup of assorted fruit (mango, pineapple and cherry), 1/2 cup of soy milk 1/4 cup of banana acai juice and 1/4 cup of orange juice.
Dinner: Will be a veggieburger and hummus with pita bread.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Amy's California burger on a wholewheat bun with BBQ sauce.
1 piece of apple bun.
1 beer.
Thai sweet potato, mango & butternut squash curry over steamed jasmin rice.
Side salad: romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, snap peas, rasbperry & toasted pecan dressing.
2 fruit candies.
I might have a cup of tea and a cookie later.

Breakfast: Oats with raisins, fresh fruit (nectarine, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) & soymilk; black coffee
Lunch: (Nice aunty cooked me vegan stuff) Couscous with roasted veg & potatoes; green salad; more strawberries for afters; black coffee
Snack: Cocoa loco nakd bar
Dinner: Boots meal deal - "Bugsy" sandwich (carrot, alfalfa, rocket & hummous); carrot & sugar snap peas; apple

Ramen noodles with grated carrot, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
2 plums
Tonight will be: soya burgers and chard, or a veggie chilli and broccoli.
More plums *snore* - the only fruit left in the house til I go shopping..
Maybe a molasses tea for iron...

Today:
B: 1 Larabar (coconut cream chew). Homemade choco-banana shake.
L: 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. 6 baby vine tomatoes. 6 green olives. Large handful mixed nuts (pecan, pistachio, walnut, brazil, almond). Nakd lemon flavour raisins.
S: 1 Larabar (pistachio). Nakd orange flavour raisins (there is a bit of an addiction going on!)
D: 6 roasted asparagus w/ garlic olive oil. Not sure what else but may involve some Swedish Glace neapolitan ice cream in a cornet :)

B: Cinnamon pancakes w/ maple syrup
S: Ruffles All Dressed chips (I know, I know!)
L: BF made me some soy sauce drenched veggies over spaghetti
S: Some artificial, crap-filled, terrible company licorice
D: Shroom and garlic tomato sauce, over whole wheat pasta...probably with some soy cream for dessert.
Hey, I just found out that my two week's notice at work was cut short...by two weeks! My excuse to indulge ;)
