i'm soo stuffed
coffee
bran flakes with soy milk
tofu scramble with hashbrowns, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions, gimme lean sausage
fruit punch
salad with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, olives, mushrooms, aby carrots and greek dressing
3 dolmas
lemony greek style boiled potatoes with fresh herbs
zucchini fritters (like 6!)
big glass soy milk
2 oreos
about to have drinks

Indeed. I've called them in the past and they've told me specifically that they're vegan. That's here in Canada, however. I'm not sure about anywhere else.
BTW, totally jealous of your samosas. Total craving right now.

Yeah, they're vegan here. YUM. My favourite!
Breakfast:
Banana
Lunch:
Potatoes, peas, onions, and bok choy stir fried with soy sauce, garlic, garam masala, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper (kind of curry-ish but not really but still delicious)
Afternoon snack:
Bowl of instant oatmeal
Bread with jam
Cup of fruit juice
Afternoon snack #2:
Handful (or two :p) of pistachios
Dinner:
Foot long veggie sub
Diet pop

For breakfast: Veggie curry (Yum!)
For lunch: More veggie curry! (Hated curry for years, but now am loving it)

BTW, totally jealous of your samosas. Total craving right now.
The last thing I need to eat is chips, but I think it is my duty as a vegan to check those out. ;)
The samosas weren't that good, so you didn't miss anything.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 Wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.
1 glass chocolate rice milk.
1 toasted avocado & tomato sandwich on multigrain.
1 piece home-made Shepherd's Pie.
Salad: romaine, tomato, cucumber, avocado, snap peas, raspberry & toasted pecan dressing.
1 Belsoy vanilla pudding cup.
2 squares of mint chocolate.
1 cup of maple tea with soy milk.
1 piece of multigrain toast with vegemite.
A few tamari tortilla chips.
2 birdsnest cookies.

Nut roast, boiled potatoes, mangetout, broad beans, courgette, corn on the cob and redcurrant and ginger chutney.

So far today:
2 toast with pure spread
Scrambled tofu on toast
I was going to have veggie curry with rice but I burnt the rice being on here and had to throw out the pot as it is ruined.:rolleyes: So I had the veggie curry but added some beans and raisins instead of the rice. I had a whole green chilli in it and nearly burnt my mouth off, but in a good way.
Also sunflower seeds, kiwis and lots of cups of tea

B: Larabar (apple pie). Pure o/j.
L: Garlic-roasted asparagus spears and homemade garlic bread (yum). Nakd cherry flavour raisins. Banana.
S: Pure o/j. Larabar (key lime pie). Nakd lemon flavour raisins.
D: Pasta w/ sauce made from pureed brocolli, cauli, leek, ground black pepper and soya milk. Homemade choco-banana shake (they are sooooo good). Kiwi and blueberries for dessert.

B: Cup of tea w/ soya milk. Larabar (lemon pie).
L: 2 tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, vine tomato, mushroom, yellow pepper. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Nakd lemon flavour raisins. Homemade choco-banana shake (yes, again...)
S: Will be vine tomatoes and mixed nuts (pistachios, pecans, walnets, almonds, brazils).
D (at about 11 pm as OH working late): Will be homemade chilli w/ garlic bread.

- Spinach & Potato Pastry thing with ketchup
- Penne Pasta with olive oil, chilli & broccoli (at a cafe)
