Wow... congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

Today I had/will have:

Cereal with soya milk, green and black grapes, prickly pear.

Lunch was the Simply Lovely Quinoa from "The Garden of Vegan" - quinoa cooked with onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, tomato and a bit of thyme. It was gorgeous, and the bf loved it too... I'm pushing as much vegan food on him as I can because the other day he said he wants to eat less animal ingredients (he's diabetic). So the more vegan food he eats, the less animal derivatives he can get into his body... :thumbsup:

Soya milk smoothie with carob, banana and PB

EDIT: As per the plan above I'm going to make the tasty tempeh chilli from La Dolce Vegan :D

Maybe some molasses tea

hi stickdate! congrats.

so far only coffee
toast with earth balance and pepper jelly
side salad nd french fries (out to eat :rolleyes: )
half of a pizza with gimme lean sausage, veg peperoni, peppers, onions, mushrooms garlic, tomatoes, pizza sauce, fyh mozzarela
another small salad
3 or 4 oatmeal no bake cookies
about to have cocktails

ww english muffin w/ earth balance & marmalade
grapefruit juice
mexicali chili tea
organic green grapes

ginger peach tea
pakora
samosa w/ mango chutney
lentil dahl patty
rainforest red tea

egyptian licorice spice tea
orange "beef" stir fry w/ bok choy, broccoli, onion (this dish was insprired by jamboxrock and one of her bentos)
brown rice

english breakfast tea x 2
blueberry muffin
slice chocolate cake w/ coconut ice cream

Sick today, tummy doesn't know if it wants to throw up or have it come out the other end (TMI, sorry!)

coffee with soya milk
malted wheats cereal with rice milk

two organic wholemeal pitta breads with organic houmous
packet of crisps
1 banana

cup of tea with soya milk
peanut butter marshmallow rice krispie square :D

Yagga (mock meat) korma with basmati rice
glass of balckberry, raspberry & boysenberry smoothie

loads of water during the day

i've developed a simple stir-fry technique that reduces the amount of oil i use whilst giving the tofu a nice deepfried look/texture, using veggie stock. i'm quite proud of my achievement since i'm a shit cook otherwise. so this is some kind of chow fun-esque concoction.

- 2 slices of organic wholegrain toast with omega 3 spread & orange marmalade
- organic lemonade soda (santa cruz brand)
- orange & kiwi fruits
- Instant Wholewheat noodles in mushroom miso broth w/ asian vegies in it
- Baked Potato topped with mixed beans, veggies, avocado & hummus

yesterday...

breakfast: wheat pita w/ hummus

snack: banana, coffee w/ soy milk

snack: multiseed & soy sauce rice crackers

lunch: ratatouille over wheat couscous, diet pepsi

snack: two pieces wheat bread

dinner: "vegi melt" on toasted sourdough (grilled mushrooms, onions & peppers, tomato & olives), side salad w/ italian, just a few french fries (possibly the best I've ever had), glass of shiraz

after: two or three beers, popcorn

B: Larabar (cherry pie)

L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, mushroom, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and Plamil mayo. 2 black sesame Japanese crackers. Homemade choco-banana shake w/ Swedish Glace neapolitan ice cream scoop floating on the top!

S: Nakd cherry flavour raisins x 2 packets (no will power... :rolleyes: )

D: Chilli w/ taco shells. Garlic bread. Bowl filled w/ strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Pure o/j.

Cereal with soya milk

Molasses tea

Leftover quinoa from yesterday
A few "tarallini" (little round crunchy bread things from Southern Italy)
Prickly pear and grapes
Prunes

Diet pepsi

Banana

Oven roasted potatoes and zucchini with rosemary made by the bf (very good too)
A vegan "cornetto" style ice-cream
Limoncino :cool:

Spring onion, spinach, watercress, wild rocket, avocado, carrot, tomato, cucumber, sage and onion slices and Reggae Reggae sauce in half a tortilla wrap.
A few peanuts.
Half a poppadom.
Wholewheat spaghetti with soya mince and kidney bean bolognese.
Peppermint tea.
Handful of salt and vinegar crisps.

B-Cinnamon pancakes w/ maple syrup (gee, I seem to be eating a lot of these...)

L-Fries and a root beer from a chip truck (the roommate and I were downtown shopping, and decided to be bad)

D-Probably hummus and pita, and an apple dipped in peanut butter. I have five days before school starts, and I intend on absolute and complete LAZYNESS.

not that hungry today, not sure why.
