Breakfast: A pb&j, Two cups of coffee with soy creame and whip.

Lunch: A "chicken" sandwich on WW with veganaise, Spinich and tomato.

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups of "dirty rice" made with half a serving soy steak strips, 1/2 cup of cream style corn.

Snack: A cup of cereal with unsweetend soy milk.

coffee
pbnj and a half (on bran for life)
2 pears
hummus on generic triscuits
an ice-pop
stir fried wide rice noodles with tofu and grilled tomatoes, peppers, onion and mushrooms (olive oil, soy sauce, liquid smoke, and fresh basil)<--yum
kitchens of india chickpea curry with toasted sprouted ezekiel roll n earth balance
coupla beers

B: 2 toasted muffins w/ Pure spread and marmalade. 1 strawberry.

S: Nakd orange flavour raisins.

L: Huge salad (lettuce, tomato, red pepper, shredded carrots, black olive, watercress, red cabbage). Sparkling spring water.

S: Nakd cherry flavour raisins. Nakd orange flavour raisins.

D: Garlic bread. Homemade choco-banana shake.

Hazelnut nougat chocolate bar.
Bell pepper stuffed with couscous. Black eyed bean, tomato and lettuce salad. Garlic bread. Horseradish relish.
Peppermint tea.
Salted crisps.

Yesterday: hazelnut coffee w/ hazelnut creamer, 3 waffles w/ syrup & earth balance, 2 yves sausage patties, 2 slices cantalope, blue ginger tea

sweet dreams tea x 2, mock egg salad sandwich, dill pickle, tortilla chips w/ green olive hummus, ginger peach tea x 2, watermelon

bowl apple cinnamon o's w/ soymilk, brownie w/ walnuts, black tea x2

Today: 3 slices cantalope, black vanilla tea

2 slices toast w/ earth balance & grape jam, some blackberries
multiple cups of black tea

I might have a smoothie later

leftover tempeh sloppy joe on a ww bun
diet soda
bunch of chips with guacamole and salsa
beers
tasty bites multigrain pilaf

Today


few bites of a bagel with hummus (it had been frozen and wasn't any good), coffee
some black grapes
grilled teriyaki tofu with pineapple and sesame broccoli (all from whole foods)
plain spaghetti with tomato sauce, couple pieces of beer bread with earth balance, fresh tomato slices
home-made apple pie (made by my grandma, yum!) with more coffee

Tons of trial mix
luna bar, mojo bar
vegan chicken with garlic sauce and white rice, scallion pancakes, spring roll, fortune cookie :rolleyes:
Lots of granola :confused:
couple of gallons on water :surprised_ani:

I was backpacking til the chinese food. Most have eat about 4000 calories. Hopefully burn most of it though.

L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, mushroom, yellow pepper, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus. Bowl filled w/ diced pear, plum and kiwi. Choco-banana shake (soya milk, 2 frozen bananas, tblsp cocoa, dash agave nectar, 1/2 capful vanilla essence).

S: 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Handful of mixed nuts (pistachio, pecan, walnut, almond, brazil). Nakd lemon flavour raisins.

D: Split dish shared w/ OH: Basmati rice, naan, and moroccan tagine / thai red curry.

Yesterday:

B: organic shreddies w/ soymilk
L: nothing
D: went to my favorite burger place and was served BEEF instead of a VEG burger! I took one bite and almost threw up. The manager apologized, didn't make me pay for my half of the meal and offered me a free burger. The boy and I just left. Since I'm actually allergic to meat proteins, I ended up throwing up and feeling so, so gross all night.
Ick. Ick. ICK.
