Yesterday:
B: organic shreddies w/ soymilk
L: nothing
D: went to my favorite burger place and was served BEEF instead of a VEG burger! I took one bite and almost threw up. The manager apologized, didn't make me pay for my half of the meal and offered me a free burger. The boy and I just left. Since I'm actually allergic to meat proteins, I ended up throwing up and feeling so, so gross all night.
Ick. Ick. ICK.
ICK! That's really horrrible. Hope you're feeling a bit better now :)

Yesterday:
Vegetable soup. Slice of bread with margarine.
Potato boat (baked potato skin stuffed with mashed potato flesh mixed with Mexican style kidney bean, tomato, sweetcorn and courgette mixture). Steamed broccoli and spinach. Guacamole. Horseradish relish.
Breadsticks.

leftover gyoza from yesterday + stir-fried veg

pasta salad with heirloom tomatoes
2 star-shaped hokkaido squash patties
olives
some dates
too much seitan bourgignon that was today's lunch as well :)

B: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ homemade hummous (a friend brought it over, I cannot take any credit!), lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, orange pepper, mushroom, asparagus, pomodorino tomatoes. Bowl of Swedish Glace neapolitan ice cream.
S: Black sesame Japanese crackers. Nakd orange flavour raisins.
D: Pizza w/ tomato puree, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, red onion. Garlic bread. Homemade choco-banana shake.
My diet's getting really repetitive. I *must* start to do some cooking from my new cookbooks (La Dolce Vegan and VWAV).

focaccia dipped in olive oil & nutritional yeast

2 more brownies topped w/ cookies & cream ice cream

Breakfast:
Bowl of oatmeal (made with soy milk) with extra brown sugar
Lunch:
Large tupperware container full of salad (bagged salad greens with romaine, cabbage, shredded carrots and corn, chickpeas, and poppyseed dressing)
Afternoon snack:
1 vegan ice cream sandwich
Dinner:
Bean burger eaten with 2 corn tortillas, sliced tomatoes, and ketchup
2 hasbrown patties with ketchup
Right now:
Flavoured water

The cereal is good and all, but wow dang that's a lot of cereal.
And I'm still looking for vegan bacon. The Morningstar ones have egg whites in 'em!

It's called Fakin' Bacon by lightlife!!! It's yummy. It's not so good by itself, but on a toasted BLT it's HEAVEN!

Oh my gosh, no wonder I've got weight issues. Lol*
-a couple bean burritos with black olives and salsa (lunch and dinner)
-canteloupe & grapes
-berry+almond+granola snack bar
-chocolate soy milk with breakfast
-handful of potato chips
-two cups of coffee
-a glass or two berry punch frozen fruit juice
-a couple glasses of ice water

I'm eating a fake chicken fillet with tons of stir fried veggies for dinner
Strawberry soya milkshake, glass of coke, cup of green tea and lots of water

Toasted sandwich - two slices of white toast, half an avocado and half a tomato.
Boiled potatoes, baked beans and ketchup.
Golden coconut chocolate bar. Rooibos tea with soya milk.

Buddha's Delight at a Chinese restaurant (vegetarian soy meat with rice and some veggies)
Mango salad
Iced tea
Lunch 2 (as the Chinese restaurant had TINY portions and was not filling):
6 inch sub
Dinner:
Toasted bagel with Vegenaise, Tofurky, tomato slices, and hot pepper flakes
Bowl of cereal with soy milk
Cup of tea
