Hello today ive had....
B- porridge with soya milk and maple syrup
green tea
L vegan cafe - leek and potato soup
hummus and salad and corn crisp breads
D- veggie mince with mushrooms, peppers, courgettes in
garlic mash potatoes,
carrots, brocolli, green beans, cauli, soya peas
baked apple with syrup, dried fruit
plus 1 can organic lemonade, and water x tons!

Breakfast:
-Blueberry Bran muffin with EB
-Soy milk- banana smoothie
Lunch:
-Cooked corn and peas with EB
-Tempeh burger with ketchup
-Baby carrots and red pepper strips
Dessert: Peanut Butter Z-Bar
Dinner:
-Millet, cooked in vegetable broth with Bragg's
-Salad (romaine lettuce, baby carrots, and mushrooms) with (soy based) creamy veggie dressing
-Pear
Later:
-Popcorn with EB

Breakfast:
Strawberry soy yogurt
Cup of tea with soy milk and sugar
Morning snack:
Banana
Lunch:
Nachos--baked tortilla chips, Vegan Gourmet cheese, tomato, green onion, yellow pepper, salsa, vegan sour cream
6 strawberries
Afternoon snack:
Cup of coffee with soy milk
Supper:
Spicy veggie burger (no bun) with ketchup, relish, and mustard
'Baked' potato with Earth Balance and ketchup
Peas, 10 olives
Dessert (~1 hour later):
2 deliciously evil Middle Eastern cookies (date paste wrapped in a cakey cookie layer and rolled in toasted seasme seeds)
Cup of hot chocolate
Evening snack:
A couple of rice crackers with hummus
Cup of Sleepytime tea

Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces of multigrain toast with Earthbalance and
1/2 cup baked beans.
1 Cinnamon Raisin bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and Raspberry & Champagne jam.
1 Organic Banana.
1 Cup of Ginger Twist Tea.
1 Amy's Shepherd's Pie with ketchup.
A bunch of Kettle Chips.
About to have another cup of tea and a some chocolate I think.

I *ate* horribly today:
Breakfast: Cold, Leftover Dahl
Snack: Tortillas and Salsa
Lunch: Handful of Cashews, Some Raisons, Some Carrots
Very Late Dinner: Tortillas, Guacamole, and Salsa

B- 2 organic weetabix with soy milk + yogurt, with raisins + chopped banana
S- Apple
L- @ Beano Wholefoods, Leeds: Sandwich (was 1/2 price! :D)- umm..filling was Cheatin' Bacon, mustard, tomato, peppers, sprouts, red cabbage...some other veg... Was very nice anyway!
& piece of chocolate sponge cake
D- Mushroom rice with extra mushrooms & steamed veg. With soy sauce.
Also bought 'Banana & Walnut Cake', and 'Apple Crumble' from Beanos. May eat later... :p
@ 10pm (whilst watching movie): apple crumble piece with 1/2 chopped banana and soy yogurt on top~ warmed. :)

snack: bananas (addict T_T)

Thanks yogini :) I love spinach but don't have a deepfreezer so always use fresh spinach - I just threw some chopped spinach, garlic, onion into a pot, added a little soy cream and vegetable broth and that's it.
I hope my cooking creativity won't fade as I'll have to stark working again tomorrow (made such a lot of stuff the last three weeks when I wasn't in the office).

few dried dates and figs, and some marzipan - couldn't resist the Christmas offers any longer :o

4 chocolate gingerbread biscuits

I feel a bit peckish tho.....

I feel a bit peckish tho.....
That all sounds so good, especially the lasagna and the gingerbread!
Breakfast:
-Cream of wheat made with soymilk with 1 tsp brown sugar
-1 slice of whole grain oat bread with cinammon raisin PB
-Apple
Lunch:
-Fat free refried beans
-Left over millet with EB
-Salad (romaine lettuce, red peppers, baby carrots, and low fat raspebeey vinaigrette dressing)
Dessert: Peanut butter Z-Bar
Snack:
-Apple
-Pretzels
Dinner:
-Salad (romaine lettuce, snow peas, a few baby carrots, mushrooms, and low fat raspberry vinaigrette dressing)
-Grilled tempeh, marinated in teriaki sause
-French fries with ketchup
Dessert: 6 oz container of lemon soy yogurt
Later:
-Either French toast flavored oatmeal or chocolate chip flavored oatmeal

Bami, Middle Eastern thing (stew but not so thick) made with okra and tomatoes served over rice
3 date-seasme cookies
Afternoon snack:
A few squares of marzipan chocolate
Bottle of pop
Supper:

Can of mango nectar
Evening snack:
Like 5 nacho chips with vegan sour cream and salsa

Hehe, same here. Königsberger Klopse was my early childhood trauma :mad: After not having touched them for years, I'm now seriously addicted to capers. Pizza with tomatoes, olives and capers... *drool*

today -
breakfast - tofu scramble made with silken tofu, garlic, brocolli, portabella mushrooms, fresh salsa. avacado slices. roasted red, purple and white potatoes w/garlic, salt, white pepper and olive oil. coffee w/soycreamer.
snack - Double Rainbow cherry chocolate chip soycream
dinner - some taco dip - black beans, guacamole, salsa w/baked blue corn chips. tvp/mixed bean chili. large homemade whole wheat flax corn muffin. beer.
dessert - sexy lowfat vanilla cupcake w/fresh raspberries. cup of tea w/soymilk

Dolma (stuffed vine leaves) and humous on flatbread.

saturday...
lunch: stir-fry of lots of assorted veggies, tofu, mongolian bbq sauce & garlic, veggie fried rice, roasted potatoes, and chunks of canteloupe & honeydey
snack: navel orange, chunk of papaya, cranberry apple tea
dinner: pecan, apple, and "sausage" stuffed acorn squash
at a hippie party in the middle of the woods (scary): beers, corn chips, and a baked potato
sunday...
breakfast: two pieces of wheat toast (one w/ earth balance & strawberry jam, the other w/ peanut butter & apple butter)
lunch (at my first thanksgiving at grandma's house - the 2nd annual, less-traditional seafood feast. everyone except me had a whole lobster to themselves, and my boyfriend's was staring at me the whole time!): cornbread, garden three bean salad, fruit salad, sweet potato basil salad, a slice of apple pie, and two pepsis
dinner: pecan, apple, and "sausage" stuffed acorn squash, boiled cabbage, small carob banana energy chunk, and a couple beers

Yesterday: Can't remember specifics, but it was ALOT. I was starving all day :confused:
Today:
B- Gluten, Wheat & Dairy-free Fruit & Nut Muesli with warm soy milk. First time having this!! LOVELY! It's made of rice flakes, soya flakes, millet flakes, sultanas, dried apricots, brazil nuts, dates & hazelnuts.
S- Granny Smith Apple
L- Sandwich- Tofu, cucumber, tomato sauce & mustard. Cherry tomatoes, cucumber and carrot sticks dipped in hummus
S- Pineapple pieces, 1 satsuma & 1 orange with soy yogurt on top.
D- Baked beans, 2 vegi sausages, chopped mushrooms, steamed brussel sprouts, carrots, broccoli
Drinks: Coffee x 1, green tea x 2, water :)
Probably will eat something else later...:rolleyes:

Breakfast: Mixture of cereals, sultanas, soya milk.
Snack: Packet tomato and basil Kettle Crispy Bakes. Satsuma. Soy chocolate dessert.
Lunch: Large wholegrain seeded roll with sage and onion deli slice, tomato, and garlic mayo. Packet unsalted crisps. Pear. Banana. Strawberry Yoghurt.
Snack: Apple. Orange.
Dinner: 2 Fishless fishcakes, mashed potato with grated horseradish, roasted veg - onion, pepper, courgette, celery(?!). Steamed broccoli. Parsley sauce.
