L: three peaches (lol) and a demi baguette with zacuscá
S: oreos
D: tofu scramble with onions and mushrooms, polenta with more zacuscá
S: two bananas and some grapes

I actually had time to cook today. That's odd. I hate how school always keeps me do busy all the time.

School started on Tuesday and after my 'eating-beef-at-my-favorite-burger' episode, I've felt a lack of desire to eat real food. It's been ramen, pasta and peanut butter toast. Eep! Goodbye nutrition!
Yesterday, I had:
B- whole wheat shreddies with soy milk
L- Peanut butter sandwich with brown sugar
- little bit of salad
- an apple
D- ramen
- pasta w/ tomato sauce, graham crackers

Likely to reoccur today.

huge bowl bran flakes with soy milk
lots of coffee
huge salad with iceberg lettuce, tomates, peppers, olives, peppercinis, mushrooms, celery, veggie ham and veggie pepperoni (lite asian sesame dressing)
vegan boca burger on bran for life bread
sleeve of crackers and curry vege n rice noodle soup
few screwdrivers

Breakfast:
Soy protein shake

Snack:
Chips and dip (dip was simple, vegan sour cream, vegan mayo, Montreal Steak Spice)

Lunch:
Sweet potato lentil chili with 2 slices of 'buttered' bread

Snack:
Some cookies and treats

Dinner:
Fried seasoned veggie meat (Yve's "Asian" flavoured fake ground beef) with a little bit of lettuce over ramen noodles

Dessert:
Cup of sweet tea

A nutritional yeast panini type sandwich with mushrooms, Spinich and tomato.
A pb&j and 1/4th of a banana.
A piece of toast with peanutbutter and date syrup, 1/4th of a banana.
1 cup of grits with margerine.
A serving of popcorn with margerine and nutritional yeast.
3/4 cup of oatmeal with 1/4th of a banana, Date syrup, Sugar and cinnimon.

Am currently mooching off of the BF's mum's kindness until I get a job, so I don't feel comfortable eating things that haven't been offered.
-lots and lots of water
-spaghetti
-corn
-popcorn with peanut butter

Edit: thank you all for the get well wishes! I feel fine now.

Yesterday:

B: 1 kiwi fruit

L: The usual tortilla salad wraps. Don't care if it's getting boring - I LOVE eating them!

D: Went to Squeek in Nottingham again and had a flour tortilla w/ spicy chilli vegetables and a side of tomato-based salad. Very yummy and very spicy! Then a choc-rum-raisin-banana dessert. It should have had an almond shortcake with it, but when it arrived it was def a ginger shortcake, yuck. So I ate the choc bit (which judging from the kick probably contained a whole bottle of rum, not a shot) and left the shortcake!

Today:

B: 4 (yes 4) crumpets w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade.

L: Those pesky tortilla salad wraps again lol. Big bowl filled w/strawberries, raspberries, 1 kiwi. Homemade choco-banana shake.

D: Will be spinach and chickpea curry from VWAV. If it turns out ok I'll post a piccie in the "good food" thread.

L: Vegan chicken pieces fried with smoked chipotle paste. In a white crusty baton with wild rocket and vegan mozzarella and Mayo.

D: Will be ChiliTofu, spring rolls, rice, noodles

(Errm yum.:) I have no idea what chipotle is though. Why don't I ever think to make stuff like that.)

So far today I have just eaten junk:

2 slices of toast with vegan cream cheese
PB sandwich (I accidentally bought smooth instead of crunchy!:eek:)
Bowl of neapolitan ice cream
Crisps
Half a melon
Green tea, water and a glass of coke

I am having the leftover veggie chilli later with rice and tortillas, I forgot to get salsa though, d'oh.:rolleyes:

:eek: Not good. I bought some smooth t'other day but only so I can do a spicy noodle w/peanut sauce dish. Crunchy all the way otherwise!!
