Not much really as I have tonsilitus again so it's really painful to eat :(. I can't go to the doctors until Monday (have to as I always get it severly :mad:).

Breakfast - fruit salad
Lunch - beans on bread
Dinner - we'll see as I need to see what I have in lol :p.

Drinks - water, coffee and pineapple juice.

I've been really good recently as well. Will most likely eat something after dinner if it's not to late after :rolleyes:.

Don't judge me on today please :o.

Sarah - no way! Go sit on the naughty step and think about what you have said :D

Ok I've got to report a change in my dinner. Instead of cooking spinach and chickpea curry from VWAV I was overcome by hunger and ate some toasted petits pains w/ tomato and chilli chutney and plain hummous. I'll do the curry another day.

Oh yes, I also ate a larabar (cocunet cream chew), 4 black sesame Japanese crackers, a pack of Nakd lemon flavour raisins, and a teaspoon of Booja Booja maple and pecan ice cream. The reason it was only a teaspoon is because it is SOLID from the freezer and I could only chip off a tiny piece each time. It took me nearly 10 mins to have a teaspoon size portion. That's one way of forcing myself to have some will power I guess. :rolleyes:

falafel wrap with rrp hummus
soda
more coffee
vege omelette + homefries - eggs and cheese + extra veg. (at dennys) = not so bad when u have a nice waitress. :)

Breakfast (12pm):
Banana
Sandwich (Sprouted grain bread, vegan mayo, Tofurky, tomato slices, lettuce)
Cup of tea

Lunch (4pm):
Leftover chili with brown rice
Salad (lettuce, tomato, broccoli, radish, Annie's Goddess dressing)
Few sips of peach flavoured sparkling water

Dinner (8pm):
Veggie pasta from a restaurant (when I asked if there was meat or cheese, they replied with "it's vegan" so yay)
Glass of pop
Cup of tea

leftover chili mole with seitan, beer bread with earth balance, diet soda
3 light beers

We're cleaning up all the bits and pieces in the fridge at the moment before we go on vacation on Monday.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 vanilla soy latte.
1 berry flavour Nakd bar.
1 home-made choc chip cookie.

Leftover home-made Aloo Gobi.
cherry tomatoes with raspberry viniagrette.
1 piece of chocolate banana cake.

1 cherry brandy & sprite.
A few crackers with Tofutti cream cheese.

A couple more cherry brandy and sprites.
2 sausage burgers - wholewheat Kaiser buns, mashed avocado, Tofurky breakfast sausages, fried onions and sauteed mushrooms, BBQ sauce.
A few chipotle chips.

pumpkin soup with crispy millet
yogi tea black chai
apple
huge salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, radishes, sunflower seeds), slice of sourdough bread
grapes, some almonds

-Wheat bread with CREAMY peanut butter ( :) )
-veggie patty cooked in chili sauce and something else, garlic and olive oil seasoned couscous, steamed asparagus with lemon pepper, wheat bread
-bowl of chilled fruit (mango, strawberry, pineapple), the last scrapings of the peanut butter jar

(:eek: No, no.:D)

I have eaten lots of freshly baked bread so far today, four slices with houmous and 2 with pure spread and marmite. Also some mint chocolate, two glasses of OJ with pulp and green tea.

I am going to make sweet potato curry with coconut rice for dinner and I will post a picture if you are all very lucky.:)

(Hope you feel better crazy4veg. I always used to get tonsillitis, it's so painful and horrid.:()

Unhealthy food day.

Breakfast:
Banana
2 slices of toasted Ezekiel bread with Earth Balance and jam
Cup of coffee with soy milk

Lunch:
More leftover chili
2 slices whole wheat bread with Earth Balance

Dinner:
Bowl of cereal with soy milk

Snack:
Pita bread, Vegenaise, Tofurky, and mustard

gimme lean sausage patty
2 slices bran for life toast with earth balance
green apple
hot and sour soup (vcon) with crackers
salad with the [veges only] works
glass plain soy milk
2 small pieces evil rock candy
chickpea cutlets w mole sauce
steamed broccoli
brown rice with tvp and frozen mixed veg (cooked in veg stock)
canned vegetarian refried beans
lite beer

2 cups of darjeeling+sugar
2 carrots+some hazelnuts
huge salad (mixed greens, white beans, tomato, radishes, watercress, sunflower seeds), slice of bread with mustard
banana, some almonds

Today:

1 tall size toffee nut soy latte.

A few plain crackers.

Pasta salad with dill dressing (vegetable pasta, carrot, red pepper, celery, curly parsley, flat leaf parsley).
1 vegetable roll with chutney (like a great big sausage roll but filled with a mixture of ground up veg and tofu).

2 cherry brandy & sprites.
1 piece pumpkin pie.
