L: 2 packets of paprika rice crisps. Coconut cream pie Larabar (dates, unsweetened coconut, almonds, cashews, extra virgin coconut oil).
S: Cinnamon roll Larabar (dates, walnuts, almonds, raisins, cashews, cinnamon). 4 black sesame Japanese crackers.
D: Chickpea and spinach curry from VWAV (recommended! very yummy). Naan. Homemade chocolate-banana shake (soya milk, 2 bananas, tblsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cap vanilla essence, dash of agave nectar). Nakd orange flavour raisins.

Yesterday:
Slice of malted toast with margarine and yeast extract. Slice of white toast with margarine, peanut butter and jam.
Banana.
Slice of white bread with margarine wrapped around a carrot and coriander sausage with ketchup.
Eight squares of chocolate.
Two carrot and coriander sausages. Two fried tomatoes. Fried mushrooms. Slice of wholemeal toast with margarine.
Orange juice.
Several cups of rooibos tea with soya milk throughout the day.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 tall size toffe nut soy latte.
1 wholewheat raspberry muffin.
1 glass of apple juice.
1 beer.
2 tacos - soft tortillas, lettuce, tomato, jicama, soyrizo.
side of tortilla chips with guacamole.
2 glasses of wine.
a few bagel chips with guacamole.

L: (At 4.45 pm!!!) Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, pomodorino tomatoes, yellow pepper, mushrooms. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Key Lime Pie Larabar. Nakd cherry flavour rasisins. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.
D: Don't know yet, but definitely having something. I need brain food! I'm still working :( Think I'll be done around 10.30, and then I'll grab something unhealthy to cheer myself up!

I tried my hardest to eat healthy today.
Breakfast:

Lunch:
Koosa (Middle Eastern squash) cooked with tomatoes and onions
2 sprouted grain corn tortillas
Several pickles and a lemon wedge
Cup of tea
Afternoon snack:
2 pieces of whole wheat bread with vegan mayo and nutritional yeast
9 crackers with vegan mayo and nutritional yeast
(it sounds weird but it's *kinda* like a cheesy spread...)
Dinner:
Soy protein shake
Evening snack:
Granny smith apple
5 pieces of dried apricot
1 prune
