1 banana, cranberry black tea
lots of leftover peanutty tempeh penne
diet soda
2 sesame tamari rice cakes
maftoul baladi (middle eastern couscous/tomatoey dish) from a box
almond cookie tea
clif bar

Breakfast: A smoothie with pineapple, Mango, Mixed berries & soy milk. 1 celery
stalk with PB.

Lunch: A veggieburger on WW with chedder rice cheese.

Dinner: breaded "chicken" and veggies with schezuan sauce.

Snacks: Coffee with soy creamer and whip. Might have some more celery with PB later.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Barbara's cinnamon puffs with vanilla soy milk.

1 glass of iced tea.
1 sandwich on a baguette (filling: mixed leaves, marinated veg - eggplant, red pepper, mushrooms).

1 beer.
a few cinnamon bagel crisps.

1 beer.
burrito - organic pinto beans, organic rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, organic roasted red chile tofu - all topped with green chile.
Side of blue tortilla chips and guacamole.

1 glass of wine.

Breakfast - Soy latte. Toast with almond butter.

Lunch - Amy's frozen dinner: Lentil loaf, mashed potatoes, corn and peas.
Steamed veggies.

Snack - 2 plums

Dinner - Multigrain Tofurky sandwich with radishes, tomatoes and chives.
Chocolate soymilk.

Snack - licorice candy.:)

- 2 slices of organic rye cyprus seed bread w/ lemon marmalade. Mint Green Tea.
- Banana
- Avocado & salad sandwich
- Apple
- Veggie Burger in WW w/ avocado, lettuce, tomato and like a gallon of ketchup :amazed_ani: 4 passionfruits (I can't get enough)
- 1 choculence bikkie

oatmeal with soy milk
6 oreos
apple with peanut butter
LOAAAAAADS of nopales (don't know the word for those in english but they are green and delicious) with tomato and onions
3 tortillas
like 3 cups of jicama, which is delicious and high in fiber.
some broccoli
and I think that was it for tuesday... felt like a lot more.

Mmmmm food. Today I had, in order of appearence,

-Pitta bread with tomatoes, thai fish-style cakes and spicy cheezley
-For lunch I tried to eat some chips but they were mingin so I had a few and chucked the rest.
-For dinner I had cou-cous with roasted veggies and a salad. It was epic.

Coffee
Cheezly and pickle sandwich (with a token salad leaf!)
Cauliflower, broccoli and cheese bake with cheezly mash topping.


(I think I’ve just OD’d on cheezly, but it's impossible to eat just a little. It tastes soooo good!)

zucchini+tofu stir-fry, brown rice
2 cups of darjeeling+sugar
some hazelnuts
2 slices of sourdough bread+ hummous, tomato salad

Hi all ,
Breakfast ...Porridge made with Quinoa,millet and oats in equal proportions, soya milk and sultanas
Dinner....Marmite, tomatoes fresh off the plant(yum!)and mozzeralla style cheezly on multiseeded bread
Tea...Nut burger,red salad potatoes,beetroot, spinach salad,mung bean sprouts ,peas plamil egg free mayonnaise
Snacks ... Dark choc marzipan bar lyme regis foods mmmmm
..............Alpro strawberry yoghurt
..............1 plum,2 kiwis,1 apple
trying not to think of other marzipan bar hiding upstairs!!!!
tea with soya milk, herbal tea and water

Banana

Morning snack:
1/2 bagel with Earth Balance and jam

Lunch:
Crackers with Tartex
Small container blueberry soy yogurt
Diet pop

Dinner:
Bowl of miso soup
2 bowls of brown rice
Bowl of steamed Chinese lettuce
2 small veggie stuffed buns (dim sum?)

Evening snack:
Spicy hummus with bread
1 apple
1 plum

2 slices tomato tofu-ricotta white pizza (tomato, basil, onion, garlic, fyh)
1 slice vege pizza (pizza sauce, fyh mozz, onion, peppers, mushrooms)
1 slice "meat" lovers pizza('', '', '', vege pepperoni, ham n gimme lean sausage)
cucumber-tomato w italian dressing
soy milk


today:

coffee
bran cereal w soy
1/2 apple
5 cherry tomatoes
veg burger, tofutti slice, salsa n lettuce in ww wrap
choc cheesecake cupcake
1 corn on cob w earth balance

Both days sound really nice Ruby.:)

B: Homemade lentil soup
L: 2 toasted English muffins with pure spread
D: Ratatouille

Snacks:
Sunflower seeds
Crisps
2 big spoonfuls of PB out of the jar

Not really that much (by my standards :D) no wonder I'm still hungry, mmm, there is some ice cream in the freezer....

Pineapple and another muffin with PB!

So far...
breakfast: coffee, cereal and soymilk
snack: vegan donuts (bad, I know)
lunch: tamale pie (TVP, pinto beans, tomatoes, cornbread) and steamed kale
