hashbrowns with ketchup
365 sports drink
picked at some of ex's food- vege chick drumstix, fries w ketchup
avocado cucumber sushi rolls with wasabi and soy sauce
pickled ginger
about to have vanilla soy delicious with fresh strawberries and org. chocolate syrup
no breakfast,naughty i know.
curried mixed beans(out of a tin!)with naan bread
roasted salted peanuts
crisp
a snack bar
veg pie
soya yogurt
choc
and wine! not the most healthiest of days,but ive had one of those weeks so decided i would just eat junk food today.

Woo!

Today has been a sadly wheat-based day due to the lack of a personal chef *cough* to vary my diet lol :D

B: Toasted muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade.

L: Toasted petits pains w/ tomato and chilli chutney and plain hummous. Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi.

D: Tagliatelle with the "mushroom 'bolognese' sauce" from Rose Elliot's Vegan Feasts. Homemade garlic bread. Nakd orange raisins. 2 glasses red wine.

A good day always involves Swedish Glace :cool:

I've been using scoops of the Neapolitan one on top of chocolate-banana shakes and it is really delish!


i want to try the Neapolitan one! :devil:

Yesterday:
- oatmeal w/ banana. mint green tea.
- apple
- giant jam filled shortbread cookie (from a market stall)
- avocado & salad roll.
- 2 mangos :eek: (I think I have a problem)
- borscht (polish beet soup)

Today:
So far...
- Apple Cinnamon Crunchola w/ Bonsoy
But I have a packed lunch for work:
Morning Tea- Pineapple and Kiwi Fruit
Lunch - Avocado & Salad Roll. Bottle of Grannysmith Apple Juice :p

And I am having leftover Borscht for dinner tonight.

a slice of toast with a piece of cheezly
another banana with peanut butter splattered on top (i wasn't eating them as i thought they were a headache trigger for me, but as i now have a permanent headache i thought what the hell!)
4 small sos-rolls
a piece of home baked bread
roast potatoes, cheatin chicken, petits pois
3 chocolate teddy bear cookies (homemade)
gallons of tea

mediterranean lentil soup (from a mix made by vegetarian express, added lots of fresh grated carrot) with two slices of rudy's ancient smelt bread with hummus

Breakfast - PBJ Porridge (oats,soymilk,PB,agave,strawberry jam), Banana

Lunch- Baked Tofu, sweet potato wedges, peas, broccoli, tomatoes and ketchup

Snack- Apple, small dark choc bar

Dinner- Chickpea, pepper, carrot, sweet potato & apricot tagine

Snack- Smoothie (choc hemp protein, oat milk, frozen banana)

And two cups of tea :)

2 slices of toast with pure spread and two slices with pb&j
Crisps
Handful of nuts and of sunflower seeds
Three cups of jasmine green tea and water

I'm making curry right now - potatoes, chillis, yellow pepper, apples and lots of garlic and I'm having it with quinoa with raisins.

I want it to hurry up and cook, I'm hungry!:)

anyway,
yesterday was bad... thank goodness my you know what arrived...

coffee
apple, 2 clementines
3 (individual size) bags holloween snack pretzels
1/2 leftover enchilada
pkg pb crackers
1/2 container pb cup soy ice cream
like 6 pb wafer cookie things
handful generic triscuits
coupla homemade jelly donut cupcakes throughout the day
probably more assorted junk that I've let slip from my memory
and a few screwdrivers

today:
jely donut cupcakes
pkg pb crackers
banana
coffee
tempeh salad
few pieces cucumber n carrot
homemade sushi rolls- both spicy tempeh and cucumber/carrot/avocado
for dinner i'm making the potabello salad from v-con
and pb pie.

1 chocolate teddy bear cookie
1 slice of bread with marg and cheezly
1 portion of chips
2 crackers with cheezly
pizza and salad
apple and pear crumble with swedish glace
4 digestive biscuits with chocolate spread

Why thank you :cool: There were actually meant to be leftovers for today but I enjoyed it so much I went back for seconds :D

Today:

Breakfast- Maple Pecan Granola with oat milk, raisins and sultanas. Two bananas.

Lunch- PB&J on sprouted spelt bread. Salad.

Snack- Apple, chocolate granola (dry)

Dinner- Tofu and veg stir-fry with noodles

Snack- Smoothie (Berry hemp protein, rice milk, frozen mango and cherries)

Aaannd the omnipresent two cups of tea.

Yeah it is nasty :(. 11 days on from it starting I STILL have this going on :mad:. Went to the doctors and he says it's tonsilitus, a viral infection and some kind of allergy that isn't food related :rolleyes:. Talk about painful still damn it. I've been eating better though. Trying to make sure I eat even though it hurts as otherwise I won't get better.

Breakfast - 2 satsumas, some strawberries, 2 alpro soya yogurts.
Lunch - chips with ketchup.
Dinner - sweet and sour veg with rice noodles (veg includes onion, sweetcorn, peas, carrots and tomatoe enough for the 5 a day in that alone :D).
Supper - 2 slices of vegetable pizza with no cheese :cool:.

Snacks - apple pie, liquorice.

Drinks - water, pineapple juice, hot chocolate, coffee and cola.

That's more like what I eat normally compared to the last time I posted. I hope I am eating enough though :o.

Breakfast: We didn't have anything that seemed edible to me at the time...

Lunch: A really random smoothie made with a ton of different fruits.

Dinner: 1/2 a veggieburger made into a "salisbury steak", Fries with gravy and some cream-style corn.

Snacks: Coffee with sugar. I'll have some celery and carrots later.

half a bite of these oat energy balls i made a few days ago ( i decided i didnt like it hah)

i dont like eating all rice for dinner but im broke and the pantry's full of rice!

I was a very naughty girl today :D

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
Bowl of Barbara's cinnamon puffs with vanilla soy milk.
Leftover piece of pizza.

1 beer.
1 veggie burger with fries.

a few pieces of candy.

2 glasses of wine.
Tofu mole.
Bagel chips with guacamole.
Fruit pieces (mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, red grapes).

1 Wha Guru Chew.

Two crackers with Sheese and pickle. Mug of miso soup.
Banana. Half a nectarine.
Bean pate, veggie sausage and aubergine sandwich. Two roast potatoes with ketchup.
Butter bean and vegetable pasty. Leftover pasty filling. Baked beans. Oven chips.

Poor you :( Definitely keep up the yummy food consumption to help recover :)

L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo/flax oil, lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Handful mixed nuts (brazil, pecan, pistachio, walnut, almond). Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi. Nakd lemon flavour raisins.

D: Hotdogs in soft white finger rolls w/ Linda McCartney "sausages", organic ketchup and red onion. Larabar (chocolate cocunut chew). Nakd cherry flavour raisins.
