I was not trying to diss all of the freaky weirdos out there, just saying that it is not compulsory to be one to be a vegan x

I had numerous cups of tea as well as homemade chocolate brownie, homemade chilli with cous cous, chocolate wafer bar and peanut butter on wholemeal bread. That's better than it usually is - it normally consists of cup of tea, bread, cup of tea, chocolate, more bread, more chocolate :o

B: Key Lime Pie Larabar (dates, cashews, almonds, unsweetened coconut, lime juice).

L: Udon noodles w/ peanut sauce, sprinkled w/ white sesame seeds and spring onion and served w/ sliced red pepper, orange pepper and cucumber, all drizzled w/ lime juice. I was hungry :)

D: Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo and flax oil, lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, chestnut mushrooms and pomodorino tomatoes. Black sesame Japanese crackers. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

S: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Apple Pie Larabar (dates, walnuts, unsweetened dried apple, almonds, raisins, cinammon).

I was going to make cinammon doughnut holes from La Dolce Vegan but found I didn't have any of the rice cereal I thought I had in the cupboard. Got plenty of spelt flakes but I don't think they'd work the same. Another day maybe!

Tried to eat lots of raw foods, and did for breakfast and lunch:
soaked oats w/ raw agave nectar and cinnamon
apple slices w/ peanut butter
strawberry banana smoothie w/ ground flax
lots of water

cucumbers, carrots, red peppers, bean sprouts, tomatoes, red onions all diced and put into a pita w/ red pepper and cilantro hummus
side of baby spinach salad w/ sunflower seeds
handful of baby carrots

dinner was leftover eggplant portobello mushroom baked calzone w/ killer chunky tomato garlic sauce that I made yesterday.

If it seems like I eat a lot, its because I do, but I'm preggers, and all I can think about is food lol.
