Butterbean soup.
Slice of toast with bean pate and watercress. Slice of toast with margarine and peanut butter.
Two cups of cammomile tea.
Soya milk hot chocolate.
Roast potato slices seasoned with salt and pepper. Leek, onion, mushroom and butterbean stew. Lettuce, sweetcorn, mushroom, cherry tomato and avocado salad.

coffee with soya milk
malted wheats cereal with rice milk

another coffee with soya milk
1 banana
1 pear

mixed bean salad
packet of crisps

Coconut Cream Pie Lara bar (kindly sent to me by a lovely forumer :) )
1 peach

veg chilli with rice
half a chocolate bar

lots of water throughout the day

What a nice person whoever they were! I'm not sure I could give up a CCP Larabar for anyone!!! They are so delish, I've started ordering more of these than any other flavour. Hope you liked it and the mystery forumer's sacrifice wasn't wasted! :D

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Cereal+soya milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Curry+Rice, Icecream

Which probably sounds like a lot to some people, but is extremely restrained for me! Normally I'm constantly nibbling! Eating soup without bread is also almost unheard of.

Breakfast:
Apple and Cinnamon oatmeal (made with soy milk)
Cup of tea
Flavoured water

Lunch:
Brown rice seasoned with a little bit of sesame oil and soy sauce
Pan-fried teriyaki tofu

Dinner: (going to be)
Brown rice seasoned with a little bit of sesame oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce
Boiled carrots and collard greens
2 Chinese-style stuffed buns
Orange slices (garnish for my bento)
Tiny bit of raw cauliflower (garnish for my bento)

Any snacks will be fresh fruit.

Quarter cantaloupe melon
Bowl of so organic bran flakes with chopped strawberries and soy milk

Snack:
Corn chips

Lunch:
Butternut squash, spring onion, mushroom & pea risotto

Dinner:

Courgette, pepper & red onion fajitas with tofutti sour supreme, fresh salsa & gucamole
More Cantaloupe melon

wholemeal penne pasta w/ lentil bolognaise.

Could you share your recipe for lentil bolognaise, SD?

Sure :)

I make a massive batch at a time and freeze it. This is enough for around 10 serves of pasta (depending on how saucy you like it)

- 4 cans of brown lentils, drained and rinsed
- 690g jar tomato puree
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 250g punnet of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large grated zucchini
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Olive oil for frying
- 'Bolognaise' Herb Mix (which is just basil, oregano, parsley, red pepper)

Fry up the onion and garlic until fragrant and add the other veggies. Put the lentils in and stir, then add the tomato puree and paste. Cook on low until the veggies are well cooked (about 15 minutes - 20 minutes) Stir in the herbs at the end (as much as you like - I put lots)

Thats it :)

I am posting here for once, because of procrastination!

Midday 2 squares dark chocolate, coffee
2pm 3 popadums, cup of tomato soup from yesterday, fizzy water
430 pm dinner at DUK restaurant salad with fruity bits (which I didnt eat!) few slurps of beer, pitta and hummus, lemon sorbet

8pm soup with pasta bits in,slice of linseed bread stuff

9pm glass of cider

11pm salad,two popadums, coffee ( I got stay wake doing dissertation!)

cup of darjeeling+sugar
banana

Pear.
Slice of toast with margarine and yeast extract.
Soya milk hot chocolate.
Falafels, mayo, Sheese and salad in a wholemeal pitta.
Roast potato slices. Vegetable stew with dumplings.

Aha I found the new thread lol. Thank you Est for asking if I was okay and all that in the last thread. I am getting better as the pain is dulling now (YAY!) and I swear it's the food I'm eating :cool: (only because I can not find my multivitimins lol). Gives me an excuse to eat good food though :D.

Yesterday:
Breakfast - strawberries, banana, rice milk (wanted a smoothie but can't find my blender at the moment :rolleyes:).
Lunch - vegetable pie with ketchup
Dinner - mash, sweetcorn, beans, peas, spaghetti. Not brilliant veg wise as it's only 3 of 5 a day in that but it tasted SOO good :p.
Snack - saltanas, crackers, fig.
Drinks - water, coffee, orange juice and cola.

Today - I have had or will be having:
Breakfast - banana.
Lunch - miso soup with rice noodles and wakame hijiki seaweed (couldn't find my wakame for some reason).
Dinner - stuffed marrow (stuffed with courgette, tomato onion and pepper) with steamed veg; carrot, sweetcorn, cauliflower and brussel sprouts (yes I enjoy my veg and at the monent I need it anyway :thumbsup: but damn that is going to be a HUGE dinner :eek:).
Snack - saltanas, crackers.
Drinks - water, rice milk, orange juice and cola.

Glad to hear you're on the mend, crazy 4 veg :)

Today has been a strange mix of food because I haven't been to the supermarket yet and just have masses of fruit left over.

B: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

S: Nakd lemon flavour raisins.

L: Toasted petits pains w/ tomato and chilli chutney and hummous. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

S: Nakd orange flavour raisins. An entire packet of tortilla chips. Another bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

D: Will be either more petits pains, or sosmix rolls w/ homemade spicy fries. Or both :)

EDIT: Ended up having tortilla wraps w/ Linda McC sausages, fried chestnut mushrooms and fried red onion. Yum!

So far today

3 bits toast, cup of tea

2 wholemeal rolls with veggie sausages, pint soya and rasp/strawb smoothie

half block of smoked tofu with 4 large mushrooms, garlic and onions on 3 slices toast, large cup of tea!

Gonna have Ravioli, vine tomatos, littlegem lettuce and chips
2 raspberry yogurt soon

Breakfast ~ Porridge with soy milk. 1 Banana.

Lunch~ Homemade baked beans. Two slices wholemeal bread. Salad.

Snack~ Apple, Apple Pie Larabar.

Dinner~ Baked tofu, baked sweet potato, peas & ketchup.

Snack~ Two wheat biscuits with rice milk.

Tea x2

miso soup, avocado sushi roll, tofu katsu (breaded tofu), small salad with ginger dressing, rice, and green tea
1 apple
1 beer
chocolate coconut larabar
(at a get together, so I just picked at what vegan things were available) raw cauliflower, few handfuls of mixed nuts, pineapple and apple slices
1 green apple martini
(late dinner once I got home) leftover tomato basil risotto, raw mixed greens with diced red pepper, steamed carrots, corn, peas and green beans with earth balance and oregano

i'm sick.
I have a headcold. (I cant remember the last time I was sick, but it' irritating)

coffee with soy milk
apple and banana
vegan boca burger (forgot to bring a roll...)
maybe 7 or 8 baby carrots
few handfuls pb crackers
2 bowls chickpea noodle soup
pan fried tofu (1/4 blk firm) on sprouted roll with vegenaise n mustard
tomato juice with odka

- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. Green Tea
- mango
- Avocado & Salad sandwich on organic rye
- Had an afternoon tea family thing: some macadamia nuts, fresh fruit (strawberry, kiwi, grapes and rockmelon), a few dates stuffed with macadamia butter and a couple of chunks of date loaf (over the course of 3 hours lol :D)
- 1/2 can baked beans (too full from the afternoon tea) :D
