2 glasses of vegan white wine
another bowl of the Fruit & Nut Muesli with warm soy milk
im still feeling hungry though :(

Yesterday:
Breakfast:
-2 slices of homemade, fruity french toast, topped with apple sauce
-Pear
Lunch:
-Whole wheat penne topped with TVP and tomato sauce
-Salad
Dessert: PB Z-Bar
Dinner:
-Brown rice with garlic
-BBQ "Riblets"
-Baby carrots
-An apple
Snack:
-Individual serving size container of Pad Thai :)

soya yogurt, banana, kiwi fruit + walnuts
multiseeded roll, yeast extract + tomato slices
2 carrots, red pepper, handful of tomatoes
earl grey tea + soya milk
some marzipan
apple, orange
millet with lots of herbs
courgettes cooked with raisins, pine nuts + saffron
2 pieces of dark chocolate

I think they're really new- and suprisingly nice, usually gluten/ wheat free stuff isn't as nice, and usually Sainsburys free from stuff is eggy.
They also do sultana cookies and ginger cookies. I think they're 1.19 for a box of 9.

breakfast: warm five-grain cereal w/ soymilk, coffee w/ french vanilla creamer
lunch: garden three bean salad over lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower & baby carrots w/ creamy soy dressing, cornbread
tailgating before the monday night nfl game: salt & pepper kettle chips, two tofurkey keilbasas on hot dog buns, grilled marinated mushrooms, beer
during the game: a couple french fries & more beer

Today I had...
Breakfast: Oat porridge with raisin sauce
Lunch: Tofu with a sweet and sour glaze, brown rice, broccoli. 3 squares of Green and Blacks 70%
Tea: Chickpea, Tomato and Tahini casserole with a mixed salad. An Alpro dessert, coffee flavour.

lunch: falafel w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle & tahinin, tabouleh, pita & hummus, a couple french fries, pistachio baklava
snack: two personal-sized pumpkin pies
dinner: garden three bean salad over lettuce, steamed broccoli, cauliflower & baby carrots w/ earth balance & dill, smoothie (banana, strawberry, papaya & soymilk)

Snack: Apple
Lunch: Wholemeal sandwich with avacado, carrot, cucumber, beetroot and tomato
Snack:Orange
Dinner: Peanut crackers and dates.

yesterday I was out and about all day, so I just kinda ate things when I could.
Breakfast - got up early to work out, so coffee w/soycreamer than after working out - 1 Coco Mole Lara Bar. 1/4 cup of Omega Cranberry and Nut mix
Snack while grocery shopping - Smoothie made of mangoes, coconut, pineapple, soy protein powder
Snack when getting home - pasta salad w/tofu, celery, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, olive oil, spices, etc.
Dinner - 4 or 5 peices of inari (tofu and rice) w/wasabi and gari. glass of red wine.
snack - 1/2 cup of soy nog.

lunch: Pad Thai (the first time I didn't mess it up when making it myself. Wohoo!)

Japanese rice + nori crackers
dinner: bulgur wheat with sunflower, pumpkin and pine seeds

-Garlic-y brown rice
-Salad (raomaine, red pepper, baby carrots, tomato, lowfat rasp. vinaigrette dressing)
-Temhep burger with ketchup
Dessert: A chocolate brownie Z-Bar
Dinner:
-Salad (Romaine lettuce, baby carrots, red peppers, green beans, raspberry vinaigrette)
-Amy's Low fat Vegan Vegetable Pot Pie

lunch: tofurkey kielbasa on a bun w/ ketchup & relish, another plain bun, sweet n' beet chips
snack: more sweet n' beet chips, smoothie (banana, strawberery, papaya, soymilk), and some bites of what I was cooking for tomorrow
dinner: apple, pecan & "sausage" stuffed acorn squash, boiled cabbage, two sips of silknog that I think has gone bad...blech
later: probably a couple alcoholic beverages

Hehe, thanks! There's a girl at work that bakes for us every holiday, and when she found out I was vegan she said she'd make something special for me next time, even though I told her she didn't have to go out of her way for me...thus the individual little pumpkin pies! They were really awesome, especially since I'm not making one for tomorrow.

I pretty much just had some fruit and almost 2 quarts of cherry and chocolate chip soy ice cream today....
Not very healthy but I don't do this often so...oh well =x

organic cereal with almond milk and organic cinnamon
lunch:
pita with hummus
slice of sprouted whole grain bread with sunflower seed butter
dinner (soon):
organic tomato-basil quinoa and whatever else i can find
