Breakfast: Organic chocolate stars with rice milk.

Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter

Lunch: Sandwich (spinach, hummus, tomato, mushroom). Packet of crisps

Dinner: Veggie-mince chili with brown rice and a baguette.

Slice of toast with margarine and yeast extract.
Baked potato with margarine, baked beans, Sheese, reggae reggae sauce and green chili ketchup.
Bean and vegetable stew. Asparagus. Oven chips. Tomato ketchup. Green chili ketchup.
Vanilla Swedish glace with sliced banana.

Breakfast - Banana, satsumas, fig.

Lunch - steamed veg; green beans, peas, tomatoes, parsnip, carrot, red cabbage and onion .

Dinner - miso soup and quinoa.

Snacks - dried mix fruit, 2 strawberry alpro yogurts, salt and vinigar crisps.

Drinks - pineapple juice, unsweetened soya milk with added calcium, water.

Thank you Harpy for posting that website. Made me think more about the calcium in my food. It's in alot of food I didn't think it would be in to be honest and I don't have to worry too much really. 1000mg is enough for my age apaprently. The soya milk I get has 300mg and 2 soya yogurts have 300mg. That's 60% of my needs there alone :D.

Baby carrots and lettuce leaves
Naked "Berry Blast" juice
Seasoned brown rice (1/4 stock cube, cumin, cardamom pods, garam masala, chili pepper, black pepper)
Three-bean salad (kidney beans, chickpeas, romano beans--from a can) with my own additions: tomato, cucumber, green pepper, garlic, rice vinegar, raw pumpkin seeds

2 slices of sourdough bread with herbed soy yogurt+2 tomatoes, 1 slice of sourdough bread with homemade seitan sausage

Today:

2 cups of coffee with light vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl cornflakes with strawberries and light vanilla soy milk.

8 pieces of veggie sushi.
1 cup of miso soup.

3 glasses of wine.
Salad - iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, shredded red cabbage, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, Yves Asian ground ground, sesame ginger dressing, tortilla strips.

1 cup of vanilla chai tea with light vanilla soy milk.
1 choc chip cookie.

Dinner~ Lentil Bolognese with spaghetti squash, peas & nooch ;)
Snack~ Smoothie (1 banana, rice milk)

Yesterday:

B: Nothing, didn't have time

S: Nakd lemon flavour raisins

L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

D: Breakfast burritos! (Linda McC sausages, fried onion, fried mushrooms in tortilla wraps)

Today:

B: Peanut butter Larabar, cinammon roll Larabar

S: Nakd orange flavour raisins.

L: More tortilla wraps (using up salad). Black sesame Japanese crackers. Chocolate coconut chew Larabar. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

D: Warm ciabatta topped w/ garlic "butter", wilted spinach, sundried tomatoes and porcini mushrooms. Bowl filled w/ strawberries and blueberries.

Avocado, lettuce, watercress, sage and onion slice and yellow tomato sandwich.
Cup of 10 calorie tomato soup.
Square of pistachio chocolate.
Wholewheat pasta with pesto. Garlic bread. Aubergine with tomato sauce.
Vanilla soya dessert.
Cammomile tea.

Okay so now I have to wipe the drool off my laptop ;) Seriously, that sounds like the yummiest day I have seen posted on here err...ever. And yay to the peanut Trek Bar! Coco Loco Nakd Bars are great too but I always get the Cocoa Brownie Trek Bar because they taste basically the same and the Trek Bar has the whole 11g of protein thing going for it.


Ooh thanks for the tip again, I'm on a mission with these bars!:D

I have felt so sick and full up today, I've just had toast and green tea so far. Serves me right really!;)

Also had a veggie sausage sandwich and am now making a veggie curry.

Glass of chocolate soy milk

Dinner:

Lunch -salad; iceberg lettuce, red onion, carrot, sweetcorn, spinich, .

Dinner - miso soup, peas and rice noodles.

Snacks - dried mix fruit.

Drinks - pineapple juice, unsweetened soya milk with added calcium, water.

Today:
Breakfast - smoothie; banana, strawberries, apple juice and unsweetened soya milk with added calcium.

Lunch - miso soup, sweetcorn, peas and rice noodles.

Dinner -beans on toast (wholemeal bread).

Snacks - salt and vinigar crisps.

Drinks - water.

2 mugs of coffee with light vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries & light vanilla soy milk.

2 glasses of wine.
Rigatoni with pine nuts, cauliflower & raisins in a white wine sauce.

Probably have a chocolate chip cookie later.

3/4 of a homemade ww calzone filled with cashew/tofu ricotta, mushrooms, spinach, onions, kalamata olives, spices, and tomato sauce topped with extra sauce:)

Thursday:
Two slices of toast. Soya milk hot chocolate.
Minestrone and another slice of toast.
Mashed potato. Green beans. Chickpeas. Hummus. Falafels.
Mumbai mix. Soya nuts.

Yesterday:
Sheese, pickle and watercress sandwich.
Pitta bread filled with falafel, hummus, tomato, watercress, peri peri sauce and reggae reggae sauce.
One glass of cranberry juice. One glass or cranberry and grape juice.
Vegetable chili. Rice.
One square of ginger chocolate.
