Yesterday:
4 slices of toast with pure and marmite
Cheeseless pizza with olives and red pepper
Ginger larabar
Packet of hula hoops
Sunflower seeds
Water, green tea and a large coke

Today:
2 slices of toast with pure and PB
Packet of crisps
I'm making carrot, potato and lentil soup for lunch with flaxseed oil
I will probably make pasta with tomato and vegetable sauce for dinner, I need to eat some more veggies today to make up for the last few days!

black bean soup in a sourdough bread bowl, baked potato chips, diet soda
caramel soy latte
leftover homemade calzone (stuffed with cashew/tofu ricotta, mushrooms, spinach, olives, onions, spices) with marinera dipping sauce
2 bananas

Today:

2 cups of coffee with light vanilla soy milk.
1 large pumpkin spice cookie.

1 piece of raw pizza.
Coleslaw with this amazing raw dressing.
Collard wrap filled with mixed vegetables and another amazing raw dressing.
1 raw truffle.

Tastes of the following (at an event):
vegan taquitos
potato chips (crisps)
vanilla hemp milk
raw cookie
Sheese spread
smoked tofu
chocolate mousse

1 can of mango spritzer.
1 chickpea curry wrap.
3 parkoras with chutney.

1 glass of wine.

BREAKFAST - 2 toasts with vegan feta cheese (yum!), Earth Balance, tomatoes and avocado. Soy latte.

LUNCH - Potato salad from Whole Foods, fried veggie dogs, and dried onion.

DINNER - Vietnamese salad with tofu (also ready made from Whole Foods). 2 Swedish crisp bread with vegan that Feta cheese again!

SNACKS - Dark chocolate, 2 apples.

B: fruit salad- blueberries, kiwi fruit, apple, orange + raspberries
bowl green tea w/ fresh lemon slices

S: light soy coffee ice coffee w/ ice

L: large salad- grilled eggplant, grilled tomato, sauteed mushrooms, mixed leaves, cucumber, spanish onion + tomato w/ lemon dressing

D: large salad- mixed leaves, tomato, baked pumpkin + sauteed mushrooms

3.5L water

Yesterday:
B1 (before spinning class) - nectarine, coffee and soya milk
B2 (after spinning class) - Dorset Cereals muesli with soya milk, blackberries
L: 2 warm Pitta bread with sheese, watercress, tomato and pinenuts
S: Big handful of Bombay Mix, small handfull of raisins
D: Baked potato with hummus and baked beans, garlic bread made with fresh parsley, apple crumble and soya cream with chopped up crystalised ginger whipped into it. Large glass of red wine.

Slept like a log! :)

SATURDAY (if I can remember properly)

- Apple Cinnamon Scroll with Omega 3 Margarine. Green Tea.
- Some dried pineapple (I think :confused: - it was a long time ago already :p)
- Avocado and salad sandwich on organic rye sourdough
- Bottle of Coke on a walk down the beach
- Pear
- Went out to Thai: 2 spring rolls with dipping sauce, taste of coconut rice :eek:, Plain Jasmine rice, taste of Pad Thai :eek:, some cashew stir fry thing and some tofu mushroom broccoli stir fry thing. That was my first proper Thai experience. Not a fan. I am very fussy though :p

Yesterday:
- Oat Brits with vanilla soy milk and Banana.
- Green Tea
- Peppermint Tea
- A few dates
- (went to a cafe with friends) Turkish Bread filled with some chickpea/pumpkin/caramalised onion filling.
- Sorbet from Fritz: Mandarin, Lemon and Passionfruit Flavours in a waffle cone :satisfied:
- Got a Pizza and a dvd with my husband ;) - we shared one that was 1/2 potato and rosemary and the other 1/2 was topped with loads of veggies.

leftover homemade calzone (stuffed w/veggies and cashew/tofu riccotta) and marinera dipping sauce, steamed broccoli with braggs and lemon juice

So far today...
Breakfast: banana, some dates and half an apple
Lunch: Tin of sweetcorn and an orange (we were travelling between places so just had to get something I could easily take with me)
Going to make a baked potato with spinach, carrots and brocolli for tea, maybe finish my dates if I'm hungry.

Been away on a course so catching up on a few days!

Saturday:

B: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, nectarine.

S: Larabar (cinammon roll).

L (@ Green and Bousfield in Ilkley): Warmed pitta stuffed w/ homemade falafel and homemade hummous. Side salad.

D: Went to a Pizza Express in Leeds. Afterwards, I found out I may have eaten pesto in the tomato sauce, which is quite upsetting.

Sunday:

B: Larabar (lemon pie).

S: Puffed rice "crisps".

L: As Saturday, plus black sesame Japanese crackers and Nakd cherry flavour raisins.

S: More puffed rice "crisps". Larabar (cherry pie).

D (back at home): Hotdogs (Linda McC sausages, fried onion and ketchup in soft white finger rolls). American curly fries. 2 glasses red wine (organic, Fair Trade, vegan and free from sulphites, and in my local Sainsburys for about £5 - what a find!)

Today:

B: Toasted muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade. Strawberries and blueberries. Many cups of tea.

S: Black sesame Japanese crackers.

L: Rice noodles w/ spicy peanut sauce, red pepper and green pepper.

S: Larabar (apple pie).

D: Will be tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes. And the rest of the red wine :)

Breakfast: Chocolate stars with rice milk

Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter

Lunch: Rye bread with salsa, hummus, mushrooms, cucumber and tomato. Packet of crisps

Snack: Packet of crisps

Dinner: Pulse pasta with vegetable sauce (tomato, onion, garlic, courgette, red sweet pepper, mushroom, celery, sweetcorn. Cayenne pepper and mustard to spice it up a bit). Crispy baguette. It was good. :satisfied:

-salad with broccoli, black olives, iceberg and romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and those weird mushy white bean looking things with italian dressing
-salad of sliced green beans and tomatos
-french fries and ketchup
-chips and salsa
-black beans and rice with salsa, asparagus with lemon pepper, and mandarin oranges
-orange juice

- Mushroom and Tofu Pie w/ Ketchup.
- Frozen Nudie Juice thing from GJs
- Dinner will be Dhal w/ Brown rice and Cucumber Tomato Salad.

1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries & light vanilla soy milk.

3 pieces of multigrain toast with Earthbalance and vegemite.

1 strawberry, banana and orange smoothie.
2 choc chip cookies.

1 cup of green tea.
1 bowl of wonton soup.

1 cup of vanilla chai tea.
1 piece of pumpkin Chi cake.

Lots of chocolate

I'm making soup at the minute with a whole head of broccoli and I'm going to whizz it up with some soya milk

I'm sure the soup won't be the last thing I'll eat today:D

L: Nectarine and and orange
D: Went out to an amazing restaurant and had a fig shake with almonds and cloves, fruit balls made from dates, raisins and coconuts (they recommended having desert first, apparently it digests better that way?), poppadoms with apple and date chutney, mung bean dahl with squash, carrot and rice with cashews, peppers, peas and seeds in it... yummy :)
