I had a banana, a big spoonful of PB and a glass of soya milk very early this morning
I then waited ages and then stupidly ate everything in sight because I was so hungry - 4 raspberry ruffle bars and 2 packets of crisps
Then I had 2 slices of toast with houmous
I just had a bowl of parsnip and carrot soup with flaxseed oil and black pepper and I have about another bowl downstairs left
Probably will have veggies with veggie sausages and gravy later tonight

Livwell brand, i think you can get them in Tesco and Co-op. Sainsburys do their own FreeFrom brand cherry bakewells but the icing's been really hard every time i've bought them recently.
