Today:

3 mugs of coffee with vanilla soy milk.

1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 cup vanilla chai tea with vanilla soy milk.

1 veggie "chicken" breast in dijon marinade.
1 piece garlic nan bread cooked under the broiler with Earthbalance and extra garlic.
1 glass of white wine.

1 coconut cookie.

Eeew I've had the worst w/e foodwise yuck.
yesterday...
B: blueberry + raspberry low-fat soy smoothie

L: large low-fat soy iced coffee frappe

D: crispy tofu, hummus, steamed pumpkin + grilled eggplant
2L water

Later after drinking...2 minute noodles + a lollipop

today...
B/L/D: cashew nuts, raw salad of shredded cabbage, red capsicum, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and crispy noodle w/ a soy-sauce based dressing
lots of sweet potato, parsnip, roast potato + asparagus
diet coke

Later: pineapple, rockmellon, strawberries, kiwi fruit
3L water
bleeeeeeeeh

Apart from the drinking ( :p ) that all sounds really healthy Anik! Why yuck? Did you not like the taste of some of the food? :)

Yesterday:
6 (!) toasted crumpets with pure spread
Tortilla chips with bean salsa
Steamed veggies and brown rice
Crisps and chocolate
Sunflower seeds
2 glasses of almond and hazelnut rice milk, green tea, licorice tea, glass of strawberry soya milk and lots of water

Today:
2 crumpets with marmite
I just had a very traditional Sunday lunch of falafel and houmous in pitta bread, it was delicious :)

I had a traditional Sunday lunch too. Baguette pizza (tomato puree, mushroom, onion, pineapple, sweetcorn, a generous splash of hot pepper sauce and cheezly on a baguette.).:)

Reheated veggie-mince chili for dinner. Yum.

scramble (leftover from yesterday)
gimme lean sausage patties
apple juice
black vanilla tea
sweet dreams tea

chili dog on oat bran bread
salad (mixed greens, cucumber, grape tomatoes, bleu cheese, onion & poppy seed sticks, oil & balsamic vinegar)
corn on cob
couple of raspberry fig cookies
numerous cups of black tea

purple grapes
popcorn w/ earth balance
more black tea
chocolate hazelnut tea

L: Tortilla salad wraps (the usual). Raspberries.

D: Roast dinner (mashed potatoes, cauli, mushrooms, courgette (zucchini), sosmix sausages, stuffing. 2 glasses vegan white wine.

My sort-of-healthy diet has not been so great lately.


2 cups of coffee, 2 homemade pumpkin pie cookies
everything bagel with hummus
diet soda
2 more cookies
2 clementines
ready-made kung pao noodles from trader joes, along with some broccoli that I added
1 more cookie (oh man, that's five!), cup of tea

Today:

2 Wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

4 pieces of baguette topped with Macedonean Pinjur (similar to a roasted red pepper spread/salsa).

1 glass of white wine.
1 bowl home-made curried sweet potato soup.
4 pieces of baguette topped with Pinjur.

I'm about to have a cup of vanilla chai tea with vanilla soy milk and 2 oatmeal cookies.

Saturday was a yummy day:

coffee with soya milk
maple-frosted cornflakes with rice milk

latte coffee with soya milk

veggie burger in a bun with salad, vegan cheese and bacon, and chips (fries)
2 pints of lager

tarka dhal, pilau rice and cucumber and onion salad

yesterday:

coffee with soya milk
maple-frosted cornflakes with rice milk

potato and vegetable quick snack pot
BBQ flavour Primal Strip jerky
chocolate marshmallow rice crispie bar

Linda McCartney pie, peas, sweetcorn, roast potatoes, parsnips and gravy
apple and plum crumble with soya cream
half a bottle of white wine

Breakfast: Chocolate stars with rice milk

Snack: Banana

Snack 2: Oat cakes with peanut butter

Lunch: Salad (radish, spring onion, celery, grapes, walnuts). Packet of salted crisps

Dinner: Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, nut roast, steamed carrots, steamed leeks, peas boiled with spring onion.

Currently enjoying a nice glass of wine.

a few squares of fruit & nut chocolate

lots of water all day

Yesterday:
- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. Green Tea.
- Apple and Lemon Juice
- Apple, 1/2 a banana, some kiwi.
- Avocado and Salad roll
- Burrito w/ refried black beans (home made), corn kernels, avocado and tomato.

Today:
- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. Green Tea.
- Kiwi Apple Juice
- Kiwis, Pear
Thats it so far....
Lunch will probably be a pie....
Dinner is planned to be Wholemeal Spaghetti with sauteed Mushrooms and Spring Onion in Olive oil....

L: Tortilla salad wraps (lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus). Plum.

D: Warmed pittas w/ filling: mashed avocado/salt & pepper/garlic extra virgin olive oil/cayenne pepper/lime juice and slices of beef tomato.

S: 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Larabar (cherry pie).

2 pints of water w/ lemon and lime slices in.

3 pieces of baguette topped with Pinjur and Parma.

1 cup vanilla chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
4 oatmeal cookies.

1 bowl of curried sweet potato soup.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast made into a sandwich with cucumber & tomato in, 2 pieces of toast with jam
Lunch: Bean salad with sweetcorn, peas, garlic and other nice stuff in it
Dinner: Rice & potato dish made specially for me by the lovely people at the hostel I'm staying at, and another slice of bread.
Feeling a bit guilty after eating so many slices of bread today esp. as it was white, but we get it free at the hostel and its one of the only vegan things I can seem to find in Bulgaria. B/f had 11 though which makes my 5 look like nothing!

S: Caramel rice cakes
S: Three Hovis crackers and a pear
L: Malted grain sandwich with Redwoods "Beef" sandwich. Carrot.
S: Three Dark Rye Ryvitas and a carrot

For dinnner, I'm going to have Thai Style fish cakes and salad.
Late snack will be Ryvita, yeast extract rice cakes, some fruit and Grape Nuts.

B: Breakfast burritos (Linda McC sausages and fried white onion in tortilla wraps).

L: More tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus. Large handful mixed nuts (walnut, brazil, pecan, almond, pistachio). Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

D: Warmed pittas sliced into "fingers". Black olives drizzled w/ chilli extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled w/ dried red chilli flakes. Yum :) Might have to make seconds!
