Breakfast, lunch and snackage much like yesterday.
Dinner: Vegetable stew (potato, sweet potato, parsnip, swede, carrot, onion, celery, mushrooms and cauliflower). It was good.
A couple of glasses of nice organic wine and it will be time for bed.

^Roxy, are those wildberry waffles the Vans brand? I've looked at them in the store and for some reason I wasn't sure if they were vegan, but now I can't recall what I saw in the ingredients to make me think that :confused: I have tried some of the other Vans waffles though.

- Apple Cinnamon OAtmeal. Green Tea
- Kiwi Apple Juice
- Kiwis and a pear
- Mushroom and Tofu pie with ketchup
- Ramen Noodles with Bok Choy, Broccoli and Mushrooms in it.
- Mango Sorbet

No, they're the Lifestream brand. I think all the Lifestream waffles are vegan.
Today:
1 mug of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of Maple Pecan Peace cereal with vanilla soy milk.
5 pieces of wholewheat baguette topped with Pinjur.
3 mini vanilla/chocolate cookies.
1 glass of white wine.
Kieren's Favourite Rice (from How It All Vegan) - rice and loads of veggies, tofu and beans cooked in tomato juice.
1 piece of garlic nan cooked under the broiler with Earthbalance & extra garlic.
1 cup of vanilla chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
3 more mini cookies.
1 oatmeal cookie.

L: baked pumpkin w/ sauteed mushies + spinach w/ cumin, onions + garlic & steamed asparagus
S: 2 oranges + a kiwi
D: homemade pumpkin, carrot, coriander + cumin soup
3L water
today
B: fruit platter-> oranges, apple + kiwi
2x bowls green tea w/ fresh lemon
S: Diet coke
L: huge mixed leaf salad w/ blanched aparagus, roast pumpkin + small amount balsamic/oregano/garlic marinated tofu
D: leftover bowl soup, steamed broccolli w/ chilli/soy dressing
3x kiwi fruit

Today:
B: Larabar (key lime pie). Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.
L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.
S: Warmed pitta filled w/ an avocado mash (avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper) and slices of beef tomato. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers. (Ok, this was more like a dinner but it sounds better to call it a snack!)
D: Nut cutlet burgers in soft white rolls w/ lettuce, tomato and ketchup.

aubergine, green lentil and potato curry, which was AWESOME, with cumin seed rice.
i've finally worked out how to cook again...and i found tempeh for not bank-breaking prices, so i think i might have bangers and mash next week for dinner. woohoo!

Yesterday:
B: 4 slices toast with jam, cup of thyme and something tea
L: Apple & a banana
D: Potatoes, carrots, aubergine, onion and pepper all cooked together with some paprika, cup of green tea
2 beers in the evening.
Today
B: 4 slices toast with jam, green tea
L: Some grapes, a pear and a peach
S: Banana, cup of green tea
D: Potato mashed with paprika, carrot & courgette with herbs, mashed avocado, tomato and pepper. An orange for dessert.

Are you in a food rut? Sometimes I get into food ruts and shopping, cooking, and eating (which are usually my favorite things) get to be stressful. I even have moments when I just wish I could get take out and be done with it. But then I come to my senses and start cooking and eating up a storm again.

Nowt wrong with a food rut! (I'm thinking of my salad tortilla wraps...!)
B: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Larabar (lemon pie).
L: Salad tortilla wraps. 4 black sesame Japanese crackers.
S: 2 packets ready salted crisps (yuck - way too salty but I was out and about and couldn't find anything else :( )
D: Warmed pittas w/ avocado/lime/garlic/s & p filling and slices of beef tomato. Chilli olives.

couple handfuls of small chocolate chip grahm cracker/cookie things

leftover tofu/veggie (broccoli, tomatoes, edamame, baby corn)/cashew stir fry over brown rice
