BC - you need to add some Japanese crackers to make that a balanced diet ;)

B: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.

L: Salad tortilla wraps. Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

D: Went to a Thai restaurant and had a stir fry of "seasonal vegetables" with chilli and cashews, plus steamed jasmine rice (except it tasted of coriander and had some coriander leaves in it? :confused: It was nice anyway!)

2 slices oat nut bread, toasted w/ earth balance & raspberry jam
4 grape tomatoes

I'll have some tea and cookies soon.

(Well we can't all live off luxury meals from Saf.;):))

I had scrambled tofu, veggie sausage, grilled tomatoes, 2 slices of "buttered" toast and orange juice for breakfast

Then I had some whizzers and a bread roll and a bottle of water while I was out

I'm hungry now!

yesterday...

breakfast: berry granola w/ soymilk

snack: orange, earl grey tea

lunch: wheat rotini pasta w/ chunky tomato sauce & nutritional yeast, greens (collards/mustard/turnip/spinach), 2 chocolate jo jo cookies

snack: triscuits w/ hummus

dinner: burrito (seasoned brown rice, pinto beans, salsa/cabbage slaw, guacamole, tapatio), a few beers

vegan breakfast: 2 sausages, slice of wholemeal toast with soya spread, mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans, hash browns

sweet potato and vegetable bake with vegetable rice
organic mango sorbet
a few squares of fruit & nut chocolate

Yesterday:

B: Bowl filled w/ strawberries, blueberries, kiwi.

S: Larabar (apple pie).

L: Warmed pittas filled w/ avocado/garlic/lime juice/s & p and slices of beef tomato. Homemade chocolate-banana shake (my omni friend had one too and really liked it! Yay!)

S: Nakd cherry raisins.

D: Tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus. Several cups of tea w/ soya milk. Handful of raspberries.

B: fruit-> paw paw, orange, pineapple, strawberries

L: balsamic/oregano marinated tofu in a mixed leaf, tomato + cucumber salad (no dressing)

S: 2x kiwi

D: went to a vietnamese place had 1/2 a vegetarian "summer roll" (rice paper roll) + the tofu salad w/ fresh crunchy vegies
a few vodka grapefruit, raspberry + cranberry drinks
2L water

today
B: 3 soygurts + some pineapple
bowl green tea w/ fresh lemon

S: ice coffee just ice w/ soymilk & green + peppermint tea

L: huge mixed leaf salad w/ grilled marinated mushrooms, tomato + eggplant & diced cucumber, spanish onion, parsley + tomato no dressing

D: grilled eggplant stacks w/ sauteed mushrooms, spinach, garlic + onion w/ cumin & lemon juice

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Chocolate stars with rice milk.
Lunch: Baguette "pizza" (tomato puree, onion, sweetcorn, mushrooms, cheezly, Tabasco sauce)
Dinner: Veggie mince spag' bol' (veggie mince, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, celery, baked beans)
Nice bottle of Organic wine.

Today:

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Enormous baked potato with pure spread and baked beans.
Dinner: Mashed potato, veggie burgers, fried tomato and leeks, carrot and cauliflower in cheezly sauce.

Lots of coffee and fruit juice throughout the weekend and peanuts and pistachios for snacking.

S: 8 black sesame Japanese crackers.

L: Salad tortilla wraps (lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, mushrooms, pomodorino tomatoes, asparagus). Homemade chocolate-banana shake.

S: Popcorn (at cinema).

D: Went to Pizza Express with that BOGOF mains voucher (thanks Mr Flibble! :) ) Had Noci for a starter (roasted nuts and seeds w/ chilli, rock salt and rosemary) and a cheeseless Funghi di Bosco pizza (portabello mushrooms, ground black pepper, fresh parsely, garlic).

S: Bowl filled w/ strawberries and blueberries.

L: some steamed green beans, pumpkin, spinach + onions w/ lemon juiceunfortunately put djon mustard on top, tasted gross so couldn't eat much:( I hate that!

I'm about to make chilli (again) with black beans, veggie mince, red onion, chilli pepper, yellow pepper, carrots, tomatoes, passata and anything else I can find to chuck in.:)

4 slices of toast and marmite and 8 ginger biscuits whilst waiting for my chilli to cook!

(edited - now my chilli is ready and I'm too full up to eat it.)

Urgh, been away for a while with mucho stomach issues and nothing really worth posting. Tests have come back and apparently I've developed coeliac disease which is great :mad:. I had no idea you could even 'develop' it, I thought it was something you were born with??? Anyhoo that's such a bummer because I already have IBS and can't tolerate a lot of fiberous veggies...don't even get me started on soy - I only eat it when there's literally nothing else vegan available and always regret it! So now I'm just desperately trying to put together a menu of what I can actually eat...not that it'll stop me eating though :D

Today:

Chocolate stars with rice milk, raisins and sultanas
Banana
Chickpea, rice, raisin and sultana salad with balsamic/agave dressing
Cucumber and carrot slices, cherry tomatoes
Apple
Pecan Pie Larabar
Homemade baked beans and potato wedges, peas & ketchup (planned)
Smoothie (rice milk, banana, choc hemp protein) (planned)

Hey, not so bad after all ;) At least I managed to sneak in the obligatory one cuf of coffee and one cup of tea with rice milk...

I was on a plant trip interviewing for a job yesterday afternoon until this evening, so my food choices weren't the greatest as all the food was provided and I couldn't leave. But, I managed.
Yesterday:


coffee
large burrito with black beans, rice, guac, salsa, and lettuce
couple of diet sodas
salad with just lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, adn olive oil
zucchini, squash, and green beans sauteed in olive oil
dried mango slices

Today:


lots of coffee
cashew cookie larabar
wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, baked potato chips, pistachio larabar
small bean burrito with beans, lettuce, tomato, guac, and rice with a side of pinto beans and hot sauce

BREAKFAST - 1 Toast with Earth Balance, 1 toast with raw almond butter. Coffee with Silk creamer

LUNCH - Vietnamese tofu veggie wraps with peanut sauce. Creamy broccoli/spinach soup.

Dinner - Whole grain sandwich with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, veganese, and vegan feta cheese.

Snack - a bowl of corn flakes with vanilla soy milk. Mango and blueberry fruit salad.
