coffee with soya milk
raisin wheats cereal with rice milk
organic pitta bread with edamame bean and spinach dip
packet of crisps
1 banana
S'mores Lara Bar
tofu and mixed vegetables in hoi sin sauce with rice
organic mango sorbet
lots of water during the day

Freshly squeezed orange juice
3 slices of toast, 2 with pure spread, 1 with PB
3 ryvita with marmite
1/2 a tangerine chocolate bar
Nakd cocoa bar
Lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes with marinated olives
Pizza with artichokes and black olives
Cup of black tea with brown sugar
2 cherry bakewells
Lots of water

A chilli I made and wasn't happy with! Even though I soaked the kidney beans for 10 hours and cooked them for 3 they were still hard! Will reach for the tin next time! Otherwise it was nice, fresh spinach, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, chick peas, tomatoes and chilli.
Potato wedges and egg free mayo with my daughter for luch (yes, it's a healthy day!
Toast and non dairy spread for breakfast
Also snacked on a few walnuts, a banana, some grapes and half a bar of vegan chocolate...makes me sound so bad, would you believe I teach yoga!!
...oh, and a glass of vegan wine...!

A chilli I made and wasn't happy with! Even though I soaked the kidney beans for 10 hours and cooked them for 3 they were still hard!
Did you boil the beans vigorously for 15 minutes after soaking but before simmering?

I'm making carrot and parsnip soup at the moment
Later I might make three bean pate from a vegan recipe I saw on the Sainsbury's website, it is three types of beans (shockingly) mixed up with lime juice and sun-dried tomato paste, and something else maybe, I can't find the recipe right now. Sounds yum anyway.:)

It feels like I ate more today than most normal people eat in 3. :D
-Protein shake with pea powder, a large banana, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 4 ounces almond milk, and 4 ounces water.
-Large bowl of organic shredded wheat with almond milk and cinnamon.
-3 oz. carrot sticks, 3 seedless mandarin oranges
-1 pecan granola bar
-2 servings homemade chili (kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, crushed peppers, and sesame seeds in tomato sauce)
-2 pecan granola bars
-2 slices of homemade cheese-less pizza with eggplant and green peppers
-16 oz. cranberry juice; about 2 gallons of water

Break - 2 biscuits
Lunch - Baked potato with vegetable chilli (with cauliflower, courgette and pepper)
'After school treat' - tortilla chips left from lunch, 5 squares of divine mint chocolate
Dinner will be... thai curry with tofu, I think.

Weetabix with soya milk, and "fruit" sugar.
two toasted sandwiches with "pure" margerine, cheesely slices, and garlic sausage style slices . . . yum m m m eee!
and I just had a MASSIVE bowl of stew, with mixed veg, (peas,sweetcorn, carrots, broccoli and chopped onion), with soya mince in, and mash, and I'm stuffed!
sufficiently stuffed not to manage an alpro soya mousse! now that's saying sommit! Jen. xx
