You're sweet Fiamma, :). I know it's too far away. If I got one taste, I'd develop an addiction, and they you'd curse the day your ever met me :p

salad (mixed spring greens, baby spinach, tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds, bleu cheese, onion & poppy seed crackers, oil & vinegar)
black tea

calming tea
black vanilla tea
brown rice
mini spring rolls w/ sweet chili sauce
pineapple
stir-fry (marinated tofu, mixed chinese style veggies, cashews, tamari, ginger, toasted sesame oil, rice wine, umeboshi plum vinegar)

black tea
2 cafe mocha french twist pastry sticks
egyptian licorice mint tea

Yesterday I had

* Protein shake with a chopped, frozen banana, 8 ounces soy milk, 1 scoop pea protein powder
* 2 granola bars
* A homemade cheese-less pizza with green peppers and eggplant
* 3 more granola bars over the course of 6 hours or so
* About 40 oz. of Sprite

Not exactly a balanced diet!

porridge for brekkie with brown sugar

elevensies - cup of coffee with a syrup carob waffle thing...you know, the ones you put on top of your tea cup and they go all soft and gooey.

lunch will be left over dhal and rice from last night

dinner will be FALAFEL! for i am having a falafel fest due to the fact that it is impossible to get falafel in zagreb. i am soaking chick peas as we speak :)

Yesterday:

Banana and a blueberry alpro yoghurt, tea with soya milk

Prawn cocktail walkers

Wholemeal sandwich with cheezley, lettcuce, olive oil and garlic granules.

Wholemeal pitta with marinated tofu, onions, cashews, liquid aminos.

Oven chips

2 more cups of tea and 2 cans of diet coke.

Today so far:

Cornflakes with blueberries and a peach alpro yoghurt, tea with soya milk

BBQ walkers

Left over tofu etc from the pitta last night plus a small bowl of tomato, basil and chilli soup.

1 can diet coke.

Olives.

There are 2 bananas on my desk which I intend to eat later if I can resist the snack machine.

coffee with soya milk
raisin wheats cereal with rice milk

small rice salad
houmous and grated carrot sandwich
packet of crisps

veggie mince bolognese with spinach pasta
too much white wine :umm:

Cornflakes with a sliced banana and soya milk
Green tea
Pear
Tangerine chocolate bar (last one!)
2 toasted sandwiches with lettuce and mayo (love 'em)
Potatoes roasted with olive oil and rosemary with cabbage and gravy
Glass of almond rice milk
I have just made that bean dip and I probably will have that later with crackers.

I don't know those things at all, but it sounds like I should. My cup would like a gooey syrupy thing it it. What kind of thing is this?

tvp burger w/ ketchup
oven fries w/ veganaisse and ketchup
rainbow chard
dumpling squash

soon, more tea w/ either cookies, chocolate, or ice cream (I am not even considering having all 3 ;))

-big braeburn apple from local farmer (so good, im apple crazy right now)
-coffee w/ cinnamon and cocoa
-banana slathered in almond butter and cinnamon
-bit of dark chocolate
-green tea x3
-potatoes with chili sauce and pepper, slice of whole wheat bread with almond butter and cinnamon
-apple

good day despite the bread bc im transitioning to a grain free lifestyle but whatever. :)

chocolate coconut larabar
hazelnut soy latte, 1 banana
fried tofu in garlic sauce with some veggies over white rice
dinner at a thai restaurant: split the following with my bf: appetizer with these small potato cup with veggies inside, red thai curry with tofu and veggies over white rice, sweet sticky rice, black tea
1 bottle of red wine

(I always drink lots of water throughout the day.... don't think there's a need to list that).

2 Apples; 2 cups Green Tea.
Bowl of Miso Soup w/ Alfalfa Sprouts; sliced Cucumbers & Sun Chips (Original) w/ Hummus & Salsa
Handful of Prunes w/ Apricot Jam.

2 glasses of wine

Oooh, some really nice stuff, me and Corum had a bit of a spendathon in Morrisons:

First I stole some of my son Simon's dinner when he wasn't looking, he was eating millet and some speciality tofu full of olives!! He is way more adventurous than us with vegan food.

Potato waffles - forgot how great they are and can be microwaved.

Nairns oat biscuits snack pack selection mixed berry, stem ginger and fruit and spice flavour.

Nairns oat bakes, mini crisp/biscuit type things with tomato and herb flavour.

Grapes with cashews and ocean spray dried cranberries in.

Baxters Italian bean and pasta soup and some lovely bread with seeds and grains in it.

Ooh, my mouth is watering. I didn't know you could get selection packs! I love those ginger biscuits, and the only problem with the tomato and herb snacks is that they're such a small packet!

(He is trying to tell us that he really, really likes sausages.:D)

Too much yesterday:
Toast, cereal, pizza, wild rice, veggies, fruit, crisps and so forth.....

Just got over being ill.
Yesterday:
-stir-fried carrots/celery/tomato/green onion/green bell pepper/onion over black beans, served with two veggie sausages and a tortilla with roasted red pepper hummus and a smoothie of frozen blueberries, 1/3 orange, a few grapes, mango tampico and vanilla rice milk.

Today:
-Amy's alphabet soup with a peanut butter and apricot/pineapple jelly sandwich
-veggie burger
-bbq riblet with baked beans and a salad
-peanut butter and dark chocolate chip sandwich with rice milk

God, I'm so unhealthy. :(
