breakfast: soy milk
lunch/dinner (Thanksgiving): mashed potatoes, vegetable gravy, cranberries, roasted corn salad, vegan pumpkin pie, soy ice cream, rolls, green beans
Nobody else I ate with is vegan or vegetarian, and they were all surprised to find out the potatoes contained no dairy, the gravy contained no meat, etc. I was, for part of the day, at a place where there was also meat gravy -- and I was happy to see that mine was the gravy that got used up!
