I have just eaten crackers with pure and yeast extract and cheezly today and had two strawberry soya milkshakes.:rolleyes:

I have a veggie casserole in the oven and I'm going to have a Grassington's beef steak thing in a bread roll with lettuce and ketchup and mayo. Yummy (I hope, I have never tried it.:D)

I didn't really like it but it did get a bit burnt so maybe that was why!

Tangerines, a pear, pineapple chunks with some vanilla and chocolate ice cream

two helpings of very yummy stir fry, even if I do say so myself
steamed potatoes, cabbage and linda mccartney pie
beans on toast

bread ring for breakfast

biccies for elevenses

toast for lunch

lentil dahl for dinner

and lager for supper :D

(lager is one of the major food groups isn't it? :rolleyes:)

Brekkie: 2 espresso coffees, yellow kiwi, banana

Lunch: A really gross raw soup

Dinner: Wasn't hungry, surprisingly. The BF made a veggie thingy and we downed a bottle of wine. :thumbsup:

yes reaching your wine rda is convertible, provided you have at least three different alcohol groups per week.

Today:


2 cups of coffee with organic, unsweetened soy milk.
2 organic pomegranate waffles topped with blueberries, black raspberries, blackberries and maple syrup.



1 cup of coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.
1 strawberry soy yogurt with organic fruit & nut museli.



Leftover home-made spaghetti bolognaise: organic spaghetti, Yves Italian Ground Round, organic portabella mushrooms, organic roasted garlic pasta sauce - topped with Parma.
Water.



Organic vegetable & barley soup.
Sandwich: Kaiser roll, organic avocado, cranberry sauce, Tofurky hickory smoked deli slices, Tofutti cheese slice.
1 glass of orange juice.



1 mug of Echinacea tea.
4 organic sandwich cream cookies.

I was trying to be healthy this morning:
Hot water with lemon
Green tea
Apple
2 tangerines
Spirulina (:eek:) with water

Then I had some chips, kettle crisps and a few crackers. :rollseyes_ani:

I am going to make three bean chilli later and I will have a glass of wine with it.

I was much better yesterday (for me ;))

Breakfast - wholemeal toast and cup of tea

Elevenses - another cup of tea and digestives

Lunch - lentil dahl in a tortilla wrap

Dinner - vegan hotdogs with onion and ketchup on a sub

Supper - orange marzipan bar

(husband had been on the mainland shopping hence the tortillas, hot dogs and marzipan bar :))

yesterday:

laugenbrötchen (like a soft pretzel but in roll form)
roll with sunflower seeds, slice of herb tofu, vegan schmalz, tomato and cucumber
bowl of bulgur with onion, chili pepper, steamed green beans and carrots w/ lemon juice drizzled on top
spoonful peanut butter + fig jam :p
WAY TOO MUCH BEER. i don't even want to know how many warsteiners i put away.

today:
leftover bulgur. the dull ache of hangover is preventing me from even fathoming eating anything else...

I have just been eating junk today:
3 slices of toast with pure and raspberry jam
2 slices of bread with pure and yeast extract
2 packets of crisps.

I'm making a roast dinner now as I have loads of veg in my fridge to use up: I'm having roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots and cauliflower with cheese sauce, veggie sausage, stuffing and gravy.

I think I have exceeded my carb quota for the day.:umm_ani: I just found some vegan chocolate downstairs as well which will be gone soon.

quinoa flakes w/ pecans, yellow apple, dried cranberries, cinnamon, soymilk)
1/2 cantalope
1/2 english muffin w/ earth balance & marmalade
white lotus tea

"chicken" patty w/ tomato, romaine, vegenaise, balsamic dressing on 2 slices multigrain toast
steamed kale w/ toasted sesame oil
purple cabbage, red pepper, carrots, onions sauteed and dressed w/ asian themed sauce
black tea
sweet spicy chili Doritos
natural root beer

soon, more tea and dessert (will probably be vanilla ice cream w/ caramel sauce)

1 Passionfruit bubble tea.
1 sticky rice roll - casing of black sticky rice filled with tofu & beansprout salad, sweet marinated tofu, Chinese mushrooms and a piece of Chinese donut.


A few pieces of licorice.



1 can of organic raspberry lemonade.
1.5 Yves spicy Italian sausages.
Golden Rutabaga Caserole.
Roasted organic Yukon Gold Potatoes.
Organic cauliflower with mushroom gravy.
1 piece of garlic nan bread, cooked under the broiler with Earthbalance and extra garlic.



1 cup of organic chamomile tea.
2 organic wholewheat choc-chip cookies.

yesterday was yummy:

soya latte
polenta vegetable 'lasagne' and potato wedges with vegan mayo
raw tiramisu cake

winter Pimms :)

Chinese vegan buffet: spring rolls, samosas, mock beef, 'prawn' crackers, fried potatoes, broccoli, cashew nuts, lots of hoisin sauce
1 bottle of beer

2 pints of cider

two big bowls of bulgur cooked in veggie broth with pieces of onion and red chili pepper
seven or so green olives
some herbed tofu slices
apple with around 2 tbsp peanut butter
cup of steamed green beans with lemon juice and salt and olive oil
