BBQ steamed tempeh on a ww bun, 1 large potato (microwaved :eek:) with sour supreme, 1 sliced tomato

Today:


2 cups of coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.
4 organic pomegranante waffles topped with blackberries, blueberries, black raspberries & organic maple syrup.



1 cup of maple tea with organic unsweetened soy milk.
1 strawberry strudel.



1 bowl of organic lentil & vegetable soup.
1 sandwich - kaiser roll with 1/2 Yves Spicy Italian Sausage, sliced and ketchup.
1 organic banana.



1 glass of orange juice.
3 herb & garlic crackers with veggie pate.
3 organic chocolate chip cookies.

not a great day yesterday - just too tired :(

Breakfast - toast and cup of tea

Elevenses - biscuits and cup of tea

Lunch - mushrooms on a tomato tortilla wrap (with a cup of tea of course)

Snack - homemade fruit loaf

Dinner - crisps :amazed_ani:

Supper - chocolate wafer

Oh dear - I will try to do better today

Yesterday:
bfast: trek bar
lunch: mushroom soup
dinner: 2 pittas filled with scrambled tofu, tomatoes and mushrooms
snacks: 3 (!) nakd bars, im addicted
Then I went out and had an awesome night but...didn't drink anything!!! yay me!

Breakfast: Puffed wheat with rice milk
Snack: Banana
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: Spinach, onion, carrot, mushroom and tomato salad. Packet of crisps
Snack: Nakd bar
Dinner: Mashed potato, grilled corn-on-the-cob, a couple of vegetable bake things, leeks and carrots in cheezly sauce.

Lots of coffee throughout the day.

brekkie:
coffee, a pear, grapes and two slices of rye bread with tofutti spread and sliced red peppers

lunch:
the vegan lunch somehow looked roadkill-ish so had a huge salad and couscous and pitta bread, apple juice

stayed in school til 5, then had:
a bowl of soy yogurt with fresh blueberries, sunflower seeds, gooji berries and raisins
and apple and a satsuma

fast-food burrito with rice, beans, guac, lettuce, tomatoes, and hot sauce, refried beans with hot sauce, diet soda

Kiwi
Hula Hoops
3 biscuits

Large salad of watercress, rocket and spinach, tomatoes and cucumber with dressing

I'm about to make veggie sausages in hot dog rolls with ketchup to eat before I go out. I think I will have two of them.:smile:

sunflower roll with tofu patty + ketchup
four green olives

one persimmon
one stuffed grape leaf

bowl of bulgur cooked in veggie broth with leeks, onion and carrot and topped with tofu and red pepper stir-fried w/ soy sauce

Surprisingly good day for me :)

Breakfast - bread ring and a cup of tea

Elevenses - homemade fruit loaf and cup of tea

Lunch - freshly homemade cinnamon and raisin bagels

Dinner - homemade lentil soup and croutons

God, I'm such a domestic goddess :D

2 organic pomegranante waffles with black raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & organic maple syrup.



1 toasted sandwich: wholewheat bread, Tofutti cheese slice, organic tomato slices, salt & pepper.
2 organic chocolate chip cookies.



1 raspberry Salba bar.
1 birds nest cookie.
1/2 cup of organic fair trade coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.



1 bowl of organic lentil & vegetable soup.
2 slices of wholewheat bread with Earthbalance.
1 organic banana.



2 herb & garlic crackers.



1 cup organic chamomile tea.
1 piece organic baklava.
2 organic chocolate chip cookies.

yesterday wasnt great, all I ate was a trek bar and then about 6 of the little nakd bars, bad I know.

Today I have had a trek bar for breakfast and some carrot and ginger soup with bread for lunch, with a nakd bar for a snack

Yesterday -
B:1 Pear
2 bananas
S:2 mandarins
Coffee w/ soy milk
L: Big salad: Cucumber/peppers/scallion/tomatoes/avocado/radish w/ balsamic vinegar...yum!
S: Apple
D: A bowl of Pasta & tomato sauce w/ red lentils, carrots, courgette, peppers, red onion and lots of garlic and herbs....that was delicious too. Plus I had some plain chocolate afterwards.

So far today -
B: 1 Pear
1 banana
1 mandarin
A bowl of the pasta and sauce from yesterday. Even cold it was still deadly...even if I do say so myself.
S: Half a mug of coffee w/ soy milk
D: A few brazil nuts
1 banana
1 slice brown pan toasted w/ crunchy peanut butter
1 red apple
Hmm...not really a dinner but I guess I had dinner for breakfast so it's all ok.

3 slices of fried bread with fried cherry tomatoes
Cup of tea

Spinach, cucumber, olives and tomatoes with dressing
Pizza with onions, jalapenos and pineapple

2 bananas
1 kiwi fruit
2 packets of crisps

I was still hungry (!) so I just had a yellow pepper, mushroom and baby corn stir fry but I used too much ginger and it was a bit nasty.:eek:
