Today:
2 cups of coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.
2 organic pomegranate waffles with blackberries, black raspberries, blueberries & organic maple syrup.
1 cup organic fair trade coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.
1 strawberry/mango strudel.
1 cup of green tea.
1 Vietnamese crepe stuffed with tofu, cabbage & carrot.
Green leaf lettuce & cucumber slices.
2 pieces wholewheat toast with organic peanut butter and mashed organic banana.
1 piece of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and Vegemite.
1 piece organic baklava.

yesterday:

choco hoops with soya milk (i ran out of rice milk - wasn't as nice)
houmous and salad sandwich
packet of organic carrot flavour corn snacks
1 banana
3 Hobnobs
spelt spaghetti with veggie mince in a tomato, mushroom and garlic sauce
lots of water during the day

s'mores luna bar, coffee
boca burger with garlic and ketchup, 1 whole sliced avocado with salt
ready-made chickpea curry over brown rice
sugar-free energy drink (graduation is just over a month away...)

I'm making veggie chilli (again) and having it with rice, salsa and soya yoghurt.

Bfast: Porridge
Snack: apple crisps
Lunch: Nakd cocoa loco bar (makes me happy inside :))
Dinner: Carrot and ginger soup and Nakd nibble for pudding
Going out tonight but am hoping to resist all alcohol!

Today I have exclusively eaten sandwiches. I shall list the fillings below.
Breakfast:
Peanut butter.
Lunch:
Houmous, avocado, tomato, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrot.
Dinner:
Chips and gravy.
Next:
Tea and biscuits (this leg of my eating will probably not be on sandwiches though). Maybe some of that chocolate ice cream I've got in the freezer, too.
Oh yeah, I did eat half a peach too, before I realised there was something wrong with it. And I also had lots of chewing gum. Oh, and loads of tea - mostly rooibos chai, but also some vanilla rooibos.

Breakfast: Puffed wheat with rice milk and brown sugar.
Snack: Nakd bar, banana.
Lunch: Spinach curly pasta with vegetable sauce (tomato, mushroom, sweetcorn, onion, garlic, courgette) (cold), packet of hula hoops.
Snack: Satsuma, banana.
I haven't had dinner yet but when I do it will be an enormous portion of the millet and vegetable chili that is simmering away on the hob. It smells so yummy.
Lots of coffee throughout the day.
Bottle of wine for this evening. :satisfied:

A junky day. Oh well.
-Bowl of cereal with soy milk
-Cup of coffee with Silk cream
-Sandwich: whole wheat bread, Tofurky slices, mustard, tomato slices, hot peppers
-Tiny baked potato with Earth Balance and ketchup
-Cup of dry cereal
-2 glasses of pop
-Some pickled beets and turnip with a slice of Tofurky and pita bread
-Bagel with peanut butter and jam

Sorry Windfall, I didn't make it :down: I work next door to a Vietnamese Veg Restaurant and the lovely ladies there, made it for my lunch.
Today:
1 cup of coffee with organic, unsweetened soy milk.
2 organic pomegranate waffles with black raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & organic maple syrup.
1 Falafel wrap - pita bread, 2 falafel, hummus, lettuce, red onions.
1 Diet Coke.
1 organic raspberry lemonade.
Salad: organic romaine, organic red & yellow cherry tomatoes, organic fair-trade avocado, mango slices, Yves ground "chicken" (pan fried and added warm), poppy-seed papaya dressing.
Organic sweet potato oven fries.
1 cup organic chamomile tea.
1 piece organic baklava.
1 square organic fair-trade dark chocolate.

I'm supposed to be having the new Wetherspoons vegan curry later tonight and I will be having some Westons cider as well.:)

not that much today but by god it was good:
bran flakes with soya milk
four crumpets with pure sunflower
two slices of toast with yummy mushroom and yeast paté
£5 box from vitaorganic
another £5 box from vitaorganic
about two pots of tea over the course of the day
I feel quite good now :)

1 cup of Blue Lagoon Tea.
1 strawberry strudel.
1 Amy's Indian Meal
1 Wholewheat breadroll with Soy Garden Spread.
2 slices chocolate banana cake.
1 rasbperry Salba bar.
1 bowl of organic sweet corn soup with seasoned croutons.
1 toasted sandwich: wholewheat bread, cranberry sauce, Tofurkey hickory smoked deli slices, Tofutti cheese slice.
Later, I think I'll have a cup of tea (not sure what kind yet) and a piece of organic baklava.

Snack: Cell-nique drink (an organic vegan drink that I'm hooked on)
Late lunch: Macro Vegan Bento Box (vegan sushi); dried organic fruit mix (pineapples, papaya, coconut). Organic raspberries
Snack: really raw pistachio nuts (half bag)
Another snack: big organic apple
