2 pieces of fresh bread w/ avocado & one tomato (this bread is seriously delicious, i CANNOT stop eating it)
handful of black grapes

buckwheat soba noodles w/ stir-fry: yellow pepper, onion, carrot, broccoli, seitan
sauerkraut :D

chocolate chili tea w/ agave nectar

i found a big "alnatura" natural foods store today closer to my new apartment! *is in heaven* :p

Breakfast: Sugar snap peas, carrot, handful of grapes. Chocolate crispy bar.

Lunch: Marinated tofu with tomato, spring onion and mayo on a wholemeal baguette. Yoghurt, 2 satsumas, banana.

Dinner: Stir fry with wholemeal noodles, 2 large spring rolls, thai crackers. Huge portion of spiced apple, fig and sultana crumble with custard.

There's a slight possibility I eat too much.

I shall be having left over stir fry and left over crumble and custard for my lunch tomorrow :satisfied:

a really tasty day!

plain soy joghurt with fig jam mixed in
piece of bread with smoked tofu and avocado on top

yellow plum
lots of coffee

piece of yummy bread with avocado on top
small apple

bowl of bulgur cooked in veg broth with onions, topped with sauteed yellow peppers, onions, red chili pepper, broccoli, and vegan gyro stuff, chopped tomato and a dollop of plain soy joghurt :D

later will have some organic dark chocolate

Today... uh, I mean yesterday again (I really need to start getting some sleep):

- 2 weetabix w/ So Good soya milk.
- Wholegrain marmite & pure butter roll.
- Potatoes, broccoli and carrots.
- Vegan 'burger' w/ a whole grain roll.

No fruit today... yesterday. Woops.

I've decided I'm going to have a trial week of going raw... starting tomorrow/today. I'll post how the first day goes tomorrow!

leftover red lentil and cauliflower curry over jasmine rice
sub (with mushrooms, olives, lettuce, tomato, onions, guac, balsalmic vinegrette), baked chips, diet soda
2 bananas

Today:

2 cups of coffee with organic, unsweetened soy milk.
3 organic pomegranate waffles with black raspberries, black berries, blueberries and organic maple syrup.

1 cup of coffee with organic, unsweetened soy milk.
1 sliced organic banana with a Belsoy vanilla pudding mixed with it.

1 bowl of organic vegetable lentil soup.
6 organic crackers.
1/2 piece of spelt bread with red lentil hummus.
1/2 piece of flax bread with Soy Garden spread.

2 hot dogs: white hotdog buns, Yves jumbo veggie dogs, onion relish, fried organic red onions, organic mustard & organic ketchup.
Organic Yukon Gold oven fries on the side.

1 piece of organic baklava.

Porridge with soya milk, Banana and Maple Syrup
Toast with Reduced Sugar Marmalade
Apple

Lunch:
Onion Bagle with Tomatoes, Cucumber and Onion
Food Doctor Pinapple and Banana Bar
Walkers salt and vinegar square crisps

Dinner:
Soya "Meat balls" with pasta and tomato sauce and Sprouts
Provamel Custard

Snacks:
Toast
Cucumber, Carrot, Sweet Potato Houmous, 1/2 Jar Peanut Butter (I Know 1/2 a jar sounds alot but I needed the calories).

today:
b'fast: nakd banana bread
lunch: Carrots and grapes
snack: nakd nibble
dinner....not sure yet, I'm thinking chilli soup

Sounds like I eat A LOT more than you!

Breakfast: Cup of tea, banana
Elevenses...or half tens-es...Coco Nakd bar and a hobnob biscuit and tea.
Lunch: Soya mince shepherd's pie with carrots and cabbage. The cabbage was so purple it was almost blue! Groovy. Tea.
After work snack: Tea and minty chocolates.

Dinner is either going to need to involve a leek or pak choi, so I think I'll go with maccaroni cheezly with leek as I don't have any tofu for a stir fry and can't do leek and potato soup as I have no potatoes left. I can't think what else to do with pak choi.
And I also have an orange and a kiwi fruit to eat.

not doing so well today:

3 glasses soy milk- w 3 different flavoring added. (sugary goodness)
3 choc covered cookies
gardenburger riblet
few handfuls flax crackers
about to have coffee and a pizza- ww crusts, tom sauce, mushrooms, broccoli, garlic, onions, peppers

dinner will be fresh spring rolls with cabbage and carrots, plus gargenburger chcken grillers made into chicken and broccoli over brown rice.

eta: it was chicken and veg over wide rice noodles, and 5 fresh spring rolls. i'm a piggy.

I had a horribly sinful weekend so I'm eating lightly this week!
Today
breakfast: big nakd bar
lunch: hummus roll (my flatmate works at a bakery and whenever I go and see her she will make me this and give it to me on the sly!)
dinner: soup- mushroom, celery and leek (the veg i happened to have)

thats it so far, later I will no doubt have a nakd bar or two!

Just went to my favourite vegan restaurant for dinner and had 'Creamy' Penne Pasta with Mushrooms and Garlic Bread, shared a bottle of white wine :)

and then home from uni so proper mummys cooking, 2 huge searvings of many many vegetables soup.
pudding has been about 20 clementines!
