Congrats Mooli! It is so hard to go without sugar for me. Good Job.

Surely to God that's not all?!
I'd be soooo hungry :(
Thanks for the encourgaement re: sugar. It's not been too bad actually but can't wait to eat some fruit. Normally I would eat fruit but because I really overdid it on sugar recently I'm going without for a week. I'm hoping to stay off all sweet things but fruit for another two weeks after that...

I can't think of any way aubergines (I thought it was eggplants in the UK?) aren't tasty except for my grandma's fatty moussaka...
That's why I don't do boyfriends :D

It's easier that way don't you think? Especially if you don't eat at set meal times, like I tend to do.
Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1/2 cup BBQ baked beans with
2 pieces of multigrain toast with Earthbalance.
6 inch veggie sub with sweet onion sauce from Subway.
25g BBQ soy crisps.
small packet of fruit candies.
Curried noodle soup (crap made from a package, but I really couldn't be bothered).
Cup of Cinnamon Spice tea.
4 Oatmeal cookies.

I find it easier. I would always try to categorize my meals. I would end up with a ton of food for my "evening snacks"...it made me seem like a late night piggy! :p But in reality, I eat my supper around 4-5 and I don't sleep until 2am...so not really a whole lot of food!

Cream of wheat is a hot cereal made of wheat farina. You can make it with water or milk, but it's best when made with some kind of milk (rice or soy) because it tastes creamier. It comes in flavors like maple too. I love it!

Breakfast: Toast with hazelnut butter.
Lunch: Onion baji, tomato & oregano roll, chocolate crispy thing.
Dinner: I managed to put something tasty together this evening, which doesn't happen often. I fried leftover onion, butter beans, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Also boiled some potatoes. Then I covered it with a sauce made of olive oil, tomato puree, pumpkin/hemp seed oil and mustard. It was nice. I've lost my enthusiasm for cooking a bit since starting a new job, but perhaps I'm getting back in the groove.

So kind of like a porrige or oatmeal alternative?
