I know it's terrible! :D Not really, they're pretty healthy and they fill you up and they taste nice :) I like the coco one.

I had:

A banana and 2 cups of tea
Shepherd's pie with carrots and more tea, and a few squares of organica chocolate
2 hobnob biscuits and 2 more cups of tea
Curry (onion, potato, cauliflower & tofu) with rice and lime pickle
Chocolate cake and vanilla swedish glace
2 cups of rooibos chai

And I'll have some pinapple before bed as I'm going to chop some up to take to work tomorrow.

3 slices of pizza (kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, green pepper, marinated artichokes, mushrooms , and spices with pizza sauce on a ww crust)

scramble (tofu, potatoes, onion, spinach, turmeric, shoyu, dill, nutritional yeast)
2 slices toast w/ earth balance & raspberry jam
1/2 grapefruit
couple slices bacun
candy cane lane tea

several handfuls popcorn w/ herb seasoning
calming tea x 3

quesadillas (ww tortillas, refried beans, scallions, cheddar cheese, black bean & corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole)

earl grey tea
chocolate pudding

Today:

2 cups of coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.
1 carrot maple muffin with Earthbalance.

1 cup of organic fair traide coffee with organic unsweetened soy milk.
1 choc cherry Bumble Bar.


1 piece of spelt bread with red pepper hummus.
1 banana mixed with raspberry soy yoghurt and organic fruit & nut museli.

1 tall size vanilla soy late.

Water
1 home-made veggie burger - white bun, garden patty, avocado, mushrooms, organic onions, tomato, organic green leaf lettuce, onion relish and organic ketchup.
Serving of organic sweet potato oven fries.

1 cup of peppermint tea.
3 lemon wafer cookies.

Yesterday:
Half a clementine.
Two white bread rolls with margarine, avocado, hummus, watercress, cress, cherry tomatoes and a sage and onion slice.
Ratatouille. One white bread roll.
Two bottles of beer,
Cup of rooibos tea with soya milk.

Breakfast - Cup of Tea and 6 Brazil Nuts
Brunch - Two rounds of sandwiches - avocado, red onion, hummous and
watercress
Juice - Carrot, apple and ginger
Dinner I plan to have a bubble and squeak made out of some leftover
mash in the fridge
Supper I plan to have fruit

I am working from 2pm til 9pm tonight, so dinner will be 1 pm ish and supper will be 9.30 pm ish. It is very difficult on these shifts not to buy alcohol and chocolate on the way home......:rolleyes:

Yesterday I had

Porridge made with soy milk and a sprinkling of raisins.

More raisins during the day.

Sweet and Sour udon noodles with green peppers.

A 'Organica' coconut and dark chocolate bar.

Couple of cups of Green tea and lots of water throughout the day/night.

Breakfast: porridge with agave nectar (first time I'd tried it, it's amazing)
Lunch: hummus and roasted veg roll
Pudding: chocolate alpro pudding
Dinner: mushroom soup
Pudding: caramel alpro pudding
and just one nakd bar as a snack. they are healthy and filling but theyre also pretty bloody expensive and I don't like how obsessed I can become with a food!

Today:
Breakfast: Porridge with agave nectar (theres that obsession again)
lunch: red pepper hummus roll with dry fried corgettes, tomato and yellow pepper:
Dinner will be mixed veg soup that I made a vat of yesterday, and a vanilla alpro pudding

Oh no! How annoying for you. They may think it's sporting of them to give free stuff, but they don't seem to understand that it doesn't come close to compensating!

Actually the guy was very, very apologetic and after it happened and we realised there was nothing we could do to change it, the full refund and 4 free pints were ok compensation in our minds. I think it was the manager that helped us and I'm sure what happened scared the shit out of him, I'm also sure he'd make sure it would never happen again.

To be honest, I'd be tempted to write to the head office and say how well he handled the situation but I'm sure he'd rather it wasn't mentioned at all - and I think he deserves that.

(apparently they had a temp chef in for christmas who got a telling off)

A few bits of Plamil dark chocolate with white mint which has a very bitter aftertaste, hmm not sure I like it

Breakfast - oatso simple made with soya milk with dried gojii berries and pumpkin seeds. Black tea, water

Lunch - loads - dried dates, fresh apple and kiwi, left over pasta salad made with egg-free mayonnaise, peas, sweetcorn, spring onion and walnuts, left over garlic beans (which I left - too garlicky to eat on a work day), left over rice pudding (soya milk, pudding rice, sugar, nutmeg - bake at gas mark 2, yum yum). I always end up eating loads of leftovers. Water

Tea. Left over pasta bake (free and easy 'cheesey' type sauce, pasta, onions, tomatoes). Made it Tuesday. Didn't taste any better today. Decided I don't like that sauce! Steamed carrots. Nut and carob bar. Peanut butter sandwhich. Tea. Beer.

Christ, writing that lot down - no wonder I'm fat!!!!!!

I went without breakfast for the first time in - literally - years, today. Was running reallllly late for work, then forgot to eat when I got to work cos I was larking around with my colleague.

Since then I've had:
Spinach fatayer;
Wholemeal sandwiches with houmous and falafel and apollo lettuce and iceberg lettuce and green batavia and beetroot and carrot;
An apple;
Rooibos chai;
Pink grapefuit juice.

In a bit I'm gonna munch some oranges and some more of those scrumptious spinach fatayer. And I'm gonna have about 5 cups of vanilla rooibos.
So there.

Well, as I suspected, I pigged out yesterday (Thanksgiving)

The main meal consisted of:

Tofurky Roast
Mashed Sweet Potatoes & Gravy
Peas
Roasted Cauliflower
Corn Chipotle Bisque
Bread Rolls

Dessert:
Pumpkin-Vanilla Soy Ice Cream

I also consumed tons of wine and sweet treats (candy canes, peanut brittle, brownies) later in the day.

I bet I gained 20 pounds. :faint_smilie:

So, today will be:

Water
Black Coffee
