1/2 pint pineaple, passionfruit & mango smoothie
L: Rice base pizza w/ orange pepper, red onion and mushroom w/ cucumber & tomato
Mug of apple/cinnamon tea
S: Mug tea w/ soy milk
2 rice cakes w/ pb and jam
D: Raw cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, tomato, orange pepper w/ a little bit of houmous
Mug tea w/ soy milk
S: 2 bananas w/ pb

I was planning on having a spinach smoothie but I'm just not hungry enough...I'll wait a while and see

Indulged on cookie dough ice cream ( my weakness)

vegan breakfast: 2 sausages, slice of toast with soya spread, baked beans, mushrooms, hash browns, grilled tomato

slice of lemon drizzle cake
a few bites of chocolate banana cake

Wagamama: steamed edamame
grilled asparagus
yasai itame (tofu noodle soup)
2 glasses of plum wine

yesterday:

2 slices of toast with soya spread and yeast extract
coffee with soya milk

vegetable samosa
houmous with breadsticks

veggie burger in a bun with salad, vegan cheese and mayo
1 square of white chocolate with cranberry

raspberry mule cocktail

vanilla cupcake
slice of brandy fruitcake

Every single foodstuff I've eaten today, has been processed.

Nakd bar.
Sos roll.
2 spicy bean burgers.
2 pints of cider.
100g dark chocolate.

Tomorrow: must try harder.

I had:

Breakfast - Porridge
Lunch - One of those rice and lentil snack pot things
Snack - (during staff meeting!) Plum crumble made by my work-mate using pure margarine :) Cup of tea.
Dinner - 2 bowls of (home grown!) pumpkin soup and three brown bread rolls. Kiwi fruit.

houmous and salad sandwich
packet of crisps
1 apple

corn on the cob with melted soya spread
macaroni cheeze with mixed vegetables

1 Booja Booja raw chocolate raspberry truffle (HORRIBLE)
1 Montezuma Sunrise truffle (unimpressive)

lots of water throughout the day

Shepherd's pie, broccoli, cabbage and gravy.
Alpro chocolate dessert.
Cashew nuts.
Square of chocolate.

L - 2 slices sunflower rye bread w/ pb and a banana
Mug coffee w/ soy milk
S - Bottle water
Plum
D - 1/2 plate pasta salad (w/ cucumber, cherry tomatoes, scallions, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
Lentil/spinach stuffed red peppers
T - Small plate pasta salad with another stuffed pepper
Mug tea w/ soy milk
2 gingernut biscuits

Today:
B - Water
2 mandarins
Soy coffee
L - More pasta salad w/ 2 stuffed peppers
D - 3 slices sunflower rye bread w/ pb
Glass of peach, pineapple, passionfruit smoothie
2 ginger biscuits
Mug coffee w/ vanilla rice milk
More water

That's all so far...I think I should go and have some more fruit or salad or...something healthy and raw anyway

Two slices of toast with tomato puree, herbs, sliced tomato and Cheezly.
Cashew nuts with nutritional yeast.
Mexican-style bean and vegetable mixture, lettuce, guacamole, salsa and Cheezly in a tortilla wrap.
Three cans of Carlsberg.
Slice of bread with hummus and watercress.
Two bourbon biscuits.

Breakfast: Chocolate stars with rice milk.
Snack: Banana
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: Baguette with mushrooms, onion, tomato, humus, salsa. Packet of salted crisps
Snack: Soya yogurt
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Dinner: Cottage pie (LM mince, carrots, mushrooms, tomato, celery, onion toppeed with a mashed mix of sweet potato and potato), big pile of steamed brussel sprouts. A couple of glasses of wine.

Lots of coffee throughout the day.

Been home from school today so just eaten random shite, including choco-hoops with soymilk, tangerines, gingerbread, mint chocolate, endless cups of chai..

in the evening i made chili and cornbread tho

2 cups of coffee with chocolate peppermint soy milk.

2 fruit flavouried candies.

1 steamed vegetable bun.

Salad - green leaf lettuce, roma tomatoes, strawberries, cucumber, marinated tofu, poppyseed papaya dressing.
1 steamed vegetable bun.

1 cup of Cold Formula tea.
1 gluten free birds nest cookie.
10 jellybeans.

l: trek bar and 2 sharon fruit
s: 2 rice crackers, a clementine and an alpro pudding

dinner will be veggie soup that I am so looking forward to. havn't had soup in almost a week and it is my fave food!

I'm really glad I'm back to eating healthfully after my indulgent weekend :)

Breakfast - 3 hobnobs. Wasn't a good idea, felt a bit sick. Tea.
Lunch - pie, kale and onions, roasted pumpkin, pineapple, vegan creme egg. Cup of tea.
No snack...gosh.
Dinner - 2 fry's burgers, mashed potato, gravy, and cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and red pepper stir fry type thing.

Am pleased with myself for having 7 different fruit/veg things.

That sounds really good for a moving house day!!!

I meant to have a kiwi fruit if I felt hungry again...but instead seem to be eating (another :o) creme egg. And I'm not even hungry.
