1/2 pint pineaple, passionfruit & mango smoothie
L: Rice base pizza w/ orange pepper, red onion and mushroom w/ cucumber & tomato
Mug of apple/cinnamon tea
S: Mug tea w/ soy milk
2 rice cakes w/ pb and jam
D: Raw cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, tomato, orange pepper w/ a little bit of houmous
Mug tea w/ soy milk
S: 2 bananas w/ pb
I was planning on having a spinach smoothie but I'm just not hungry enough...I'll wait a while and see

I had:
Breakfast - Porridge
Lunch - One of those rice and lentil snack pot things
Snack - (during staff meeting!) Plum crumble made by my work-mate using pure margarine :) Cup of tea.
Dinner - 2 bowls of (home grown!) pumpkin soup and three brown bread rolls. Kiwi fruit.

Lentil/spinach stuffed red peppers
T - Small plate pasta salad with another stuffed pepper
Mug tea w/ soy milk
2 gingernut biscuits
Today:
B - Water
2 mandarins
Soy coffee
L - More pasta salad w/ 2 stuffed peppers
D - 3 slices sunflower rye bread w/ pb
Glass of peach, pineapple, passionfruit smoothie
2 ginger biscuits
Mug coffee w/ vanilla rice milk
More water
That's all so far...I think I should go and have some more fruit or salad or...something healthy and raw anyway

Two slices of toast with tomato puree, herbs, sliced tomato and Cheezly.
Cashew nuts with nutritional yeast.
Mexican-style bean and vegetable mixture, lettuce, guacamole, salsa and Cheezly in a tortilla wrap.
Three cans of Carlsberg.
Slice of bread with hummus and watercress.
Two bourbon biscuits.

Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: Baguette with mushrooms, onion, tomato, humus, salsa. Packet of salted crisps
Snack: Soya yogurt
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Dinner: Cottage pie (LM mince, carrots, mushrooms, tomato, celery, onion toppeed with a mashed mix of sweet potato and potato), big pile of steamed brussel sprouts. A couple of glasses of wine.
Lots of coffee throughout the day.

1 cup of Cold Formula tea.
1 gluten free birds nest cookie.

dinner will be veggie soup that I am so looking forward to. havn't had soup in almost a week and it is my fave food!
I'm really glad I'm back to eating healthfully after my indulgent weekend :)

Breakfast - 3 hobnobs. Wasn't a good idea, felt a bit sick. Tea.
Lunch - pie, kale and onions, roasted pumpkin, pineapple, vegan creme egg. Cup of tea.
No snack...gosh.
Dinner - 2 fry's burgers, mashed potato, gravy, and cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and red pepper stir fry type thing.
Am pleased with myself for having 7 different fruit/veg things.

That sounds really good for a moving house day!!!
I meant to have a kiwi fruit if I felt hungry again...but instead seem to be eating (another :o) creme egg. And I'm not even hungry.
