Today I ate:

Bfast - a bowl of "Uncle Sam" cereal (whole toastedwheat kernels w/ flaxseeds
a banana
a handful of almonds and walnuts
some OJ
green tea

Snack - an apple

Lunch - chickpea salad (I love this!) (chickpeas, shredded firm tofu, shredded carrots,
chopped celery, chopped purple onion, vinegar, olive oil, spices)
PBJ
some chocolate soymilk :)
more green tea

Snack - another handful of almonds and walnuts
a homemade granola bar thing
a piece of celery with peanut butter
some more green tea

Dinner - a large romaine salad with cucumber, radish, chives, cherry tomatoes, squash
some leftover veggie spaghetti
a nectarine
even more green tea

Snack - a chocolate chip walnut muffin
some soymilk to wash it down

I had a weekend full o' food!

Sat we went for an early Christmas lunch w/ my and my bf's parents, I ate way too much
B: narna, Speculaas, tea
L: bread w/ olive oil, salad (baby spinach, sun dried toms), vege sandwich on rye (eggplant, sun dried toms, mushies, avo)

Sun
B: narna, Speculaas, tea
L: I went to a vegan Christmas gathering! So I had a plate full of different things, salad, sushi (I made) a spinach & brazil nut baked pastry thingy, lots of other stuff
A: we had all the sweets, passiofruit melting moments, cupcakes (I made), brownies, sticky date pudding and mince pies. I was stuffed and had a bit of a sugar high
D: had a veggie burger even though I'd eaten heaps for lunch, water

Monday
B: narna, Speculaas, tea
L: 'fu scramble w/ mushies & green beans, baby spinach, grilled tomato, a hash brown and toasted rice bread, water
D: left over 'fu scram, water

4 pancakes w/ sliced organic strawberries & maple syrup
mayan cocoa spice tea

ginger tea
2 1/2 faux fish fillets w/ tartar sauce
mashed potatoes
corn on cob
broccoli w/ earth balance

breakfast: buckwheat waffles w/ maple syrup & blueberries

snack: coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer, strawberry soy yogurt

lunch: blue corn-sesame chips w/ nacho dip (refried beans, black bean-corn salsa, nacho teese, jalapeno slices), carrot sticks, clementine

snack: pistachios

dinner: toasted sandwich (tofurkey, spinach, cream cheese, cranberry relish, red onion, pickles on multigrain bread), celery sticks w/ goddess dressing

after: peppermint tea

I had some rice with vegetables (bell peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, spinach added at the end), and tofu with lime juice squeezed on top of it and stirred with teriyaki sauce. Yummy! Also tried a cherry soy yogurt the first time.

Started off with pop tarts and Black coffee

For lunch had a homemade pizza with tomato sauce, onions, garlic and bell peppers

Dinner had a veggie burger and peas. Need to shop at Mothers tomorrow to restock. Fridge and pantry are pretty barren.

I have had toast and yeast extract for breakfast, have got loads of fruit to snack on and have sneaked one of hub's caramel desserts in my bag. Mmmmmm:tongue_ani:

everything bagel with hummus
coffee
bunch of marinated mushrooms
red thai curry with fried tofu and vegetables over jasmine rice
fresh thai spring roll with hoisin sauce
jasmine tea
2 beers
several peppermint candies throughout the day

yesterday:
coffee
tofu hash type thing with 2 slices ezekiel toast and earth balance
leftover brussell sprouts, scalloped potatoes, corn, mac salad, baked ives ham with cherry glaze
big green salad with the works
more mac salad
few bbq chips
few drinks

this morning have had lots o coffee w soy milk
tofu omelette and i'm pissed i forgot to photograph the beautiful thing.
hash browns wth jalepeno and shallots
tofurkey sausage with peppers, onion, mushrooms, cabbage and a broiled whole grain roll (mustrd)
big salad with the works.

B: Blueberries and blackberries. Mug of decaf tea w/ soya milk.

S: Many more mugs of decaf tea w/ soya milk.

L: 3 small tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, chestnut mushrooms, vine tomatoes, asparagus and Redwoods "chicken" chunks. 1 Divine after dinner mint.

S: Many Japanese rice crackers (garlic and tamari flavour).

D: Will be warm homebaked rosemary focaccia from VCON with Suma organic tomato and red pepper soup, followed by chocolate cake (Orgran packet mix) with the chocolate ganache topping from VCTOTW.

EDIT: My dinner plans went astray and I ended up having 2 nut cutlets, 2 bhajis and 2 samosas (a bit random, I know!) plus the chocolate cake.

2 weetabix with soya milk
3 slices of french bread with pure marg
pasta with baby spinach and rocket, vine tomato, spring onions, mushrooms, and vegemince, and a few chips on the side
bowl of swedish glace ice-cream with a few choc buttons and a large strawberry on top
coffee and 2 more bits of french stick

That's not a lot. Like many of us though - I suppose you over indulged on Christmas day, in particular :)

all I've had is two 6 scoop take away boxes from VitaOrganic and two litres of water.
This is partly due to having to go all the way to Hampshire to collect my suitcase.

Well generally i dont have breakfast but today was the exception .. I just had a lovely big bowl of fried mushrooms .. they were soooo yummy :D .. Not the healthiest breakfast i could have chosen but i had a random craving .. after waking up feeling rather sick. Oh gosh writing that makes me sound pregnant... *runs to take a pregnancy test* That would honestly be the icing on the vegan chocolate cake right now. *sighs* Anyway i managed to ramble waaaay off topic there .. food .. yes food .. My fried mushrooms were yummy :D :D :D

I'm hoping to get back to some more normal eating tomorrow, now that just about all of the Christmas left-overs are finished with.

Yesterday:

B: Nakd Berry Cheeky bar

L: Nut burgers in soft white rolls w/ lettuce. Japanese rice crackers (garlic and tamari flavour). Slice (well, a very big slice actually, more of a chunk!) of chocolate cake w/ chocolate ganache topping from VCTOTW.

D: Chickpea cutlets from VCON. Mashed potato with Pure and seasoning. Garlic-roasted asparagus. Gravy w/ chestnut musrooms and some spare chickpeas.

S: A small handful salted peanuts. 2 glasses white wine.
