Breakfast: Chocolate stars with rice milk

Lunch: Vegan Spanish "Omelette"

Dinner: Tomato soup with olive ciabattis.

well today I've had a Pogo Devil Breakfast a Chocolate & Pear Desert followed by a Nut Roast dinnner with all the trimmings inc sour kraut
many cups of tea and a hot choc.

Two glasses of soymilk
Spicy scrambled tofu breakfast burritos
Two vegan tamales
Some corn chips and salsa
Two vegan marshmallows
Some chocolate soymilk
A couple of black bean and rice burritos
A carrot

vanilla hazelnut tea
ready-made potato and green pea curry over white rice
almond biscotti tea with sugar
2 slices of pizza (soy mozzarella, kalamata olives, artichokes, green peppers, sauce)
lots of breadsticks dipped in marinara sauce and cashew ricotta
diet coke
couple glasses of wine

Breakfast was cereal with banana slices and soy + rice milk.

Lunch was AWESOME.
We made falafels and tabouleh in toasted wraps full of veggies.

I'll post for yesterday, since it's only early here:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
3 banana pancakes with maple syrup.

1 vanilla soy latte.
1 granola bar.

2 glasses sparkling apple juice.
3 soft tacos - flour tortillas, Yves Mexican ground round (with taco seasoning), soy sour cream, salsa, tomato, lettuce, avocado.
Oven fries.

1 cup Christmas Eve tea.
1 cookie.
A few dark chocolate almonds & cranberries.

I had:

Breakfast - hummous and spinach sandwich (I was on a course for work, and everyone else was eating pain-au-chocolats :( so I felt compelled to make an early start on my lunch)
Lunch - another sandwich, carrot and celery and pepper and tomato and cucumber and melon and apple and pineapple
Afternoon - half a packet of fruit shortcake biscuits, two squares of dark chocolate and a bag of crisps :o
Dinner - I'll be having maccaroni with bolognese sauce and maybe peas, but after all those biscuits I'm not hungry yet.

Breakfast: Sugar snap peas, red grapes (actually a very late breakfast in the end), satsuma.

Lunch: Cheap and cheerful vegetable soup, 2 bread rolls. Banana, satsuma, choc dessert.

Snack: Far too many Japanese style coated peanut things.

Dinner: Cottage pie with gravy.

I think there may be steamed pudding soon. * Pokes Tabitha *

not a great eating day for me;

4 mini pittas with houmous, cucumber and peanuts on top
potato, cheezly, and houmous pastie
mashed tofu with mixed veg stir fry and a small jacket potato
a rather large chocolate bar

looking back it wouldn't have been a bad day really apart from the chocolate!.

So far...

Two spicy bean burgers on granary bread, one with ketchup and one with brown sauce.
Vanilla rooibos tea.
Left-over spaghetti bolognese.
An apple.
A banana.
Some chocolate.
Apple and blackberry crumble.
Water.
The last champagne truffle that got left at my house (sorry).
Decaffeinated earl grey tea.

OK, I want more tea now.

done the stir fry and it was delish
(red cabbage, red pepper, mushroom, leek, spinach noodles, redwood chicken, rich soy sauce, chilli, garlic and ginger) had two bowls, the rest is for tomorrow

Houmous with Iceberg lettuce
Green Tea
Sandwich on ww bread with Redwoods ham slices and Iceberg lettuce

Avocado, salad, crisp and chutney sandwich.
Stew.
