Green smoothie
oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, maple syrup and rice milk
Luna bar
baked tempeh with yellow squash and quinoa
smoothie- banana and rice milk, little agave and vanilla

-2 cups black coffee
-homemade hashbrowns with ketchup and a ton of hot sauce
-leftover cold tvp sauteed w veg doused in ketchup
-some hummus on a spoon (thats right)
-couple of oreos
-some red wine
-peach and white tea real fruit bar
bout to eat rebellious tomato thai curry veg pizza... mmm.

almond biscotti tea with sugar
2 slices of pizza (soy mozzarella, kalamata olives, artichokes, green pepper, sauce)
couple of breadsticks dipped in marinara and cashew ricotta
mango juice
gingerbread soy latte
few slices of baked tofu in italian marinade (vwav)
lemony roasted potatoes (v-con)
canned green beans cooked in tofu marinade

yesterday
breakfast: porridge with agave, chai tea with rice milk
Lunch: mexican chilli soup, half a papaya
snack: primal strip
dinner: mixed veg soup, a plum, an apple and a pear
and lots of herbal teas through the day

B: Straeberry, raspberry, nectarine, banana, honeydew melon, boysonberry and spirulina smoothie.
S: Larabar (chocolate)
D: Malaysian-marinated tofu, onion, spinnach, sesame seeds, soy sauce, tomato and green capsicum stiry fry on brown rice.
S: Orgran vanilla cake with homemade vanilla icing an a couple of raspberries
+ water
I was so excited to find larabars here in Australia! Usually I shop at Coles/my local supermarket and had never thought to look in an actual health food shop, so when I did go in you could imagine my surprise when I sae every flavour of larabars and a whole bunch of other vegan food i had never seen before!!

Much better than yesterday:
2 toasted crumpets with pure spread
2 cups of tea with rice milk
Carrot and celery soup with Udo's oil
3 slices of granary bread with pure spread
Punnet of strawberries
Packet of ready salted crisps
Lots of green tea and water
Don't know what to have for dinner yet.

i haven't posted here for ages because i've been eating loads of rubbish! i'm doing better again now though.
yesterday:
coffee with soya milk
choco hoops with 1/2 rice milk and 1/2 soya milk (i ran out of rice milk lol)
houmous and salad sandwich
packet of crisps
1 apple
1 banana
mock chicken pieces and mixed vegetables stir-fried in hoi sin sauce with rice
2 Montezumas truffles
lots of water during the day

breakfast:
cranberry tea
porridge with rice milk and agave syrup
lunch:
chai tea with rice milk
2 carrots and 1 pepper with nutritional yeast and balsamic vinegar and a primal strip
apple
Dinner:
same as lunch + 2 tomatoes and a plum
Later I will have some more chai tea with rice milk and probably some papaya and a pear

Green tea
Oatibix with a banana and soya milk and some more green tea
Cucumber and pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
Sandwich on ww bread with Redwoods ham slices, pure spread and mustard
A banana and one tablespoon of organic peanut butter
Lots of water throughout the day.

Bento Box: lemony roasted potatoes, 3 slices of italian baked tofu, 1/2 a mango, 7 chocolate covered espresso beans
tom kah soup (tofu, coconut broth, mushrooms, herbs)
drunken noodle dish (stir fried rice noodles, tofu, jalapenos, onions, bean sprouts)

So far today:
1 glass organic apple juice
1 enormous salad consisting of: pine nuts, onion, sun blushed tomatoes, regular tomatoes, avocado, carrot strips and various salad leaves. + my own dressing which consisted of: lemon juice, mustard seeds, vinegar, pumpkin seed oil and avocado oil.

I have just had my breakfast/lunch. I made a homemade pizza with green pepper, onions, pineapple and soya cheese. It was soooooo nice.:heart::)
