breakfast:
porridge with soy milk and agave, and a pear

snack:
primal strip

lunch:
raw courgette pasta and marinara sauce, clementine

snack:
another primal strip and an apple

dinner:
home made veg soup, with peppers, carrots, leeks, potato, courgette and other miscellaneous veg!

later will have 1/2 a papaya

Bento Box: pita with hummus and sprouts, raw cauliflower with hummus, cashew cookie larabar
spinach and chickpea curry over jasmine rice (vwav)

breakfast:
porridge with rice milk and agave, clementine

snack:
primal strip

lunch:
veg soup, apple

snack:
pecan pie lara bar, I was disapointed :(

dinner:
boiled leeks with mainly raw tomato sauce (tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes, basil, olives, pepper, mmmmm). Really nice low cal substitute for pasta

Today started off fairly well with a lunch consisting of a hummus, watercress and cherry tomato sandwich and a cup of peppermint tea. Then my bf suggested we go to the pub, since then I've had cider, beer, chips with ketchups and mustard and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps.

diet soda
purely decadent cookie dough "ice cream" made with coconut milk

Woke up at about 5:30 PM and ate pasta with sauce, lentil soup, and a baked potato with yummy veggie stuff on it.

EDIT - Oh - and there were steamed veggies like green beans and carrots and broccoli and yellow ones and stuff.

vegan chicken????? no.

I had a lot of nervous energy today, so I ate a lot of things... cereal, bagels, carrots, apple slices, vegan nuggets.

A handful of almonds and walnuts
A couple of vegan tamales
Some weird tofu dish from a Chinese place :/ and some steamed rice
An English muffin with pb&j
Green tea
Sauerkraut with 'shrooms and baked beans
More green tea (with lemon!)

I think this thread may just go on until the end of time :)

Today:

3 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries & vanilla soy milk.

1 white breadroll stuffed with an Yves Spicy Italian Sausage, fried onions, mashed avocado and ketchup.
1/2 fruit bar cookie.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Dr Weil's chocolate coconut bar.

1 cup of chili
grilled tortilla filled with vegan cheese.
3 pieces of dried apple.
8 macadamia nuts.
1 fruit bar cookie.

1 cup of Christmas Eve tea.
1 fruit bar cookie.
1 English muffin with Earthbalance and rapsberry jam.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: cinnamon and raisin bagel with butter and a small banana

Lunch: homemade pea and mint soup, 3 rice crackers with humus and salad

Snack: vegan strawberry milkshake, small green and blacks orange choccie bar

Dinner: mushroom risotto, large bowl of salad, homemade chocolate and coconut cupcake with soya cream

Drinks: peppermint herbal tea, choco herbal tea, water, glass of white wine

Yesterday:

Green tea
Wheetabix (yummy!!!) with soya milk and another mug of green tea
Sliced red pepper with reduced fat houmous
Mug of Miso soup
Sandwich on ww bread with Pure spread, mustard and Redwoods ham slices
Some Kettle Chips with Tofutti cream cheese as a dip - my guilty pleasure :o

Lots of water as usual throughout the day.

So far today I've only had green tea. Will have some Wheetabix in a bit cus I'm going out for dinner tonight.

i've had a yummy but healthy day today (apart from the Frosties!):

Frosties
w/meal sarnie with houmous + yeast extract, with raw carrot and peanuts
above sarnie, etc, repeated later
for dinner -
red lentils cooked with carrots and fresh spinach
mashed potato with garlic and fresh basil
scrambled tofu
a few mini roasties
and then -
a large handful of cherries and a scoop of ice-cream

Breakfast: Puffed wheat with rice milk. Coffee
Snack: Co-op iced bun
Lunch: Baguette with tomato, spring onion, mushroom and beetroot.
Snack: Another iced bun
Dinner: Roast parsnips and potatoes, steamed leeks, carrots and runner beans, nut roast. I'm well stuffed now. :satisfied:

Spicy creamy tomato soup.
Tagliatelle with garlic, vegetable and tofu stir fry.
Clementine.

A peanut butter and jelly sandwich

A bowl of corn and black beans with salsa and a piece of pita bread

Scrambled tofu with salsa wrapped in corn tortillas
