Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries & vanilla soy milk.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 cinnamon raisin bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and raspberry jam.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Dr Weil's pistachio bar.

1 cup veggie chili.
1 grilled flour tortilla stuffed with vegan cheese.
3 pieces of dried apple.
8 macadamia nuts.
2 fruit bar cookies.

1 cup of Christmas Eve tea.
1 cranberry chocolate.

yesterday:
Bfast: porridge with rice milk and agave
snack: primal strip and clementine
lunch: leeks and marinara sauce, nectarine
snack: banana
dinner: really good soup, carrot and raisin I think, not sure, but delish!
late night snack: primal strip and peach

yesterday:
breakfast:
two slices of toast with sunflower pure
bowl of bran flakes with soya milk

Lunch:
at a Chinese in Catford:
10 spring rolls
mixed fried veg in a soy sauce on steamed rice

three large teas from various cafés
5 pints of bitter in the Glasshouse Stores

Dinner: Peking Palace
Starter: three 'chicken' drumsticks that were delish and not so real that they put you off
Main: mock beef in black bean sauce with steamed rice
lots of people's leftovers too

yes ten, they're not big ones though, you're meant to hare that starter with other people I think, I never do though

I'm just jealous. I could quite happily eat 10 spring rolls, though not sure I could manage the main course and 5 pints afterwards ;)

C.R.A.P day today, hardly slept last night so stuffed face with shite;

1 bowl of ice cream :o
3 cheezly/onion/houmous and potato pasties :satisfied:
loads of biscuits (* i invented a new biscuit by sandwiching a bourbon cream inside 2 rich teas and dunking the whole thing! :p)
cottage pie jam packed with veggies to make peace with myself a bit :umm:

Bagel with peanut butter, mango-passionfruit smoothie, applie, and two veggie burgers. Not my healthiest of days... I'll be better next week when uni starts back! :)

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee
Snack: Jam Donut
Lunch: Sausage rolls and baked beans
Snack: Jam Donut
Dinner: Leek and potato soup with ciabatti rolls for dunking.
Snack: More Donuts.

I seem to have got through most of a bottle of wine too. :eek:

Was pretty busy today so didnt eat much.

A quarter of a pepper with reduced fat houmous
Alpro chocolate soya milkshake :)
Noodles with sweet and sour sauce, onion and half a pepper

Lots of water at the gym.
No green tea though :(

dinner: homemade veg soup

I have been craving lots of bad stuff and thought I had eaten a lot but my diet seems to be holding up pretty well in the face of adversity

I just had one of those Redwood Cheatin' Celebration Roast thingies. It was OK. It was all processed, but it was OK. I had it with some steamed potatoes and veggiebubbles.

lemon sorbet

small cooked brekkie(fried potatoes, mushrooms & tofu sausage)
cup of pau d'arco tea
couple of mouthfuls of split pea soup i was making.
2 pickled onions..i've got to stop eating these, i eat way too many of 'em!
roast dinner..steamed peas,tofu burger,roast spuds,roast veg & g/f gravy.
provamel chocolate dessert

writing about all this food is making me hungry...:thumbsup:
