All HOMEMADE :D

BREAKFAST: A chunky slice of Homemade figs and dates quick bread
A slice of homemade Irish brown bread with some blueberry jam
Cup of lemongrass tea

LUNCH: 2 homemade Falafels with some salad and the Irish bread
A slice of homemade quiche with spinaches and potatoes

SNACK: I may actually bake a banana bread right now :)

DINNER: I'm not there yet :) But I'll finish up the chickpea soup I made the other day although I'm also craving spaghetti with olive oil and red chilli pepper right now!

Breakfast: 2 cups of Tea, Porridge with Flax Seeds

Lunch: 4 Cream Crackers with Tartex

Snack: Ritter Sport, Marzipan

Dinner: Cornish Pasty and chips (as requested by my other half)

Yesterday wasnt so good again cus I woke up really late! It was the last day of holidays before Uni started again though, so I think it was allowed :)

Had:
Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous
Alpro chocolate soya shake
Some Kettle Chips with salsa

Lots of water.

So far today's been better:

Portobello mushroom and bulgar wheat salad thing at Uni, half a soya latte
Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous

About to have another Alpro chocolate soya shake and then will think about dinner.

Kitteh: what are speculaas?

These! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speculaas) They're a type of biscuit, the ones I make look like this (http://www.joyofbaking.com/Speculaas.html). They're yummy and I have been baking them a lot :)

breakfast:
chai porridge (best new invention :D:D)

lunch:
2 courgettes and a pear

got to 5.30 and was famished (working too hard to stop for food!) so had some fruit salad, apple, orange, grape and pineapple

dinner:
homemade veg soup and a primal strip

2 small slices toast with baked beans

a further 2 pink wafers (*must not buy any more pink wafers!*)

mashed tatties, peas, mashed tofu

4 jam tarts (oops)

Breakfast: Chocolate stars with rice milk. Coffee.
Snack: Co-op donut
Lunch: Red Veg mushroom veg burger with fries.
Dinner: Grilled leftover nut roast, mashed potato, steamed leeks, carrots and runner beans.

A couple of glasses of wine to round off the day.

Peanut butter and blackberry jam sandwich.

polenta, bean and olive mixture, and big salad.

coconut lentil and tofu with fried brown rice, with steamed peas and carrots.

The polenta was pretty good, though nothing to rave about - it was certainly an improvement from the last time, when it was so salty I forced myself through a few bites and then tossed it because there was no way I could stand it no matter what other thing I paired it with. This was an improvement.

cookies and creme luna bar
few pieces of raw tempeh with soy sauce
bombay potatoes (tasty bites) over jasmine rice

snack: pickles & veggies & a kiwi
dinner: warm barley salad w baked tofu

Yesterday:

B: Huge bowl of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, 2 diced plums and a diced pear)

S: Japanese rice crackers (black sesame). Several mugs of decaf breakfast tea.

L: 2 nut cutlets w/ lettuce and beef tomato in soft white rolls

D: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, mushroom, vine tomatoes and asparagus. 4 Trufree digestive biscuits.

S: Another huge bowl of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, 2 diced plums and a diced pear). 1 mug of herbal tea (green tea with cranberry)

bottle of beer

lots of water during the day

breakfast: two pieces ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast w/ eb

snack: banana, green tea

lunch: ww penne w/ butternut squash & raddichio, raw kale salad w/ oranges & pecans, cherries, piece of dark chocolate

snack: popcorn

dinner: potato leek soup, smoky broiled tempeh, steamed brussels, sugar cookie tea
