M: green smoothie
L: 4 rice paper rolls w/ carrot, tom, cuc, lettuce & sweet chilli sauce
A: a gf coconut cupcake w/ chestnut buttercream icing
D: 4 rice paper rolls (same as above)

Cheezly, lettuce and tomato sandwich.
Peppermint tea.
Curry. Naan bread.
Cranberry juice.
One beer.

breakfast: millet rice flakes w/ soymilk, an orange

snack: earl grey tea, an apple

lunch: potato leek soup, smoky broiled tempeh, steamed brussels sprouts, cherries

snack: popcorn

dinner: raw kale salad w/ oranges & pecans, ww penne w/ butternut squash & raddichio, two candy cane jo jo's

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 smoothie - banana, blueberries, strawberries, soy milk.

1 soft pretzel.

2 glasses white wine.
Salad: mixed leaves, shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, grape tomatoes, cucumber, mock meditteranian chicken strips, teriyaki almonds and sesame ginger dressing.
2 pieces garlic bread.

1 cup of Keep Fit tea.
3 chocolate cookies.

L: salad (lettuce, boiled baby potatoes, dressing), water
A: homemade date, almond coconut bar, water
D: mushies, steamed brocc & green beans w/ satay sauce, water

yesterday:

coffee with soya milk
malted wheats cereal with rice milk

another coffee with soya milk
teriyaki Primal Strip soy jerky

houmous and salad sandwich
packet of crisps
1 banana

Yagga meat substitute and mixed vegetables stir-fried in sweet chilli sauce, with rice
1 bottle of beer
3 jam doughnuts

lots of water during the day

Breakfast: slice of homemade dates and figs quick bread

Snack: sesame bar

Second snack: a carton of mango juice (offered to me by an Indian shop owner cause I'm a new client!!)

An orange

Lunch: the yummiest sandwich I have ever made !
2 thick slices of bread made with my breadmaker, it had part wholewheat and dried tomatoes in it
I spread some pate' of tofu with herbs on it
Then cooked a vegan burger which was delicious and stuck it
in the middle of the two slices, together with some green salad
whose name I can't remember.

Yummy.

Today I have had:

Berry Nakd bar
Sausage rolls made with burger mix.
Carrot and ginger soup and two slices of wholemeal bread
Crisps
Quinoa with beans, spinach, dark green cabbage and sweetcorn in stock with cumin and coriander (was lovely)
Tea with soya milk
Diet coke
Lots of water
Boyfriend is making cookies as we speak.

a banana, a peach and a nectarine
a primal strip and a leek and a courgette, steamed with soy sauce
an apple and a handful of nuts and 2 homemade truffles
2 primal strips

Bit of a weird, disjointed day because of work and kickboxing.

I had a piece of toast for breakfast
Roast parsnips and carrots, veggie sausages (the realeat ones) and cauliflower for lunch
and pie, waffles and peas for dinner, cos I got home late and had things to do.

I'm going to eat lots of fruit tomorrow cos I feel today hasn't been desperately healthy!

-high fiber wheat tortilla with a vegan gardenburger, spinach, vegan ceasar dressing
-green smoothie made from bananas, spinach, cocoa, cranberries, flax, and sesame seeds
-a banana
-a romaine salad with pumpkin seeds, salsa, and vegan ceasar dressing
-not sure what will be for dinner yet

snack: coffee w/ soy creamer, sesame sticks

lunch: soy nuggets w/ ketchup, carrot & celery sticks, pretzels, cherries

snack: strawberry soy yogurt w/ ground flax and the other half of the banana, sliced

dinner: potato leek soup, smoky broiled tempeh, steamed brussels sprouts, prunes, red safari spice tea

1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 cinnamon raisin bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and raspberry jam.

1 vanilla soy latte.
1 coconut cream Larabar.

Home made "Beefless Stew" (TVP chunks, carrot, potatoes, peas).
3 pieces of baguette with Earthbalance.
1 cup peach slices.

1 glass of orange juice.
1 toasted sandwich - alpine bread, avocado, cranberry sauce, Tofutti cheese slice, Tofurkey slices.

1 cup of Keep Fit tea.
1 cranberry chocolate.

Porridge with rice milk and sugar,
3 plums,
Lots of lemon squash,

Packet of salt and vinegar crisps,
2 glasses of lemonade

I'm making mashed potatoes now to have with peas, sweetcorn, a veggie sausage and some onion gravy,

I might have some spring rolls, carrot sticks, tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce later and a couple of beers (when I check which beer is vegan.)

I probably will eat more than that honestly.:)

* lots of fruit for breakfast, I think two apples, two pears, a banana and half an avocado
because they were getting close to turning bad.

*homemade pho with bok choy, beansprouts, thai basil and carrots
* 2 more apples
* pasta with artichokes, fennel and lemon

some Mon Cherie chocolates

another nearly protein-less day!

w/meal sarnie with houmous, yeast extract, peanuts and cucumber

2 mini pasties (potato, houmous and onion)

mashed tatties, mashed swede, broccoli, green cabbage, and a little burger made from a burger mix

a bowl of popcorn
