breakfast - cereals with banana, clementine, apple

lunch - spinach, soy beans, couscous, chestnuts, tomato (that probably sounds like it doesn't match at all - but i like mixed up food)

dinner - clementines

2 c coffee
cereal w hemp seed seed & oat milk
homemade maple strusel muffin
sushi: gomae, miso, tempura, agadashi tofu, salad, terriaki veg
lavender & chamomile tea
bulgur w curried potatoes & peas; steamed broccoli w flax oil
2 more maple muffins... mmmm
falafel patty w hot sauce & homemade hummus
real fruit bar
piece of toast w mashed avocado & sesame seeds
bout to make a bloody mary... yum!

Those maple muffins sound awesome!

Today:

3 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 cinnamon raisin bagle with Tofutti cream cheese, cranberry sauce and Tofurkey deli slices.

1 caramel soy latte.
1 chocolate coconut Dr Weil's bar.

Home-made Beefless Stew.
3 pieces of baguette with earth balance.
Peach slices.

1 cup of orange juice.
sandwich - alpine bread, Tofutti cream cheese, avocado, cranberry sauce, Tofurkey deli slices.

1 cup of Keep Fit tea.
3 chocoalte cookies.

Crap day foodwise yesterday :(

piece of toast (that isn't a typo - I just couldn't be bothered eating anything else!)
more tea
made garlic bread but burnt it whilst seeing to daughter so only ate a bit of it :sad:
crackers with chocolate spread
cup of tea

And I wonder why my clothes are getting baggier :rollseyes_ani:

yesterday:
breakfast: chai porridge with rice milk banana and agave

snack: apple

lunch: nakd nibble bar and primal strip

snack: a tonne of melon, and another primal strip

dinner: a courgette with soy sauce followed by a homemade truffle

malted wheats cereal with rice milk

another coffee with soya milk
1 banana

chicken flavour noodles
salad of couscous, chickpeas, raw spinach leaves, grated carrot and beetroot

wild rice risotto with cashew nuts, courgette, green beans and red pepper
half a bottle of Westons organic cider

lots of water during the day

Boiled potatoes, hummus, raita, salad leaves, tomato, red onion, broccoli and asparagus.
Sweet chilli rice chips.
A roasted peanut.
Two cans of beer.

Today's stew featured:
the last of my dried powdered nettles...
with fenugreek leaves...
onions...
garlic...
crushed corriander seed...
ditto cumin...
ditto fenugreek seeds...
last of the [Risker's] chillis...
molaaases...
carrot peelings...
veg oil...
vecon...
sprouted yellow gram and lentils...

Nettles have never disappointed me.

I have managed to halve my raw carrot chomping to half a kilo daily.
Yes, orange skin.

homemade leek, potato and pearl barley soup

cherry flapjack

burger in a bun, a few chips, mashed potato and carrot, and peas

probably will have some popcorn later

Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Raw carrot.
Mashed potato, onion gravy, veggie sausages, baked beans, carrots, one broad bean.

snack; a vat of pineapple and a primal strip
dinner; steamed courgette and cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and nutritional yeast, followed by raisins.

feel like a fatty for some reason, I think it was all the pineapple.

Breakfast: Ready Brek with cup of tea

Lunch: Pot Noodle (Sweet & Sour)

Snacks: Clementines/Satsumas (can never tell the difference!)

Dinner: Home-made vegan spag bol (minus the spag, had steamed parsnips and runner beans instead).

washed down with a couple of vodka/blacks :-)

A very greedy day for me!

B: Big bowl of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plum, pear). 1/4 pack Japanese rice crackers. Breakfast burrito (tortilla wrap w/ Linda McC sausage and onion).

L: Still totally stuffed from brekkies so had another big bowl of fruit (minus the plum and pear this time), more Japanese rice crackers and a pack of Nakd orange raisins.

S: Getting peckish now, so a pack of smokey paprika rice crisps.

S: Another pack of smokey paprika rice crisps... too addictive. More Japanese rice crackers!!

D: Feeling very guilty about the day so far LOL so had a stirfry (red pepper, asparagus, mushrooms, baby corn, mange tout) and basmati rice. Followed by another pack of Nakd orange raisins.
