B: half punnet of bluebs, narna, tea
M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: salad (lett, cuc, tom, boiled baby potatoes, dressing)
D: rice paper rolls (carrot, cuc, tom, lett, sweet chilli sauce), 1 gf coconut cupcake, mango, watermelon and blood orange gelato, water

Fri
B: half punnet of bluebs, narna, 1 gf coconut cupcake tea
M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: 1 lentil & veggie pattie on rice bread w/ salad & tahini dressing, sparking organic apple juice
A: a key lime pie Larabar
D: some Kitz Foods raw Italian herb flax crackers, rice paper rolls (carrot, tom, cuc, lett, sweet chilli sauce)

Today
B: narna
M: narna, tea, cinnamon roll Larabar
L: green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas) then salad (lett, cuc, tom, Plamil mayo) & 2 hash browns
A: gf choc mud cake, tea
D: mango gelato

oatmeal with fruits
tomato-millet with tofu, paprika, onions and cucumber - that was so tasty *wantmore
later I'm gonna have some salad

Yesterday:
2 bread rolls with pure and yeast extract
Medium pizza with sweetcorn and pineapple
Cauliflower "cheese"
Bread roll with peanut butter

Today:
3 bread rolls with veggie sausages and ketchup
Packet of salt and vinegar crisps
Stir fry with mushrooms, onion, red pepper, peas, sweetcorn and soya cream
Some spring rolls, salad and sweet chilli sauce
4 glasses of lemonade and lots of water

Not very healthy at all lately.:rolleyes:

sub loaded with marinated portabello slices, lettuce, tomato, onions, red peppers
fries
slice of mocha cheesecake
2 slices of pizza (veg. mozzarella, artichokes, shrooms, kalamata olives, sauce)
several breadsticks with sauce
2 glasses of wine

few breadsticks with marinara
2 pieces of pizza (soy mozzarella, olives, shrooms, artichokes, sauce)
few chocolate covered espresso beans
seitan jambalaya (v-con)
steamed asparagus with garlic powder
slice of mocha cheesecake

Today:

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1/2 coconut cream larabar.

1 cup of chai tea.
Scrambled tofu, hash browns, side salad with vinagrette.

3 glasses of wine.
3/4 veggie roll.
2 bowls of thai coconut curry soup.

Yesterday:

B: Bowl of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries). Mug of fruit tea.

S: Mug of fruit tea.

L: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, mushroom, vine tomatoes and asparagus. 5 Japanese rice crackers (miso flavour). Nakd cherry raisins. Mug of fruit tea.

S: Mug of decaf tea.

D: Pittas stuffed w/ falafel, hummous and lettuce. Mug of decaf tea.

Past few days haven't been that great! Oops...

Friday I had some Nacho flavour Cheezly and many many vodka diet cokes!

Yesterday was a hangover day so of course I ate crap :o:
Some Kettle Chips with reduced fat guacamole and houmous
Nachos
Then we ordered pizza so I had a few slices with mushrooms, onions and herbs (no cheese of course!)

Today's been better:
Raisin Wheats with soya milk
2 slices of left over pizza

Bunch of water throughout the day.

Bfast; chai porridge with banana and agave
snack: apple
lunch: nakd nibble cocoa
snack: ice blended black coffee with tapioca pearl YUM!!!!
dinner: leek with nutritional yeast and pepper, pear, 1 banana, cinnamon and brandy truffle, 1 nutmeg and orange truffle.

v yummy day :)

I've been sick the last couple of days, so not too active...

Green tea
Some soymilk
Some OJ
A couple of biscuits with jelly
A bean burrito
Leftover lasagna
Leftover rice pilaf with lentil soup

Today:

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 blueberry bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and raspberry jam.

1 cup of passionfruit/apple juice.
1 sandwich - Alpine bread, Tofutti cream cheese, red pepper spread, Tofurkey deli slices.

1 glass of white wine.
4 make your own fajitas at a restaurant: flour tortillas, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, salsa, guacamole.

1 cup of Christmas Eve tea.
1 mint chocolate.
2 chocolate sandwich cookies.

Today:
3 slices of wholemeal toast, 2 with pure spread and strawberry jam and 1 with pure spread and yeast extract
Sweet potato curry, basmati rice, poppadums and mango chutney
1 Westons Cider
3 glasses of white wine
2 glasses of pineapple juice
2 slices of bread with pure
I'm about to have some spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce

"Mediterranean bruschetta" (my own invention) - whole wheat bread toasted with with some olive oil, topped with homemade hummus, chopped tomato & kalamata olives

currently:
a glass of shiraz & probably some more hummus w/ crackers & carrots
