breakfast: banana, butternut-chocolate chip-pecan muffin, coffee w/ soy milk

lunch: orange tofu & bok choy w/ brown rice, two candy cane jo jo's

snack: coke zero, bbq kettle chips

dinner: veggie burger w/ grilled mushrooms & ketchup, roasted potatoes, creamy chard, three beers

Today:

Espresso coffee and a couple slices bread and jam

More coffee and slice of cake

Homemade tofu and pistacchio egg-free tortellini with a drizzle of olive oil, nutmeg and cracked black pepper
Apple and a few clementines

bfast: chai porridge with agave
snack: apple and banana
lunch: leek and courgette steamed with nutritional yeast
snack: grapefruit, nakd bar
dinner: savoy cabbage and leek steamed with nutritional yeast (I'm addicted to this stuff atm), followed by a pear

much healthier than yesterday!

That does sound healthy Squig. I've had:

Br: Porridge. Cup of tea.
Lunch: veggie sausages, brown rice and sugar snap peas. Cup of tea.
Snack: Banana, packet of crisps, cup of tea.
Dinner: Bean burger, courgette and pepper stir-fry, potato waffles. Fentiman's lemonade :) Nice. Cup of tea.
And another cup of tea for good measure :)

I had the usual... PLUS I found out that my university's to-go meals now have the soy milk I requested. HURRAY! I picked up a carton of Organic Edensoy. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't fortified, but what can you do? Maybe I will request that next semester. It took them two and a half months to add the soy milk, so I don't want to rush them. =/ As of now, the only items I requested that they have added are hummus spread, peanut butter Grab N Go for the bagels and now this soy milk.

Peanut butter, banana and blackcurrant jam toasted sandwich.
Ginger chocolate.
Wholewheat pasta, tomato and aubergine sauce, guacamole.
I'm currently on my second beer and I might have some Hula Hoops later.

Breakfast: Ready Brek and cup of tea (decaf)
Snack: Satsuma
Lunch: Vegetable stew with rice noodles
Snack: Tea (decaf) and satsuma
Dinner: Vegan spag bol
Snack: Fruit smoothie (blueberry, pineapple, cocoa and nuts) and satsuma dipped in :p

lunch: roasted potatoes, grilled mushrooms, creamy chard, other half of the pear

snack: strawberry soy yogurt

dinner: chips & salsa, gargantuan burrito (rice, beans, lettuce, guac, pico de gallo), two beers

Fruit salad with vanilla Swedish Glace.
Sweet chilli rice chips.

2 large glasses of apple juice and lots of water
"Cheese" and lettuce sandwich
A few crackers with pure spread
I'm about to have a punnet of strawberries with some vanilla ice cream:satisfied:

I should probably have some vegetables later and maybe with a beanburger.

I don't think I've ever had falafel with avocado, it sounds nice though.:)

I will probably have some more fruit as well today, I have a pineapple, bananas, a melon and a mango downstairs in my fruit bowl.:thumbsup:
